We booked an appointment to try on rings in person which was super easy! We met with Kaitlyn who was great - super welcoming and informative. I liked how low pressure the appointment was, we didn't feel obligated to purchase and Kaitlyn also helped us to make sure we were getting a good deal. She was very respectful of our wants and needs and didn't try to push us in another direction at any point. Overall we had a great experience, thank you Kaitlyn! read more

I was deceived by this company into losing a substantial amount of money on a ring return. Their actions were predatory at best, but may amount to theft. In May, I spoke to the sales team and purchased a ring knowing that it could be returned within 30 days for a full refund. In June, still within the return window, I bought a new ring and initiated a return of the first ring. For two days the support team provided conflicting instructions on how I should handle the return and ultimately instructed me to bring the ring in to their office later that week for a return. A month went by and no money had been refunded. I went to their office and they informed me that although the ring had been returned in new condition, I had returned it outside their 30 day return window and hence they would be delivering me only a partial return. I had initiated the return inside the window, but due to their changing and conflicting instructions--and no mention of a partial refund--did as I was asked and physically returned the ring later that week which landed outside their 30 day window. I am now out a substantial amount of money and the response from customer support is that they can't help me. read more

What a beyond amazing experience I have had with Brilliant earth! It was so easy to make an appointment with the online system (Omar was great) and then I had an even better experience with Jessika B. She was extremely personable, patient and accommodating as I was nervous to make the right decision in resizing my ring. Forever grateful for the kindness, she made the process painless and never made me feel rushed! I will tell all my friends about the amazing customer service and on top of that my beautiful perfect ring which brought us here in the first place- we can't leave that out! read more

Lauren was amazing (and not just because we have the same name)!! She truly gave us so much information and insight, while also not overwhelming us. She helped design my DREAMMM ring and I can't wait to continue working with her when the time comes for my man to pop the question. Couldn't recommend her more! read more

I came here for 2 engagement ring appointments. You have to have an appointment to be seen - no walk in appointments offered. The website is great, and you can see all the selections of styles in a variety of colors. I really like that brilliant earth offers a wide selection of gemstones, which I wanted as the center stone for my ring. On my second appointment, the jeweler offered to order me the gemstones I was looking at online. When it came down to the purchase, he suggested building the ring online and ordering it that way. Brilliant Earth is more of an online platform and the showrooms are there just so you can peek at what you want before purchasing. They don't make your ring locally or in store. I'm giving four stars out of five stars due to the warranty policy. If you go with Brilliant Earth, I highly suggest and insuring your ring through an outside agency. read more

My fiancé and I have had previously been to a Brilliant Earth in Scottsdale AZ, we had a terrible experience, so bad that I went with Blue Nile instead for her engagement ring. Strike one! Fast forward a year, we made an appointment several weeks ago with Andrea at the Cherry Creek lofor Thursday at 5. We came 10 minutes early, had no problem waiting for our slot at 5pm, we were the only people in the lobby. 10 minutes past 5, a couple comes in and says they have an appointment with Andrea at 5, Andrea comes out and takes them right away! Well that's weird, we've been waiting for 20 minutes now, this couple just comes in, said they scheduled 2 days ago, is late for their supposed appointment and they get taken in right away without any explanation to us?? The girl at the front desk doesn't even tell us that there was some sort of mix up, I had to go up there and ask! We made an appointment with Andrea and now we're getting pawned off to someone else. Strike two! So at first, the new person, Cody, was really nice, helpful at first, but it felt like he was trying to rush us. The more questions we asked, the more I can tell he was getting agitated. He was supposed to email us back within 48 hours for the rings that we selected. He did not. 48 hours go by, we call customer service twice, still no emails. They said he wasn't in yesterday, well that was 24 hours ago, if he knew he wasn't going to be in, wouldn't he send the email before he knew he was going to be gone the whole weekend???? Strike three! It took an additional 5 times to call customer service for them to realize that they had put our email wrong in the system. They put "gmial.com"....... I cannot recommend coming into Brilliant Earth, do your shopping at Blue Nile, this whole process was a nightmare and so much time wasted. read more

