This review is based on the customer service that I have received on the ring that my fiancé purchased for me. Firstly, I just want to thank the entire team at Mark's Diamonds for the quality of customer service that they have provided to me and my fiancé. My fiancé customized my ring at Mark's Diamonds and it's so perfect. Secondly, I had to get my new ring resized and they did it in no time. Because they have a jeweler onsite this makes it easier for them to make repairs a lot quicker. I also had to have a quick repair done on the prong and they were able to do this with a quick turnaround also. They let us us, gave us refreshments and let us browse for 10mins until they sat us down in front of a sales associate. We were lucky enough to work with Bobby Hoffman. He walked us through all of their options according to my wife's desires and we were both incredibly happy with the selections. Additionally, Bobby gave us a fair price and we felt really good about the investment. When the rings came, my (mens) wedding band was too big. I started to freak out a little bit bc it was the week before my wedding but I called up Bobby at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon and he completely turned the situation around. He emailed me an overnight FedEx label to ship my ring back and he had a brand new ring made and shipped to me within 3 working days. After a couple months of wearing the ring, I realized I had sized it too big. I asked about my options and again Bobby just emailed me a FedEx label and had the ring resized and polished back to me in 2 business days (free of charge). I brought some gold in to sell and to inquire about taking diamonds from one ring and putting into another. We struck a deal where they would withhold $400 from the gold I was selling to do the switch. I dropped off in January. In April, I called as I hadn't heard back. I was told that they were unable to do the switch, which I was told was a possibility so I was ok with that. I go back to pick up the pieces and Mark told me he was gonna send out again because he was confident it could be done. In July, no one had contacted me again. So I called and didn't get a call back. So I stopped in one day. It was clear they didn't know where my pieces were. I left empty handed again. They called me a week later to tell me it couldn't be done but they had the pieces. I went to pick up and collect the $400 and guess what? Wasn't given the money, was told they would mail it to me. It's August now and I am certain I'm not getting the money. They don't follow up, make promises they can't keep and don't refund your money. Go elsewhere. read more

Im finally writing this after a few months. My husband purchased my engagement ring from Mark 14 years ago. This review isnt based on the experience of that, but rather the lack of professionalism and repair quality we received when I brought my ring in to be "re-coated". When I brought the ring in