We came into Brilliant Earth in Cherry Creek with an open mind, excited to look at engagement rings, but unfortunately left feeling frustrated and let down. Our appointment with Jessica didn't go as we hoped and she seemed unsure throughout the process. We felt like we were the ones driving the conversation and asking all the questions just to get the most basic information. She also didn't show us the diamond sizes we specifically requested (when filling out an apt request), which was really disappointing considering how important those details are. It felt awkward and unorganized, and we walked away feeling more confused than when we walked in. If you're looking for a smoother, more knowledgeable experience, I highly recommend checking out Williams Jewelers down the street. The difference in professionalism and customer care is night and day. read more

A company is only as good as its people. Enough said. I run my own business with my husband and we have learned this the hard way over 40 years. I cannot say enough about Nikki , the sales manager. She is genuine, poised and very warm and caring in her approach. I would hire her in my company immediately. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and was very patient with me helping me search for the ring that will suit me perfectly. It is so rare to meet young staff of her age that is so attentive to my generation. Be careful Brilliant Earth, I have been known to steal diamonds like this. She would be an asset in any organization. read more

My now fiancé and I booked an appointment in January to start looking at rings. Our appointment was with Barbara and we couldn't have asked for better customer service from her. Prior to the appointment, I filled out a form with settings, stones, and cuts I was interested in looking at, and Barbara had most of them ready for me to look at and try on during the appointment. The appointment was super educational and low pressure, which we both really appreciated. Barbara sent us an email afterward so we could have documentation of the top rings we liked during our appointment, which became so helpful when it came time for my fiancé to order the ring :) They didn't have the stone and setting I liked available in the showroom, so I was a bit anxious to see the final result, but we were both pleased with how it looks! Thanks to Barbara at BE for making the ring selection process easy! read more

I believe in Brilliant Earths mission however I cannot in good conscience recommend going to Cherry Creek and working with Shannan M. Her lack of basic communication completely ruined my bf and my experience. After our first meeting we reached out to Shannan over email (no response) phone (she had her coworker call us instead after we left 3 messages) completely unprofessional. When we came back in to look at tennis bracelets she did not have in what we wanted to look at and did not notify us that it would not be in. We travel for work so we coordinated to be in town for this appointment. She did not address that she had completely ignored us and our messages for the past week. Tried to blame it on IT. Just terrible customer service and overall experience working with her. I hope this was a fluke and that others have a better experience. read more

This company is beyond bad. After I placed an order on 9/10 and then switched diamonds so i could get the ring in time for my vows renewal they confirmed delivery by 9/30. On 9/29 I found out the ring was delayed and would not arrive until 10/2, too late for me. No one locally could issue me a refund in store. I have had to do many calls and much heartache. DO NOT PUT YOUR SPECIAL DAY IN THEIR HANDS!! You will be let down and heartbroken. There is poor coordination between sales and production, there is no guarantee on you ring arrival time, and when you call you don't get your local store but rather a call center where they have little information or authority. So frustrated and just sad I ever placed an order. Also I sure hope that the refund comes through since they could not give me any confirmation of the refund in store. I guess I'll just have to wait another 5-10 days of anxiety read more

We made an appointment at Brilliant Earth early in our engagement ring shopping experience. Before the appointment, Brilliant Earth let's you choose preferred settings and center stone type, shape and carat online (super easy process) so they can have those settings on hand to try on and to help you narrow down your preferences during your appointment. We met with Claire 1 on 1 for an hour and she was incredibly helpful! I was swimming in options before our appointment with her. The process she led us through helped me narrow down my preferences confidently (I'm notoriously fickle). And the diamond education she provided left my boyfriend and I confident that we could actually figure out diamond buying process (something we both felt very uneasy about). She went out of her way to help me compare how each diamond shape would look on the two settings I preferred in a way no other store had offered us. And she had great tips for me along the way (My favorite: Don't settle. If there's something you don't love about a setting, move on, because you'll find a setting with nothing for you to complain about). I'm so grateful for our appointment with Claire! And Brilliant Earth's selection was just beautiful. We just met with her yesterday, and Claire sent us exactly the preferences we landed on so that we can purchase when we're ready, or keep shopping armed with the knowledge she gave us. read more

Went to the Denver showroom and had the pleasure of being taken care of by Briana - she was SO incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient - answering our many, many questions, and offering a variety of options to make the process both well suited for what we were looking for, as well as low-pressure, educational (for me), and fun (for the girlfriend). Definitely had a very positive experience at this showroom that also has a very beautiful and bright window view. Would love for the management to recognize Briana for her wonderful attention to detail and all of her thoughtful suggestions! read more

Let me preface this by saying that I live in Florida. I also have done a TON of research on this company over the years and have felt that Brilliant Earth has exceeded my need for an ethically and responsibly sourced wedding ring for IF the day came... Once my then boyfriend and I began talking about the our future I mentioned how I would love for my ring to come from Brilliant Earth and why it was so important to me. We had a planned a trip to Colorado Springs and he insisted we make an appointment since we were flying into Denver. We went straight from the airport to Brilliant Earth where we met EVELYN. Evelyn was so helpful, informative, and she made us feel so comfortable even though we were just browsing. This woman is the definition of "no pressure shopping"! - We loved it! I had a few ideas on what I was looking for in an engagement ring and she delivered on every single one and more. She also encouraged trying on as many as I wanted. My (now) fiancé also tried on some wedding bands and decided what he liked. Evelyn even suggested some beautiful wedding bands to go with the ring I loved and I fell in love with that as well! At the end of our appointment she emailed us an overview of what we liked and shortly after our trip he made the purchase and proposal! Fast forward about a year later I was looking to purchase my fiancé's wedding band and couldn't remember which one it was so I emailed Evelyn. She responded so fast with the details and I was able to buy that week. A few months passed- I needed to resize my fiancé's ring for a SECOND time (due to my cooking haha) and although I had a hassle-free experience with customer service the first time, I was heading back to Colorado and wanted to reach out to Evelyn again. This time I need to resize the ring AND purchase my wedding band (the one she suggested during the first visit). The appointment went effortlessly and I got to try on the wedding band with my engagement ring along with other options. Still loved the first choice. Again, no pressure shopping and I was happy to leave my fiancé's ring with her. I fully support this company and advertise at every opportunity- for Evelyn too! In fact, one of my coworkers (Tyler) is originally from Denver and going back with his girlfriend (Morgan) (who wants a Brilliant Earth ring!) this week! I encouraged them to make an appointment with EVELYN and shared my experiences with her. I hope they do and I hope she can help them find their beautiful rings too! read more

So my fiancé proposed in May 2019, the band was too big so about 2 months later we get it resized. They told my fiancé at the time of purchase that if it needed to be resized it would be free. We drop off the ring and then we get a call that it is actually going to be $500 to resize! No way Jose, My fiancé went over their agreement, the person on the phone agreed. We then get two more calls where they attempt to go back and forth with us on this several times over the course of two weeks. This left a sour taste in our mouths which is a shame because initially they were very courteous, attentive, and amicable. Finally they agreed that it wouldn't be correct to charge us after what was promised. So I get the ring back after about a month, it looks great, fits great. Fast forward about 8 months since having the ring resized and then the band breaks! I'm heart broken! I'm suppose to wear this for the rest of my life and it can't handle me gardening outside with gloves on!? I wear multiple sterling silver rings some thinner than this band that have lasted me years. I am disappointed in the quality of work, and genuinely dreading calling this place again. Oye vey. read more

Do NOT shop here. It's been an absolute nightmare from the start. Within a couple weeks, I had two diamonds fall out. I don't wear my ring to sleep, shower, wash hands/dishes, etc. They should not be falling out so soon. We sent it in to get fixed and sized. They quoted us 2-3 weeks. We told them we HAD to have it back by a certain date 6 weeks in the future. They said absolutely no problem. We were told after 3 weeks it was done... then it wasn't. Then it was delayed... and delayed... and again. They have now had the ring for over six weeks. They've had it as long as I had it in my possession. They made us miss our engagement photos. We incurred $350 in cancellation fees and they shrugged. They didn't offer anything at all to appease the situation. They could not have cared less. Good luck getting ahold of any manager either. read more

My boyfriend and I had an amazing experience at the Cherry Creek/Denver location. We met with Kathlyn who was so knowledgable and sweet. I wanted to leave giving my boyfriend a couple of options so some portion of the engagement was a surprise, but Kathlyn noticed I kept going back to the same ring and assured me I should go with my gut. We learned SO much about the c's and what goes into finding the diamond that is perfect for us and our taste. She immediately followed up with us and sent my boyfriend everything he needs to buy the ring when the time comes. I am confident he will be buying from Brilliant Earth when the time comes and I will get my dream week :-) I'll attach a picture of the ring I tried on. read more

This is my second time coming to the showroom and working with Sophie Tran. My fiancé and I picked out my engagement ring the first time and came back to look at wedding rings! Sophie is so easy to work with and can lead you to styles that you didn't even think to look at! She is not only knowledgeable with styles, but also the diamonds themselves. She and the team will really make your experiences enjoyable! Plus the diamonds are ethically sourced which is why I chose to look here is the first place! read more

We drove an hour to go look at rings. The lady at the front desk told us it was by appointment only and that they were understaffed and couldn't help us. I pointed out we had driven an hour and it was clearly an important step and we were excited. She just shrugged, barely apologized, and left us to our own devices. If I were her I would have tried to recognize it was important, incited one of her sales people from the back ( just for a minute as they were evidently booked) to at least acknowledge us and have them tell us they set up an appointment etc. But nope - we were just out of luck. We left. We will go buy a very expensive engagement ring somewhere else. It's not a small purchase - and emotional. Learn to treat your customers better. We were polite and we left without saying much - but you should know that wasn't acceptable. Your website does not say appointments required fyi. read more

Be smarter than I was. Do NOT purchase such an important item from this sham of a company. Nothing but problems and secrecy. I got my ring in 2022. Fast forward to 2023, my diamond started to wiggle in the setting. Mind you, I work from home in an office capacity. I scheduled a repair appointment, which ended up riddled with issues. They don't seem to comprehend that once the purchaser gives the ring to their significant other that the purchaser probably won't be the person they'll be communicating with anymore. They don't have jewelers on site (HUGE RED FLAG) and ship your item to New Jersey for repair. Mine was sent, and when I confirmed it was back at the Cherry Creek location, I went to pick it up. Shockingly, it wasn't there. Upon speaking with the manager when I got there, I was informed that my ring came back to them in worse condition than when it was dropped off, so they sent it back to NJ without telling me. It was then "repaired" again, and sent back to me. During this time, I requested proof of repairs, which they refuse to provide to me. I also asked for proof that my ring was even shipped out, which they also refuse to provide to me. I received my "repaired" ring back in early Dec 2023. It is now March 2024. The attached picture is my ring today. I have emailed them repeatedly requesting reimbursement of my band since I now must have it re-set as I cannot trust the integrity of my ring and do not plan to lose my diamond because of horrible craftsmanship. Nothing but heartache from Brilliant Earth and certainly not worth the amount we paid. The "customer service" along the way from a woman named Elisa has been the worst I've ever experienced. The attached photo should speak for itself. I've included both sides for comparison. read more

My fiance purchased my beautiful ring from Brilliant Earth in a total surprise engagement. Therefor I had to send it back in to be resized. It took them almost 3 weeks to re-size the ring. When I got it back 2 of the 4 prongs were loose (like pulling out my hair and getting caught on clothes loose) you can see the ever present 'fuzz' in the attached picture. They will not guarantee this is covered under warranty, even though this was their jewelers error, and to top it off they say it will take 4 weeks to fix. Finally, if I were to take it somewhere local that could fix my ring in a reasonable amount of time, it will void the warranty. So again, the ring is beautiful, but pray that there is nothing wrong with it, because then it becomes not their problem! read more

Engagement Ring Shopping Mission without stress is complete! This was the best experience ever- I was able to work with Evelyn Merithew during my engagement ring design process from start to finish. I took advantage of the virtual consultation due to COVID and restrictions to travel to a showroom- my experience started out with my nerves on 10/10 because of the stress to find "THE" ring and make it perfect. Evelyn made this process seamless from the time of scheduling the appointment to making the final purchase. She was warm, patience and kind from the moment she first popped onto my screen. She made herself available to all million+ questions I had. She took time to not only show me various designs and settings during our consultation but even after! Evelyn was always just an email away and would go the extra mile to take pictures of different settings and sizes until I was positive I created THE Ring. She was knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me with navigating timelines to ensure the ring arrived on time for my proposal without question. If I could give this company negative stars, I would. My husband and I bought my engagement ring and wedding band from them and it has been an awful experience. Not only is the customer service absolutely terrible, but the product itself is atrocious. We've been married for two years now and I've had to send my wedding band back 4 different times. Diamonds turned cloudy and would end up falling out. I just got my band back AGAIN two weeks ago and AGAIN another diamond is cloudy. I cannot even begin to express my frustration. My fiancé and I purchased my engagement ring over the internet because the Denver show room was not open at that time. I wish it had been because I recently made an appointment to look at wedding bands, now that the showroom is open, and fell madly in love with B.E., all over again, and Leslie Miller, my personal consultant. I made an appointment to go look at wedding bands that would go with my very unique Feather engagement ring, while I was attending a bachelorette party in Denver. I took the earliest available appointment and not only got a call back and an email verification for my appointment within 24 hours but everyone was also brainstorming what kind of wedding bands would go with my unique ring. I had rings in mind that would go with it but of course the ones that they had already thought would be better we're the ones that I absolutely loved. I am in the hospitality industry up in Aspen and I have rarely had the opportunity to feel as taken care of and adored as I do for others. Leslie Miller and her wonderful team including Jessie did just that for me. We will be purchasing my wedding bands (yes I'm getting two bands - see attached picture) from Leslie at B.E.-Denver and hopefully any future anniversary gifts or birthday gifts as well! I can't say enough wonderful things about this team and I definitely think you should at least make an appointment and see their earth friendly, ethical, beautifully designed jewelry! read more

Super disappointed. My fiancé and I are looking for wedding rings and our top picks were both at Brilliant Earth. We joined the waitlist for an appointment. I missed a call from them about some new availability and called back as soon as I could. The agent, Francisco, who answered the phone was so rude and disrespectful that I don't know if I want to give my money to this company. He questioned why I was calling, why didn't I call sooner, what did I think he was going to do about it, etc. It was clear he was working at a call center so I asked if he could transfer me to the Denver location so I could touch base with the woman who called me. But he refused. All I did was call back after receiving a voicemail and was treated like I was a fool for even bothering to call back. I'm not someone who usually reviews places. But this was just such a bad experience with their customer service I had to. Hopefully they treat people better in store. Not sure I'll be doing business with them after this though. read more

GO ANYWHERE ELSE. The company will lie to you, take your money and hide behind locked doors and customer service reps in another country. Don't spend your hard earned money on something so important from a company so impersonal and gangster I expect a BBB inquiry into them soon. Do not purchase from here if you expect them to meet their date. The ring that I have purchased was delayed by 14 days without even a call or an email to let me know, but they have my money and my diamond and I can't do anything about it. Now my engagement plan has been ruined. Thank you Brilliant Earth for failing to meet simple expectations. Update 1: talked to a local manager who showed empathy, but lied to me on the phone claiming there was a glitch for 3 days purporting an incorrect delivery time online. The "glitch" is that they advertise A MUCH earlier date than they can hit knowing they will take your money and you'll be SOL. The "glitch" still existed on the day of that lie, as online purported an earlier delivery date of a brand new order by 3 days than the order that I've had pending since before Thanksgiving. read more
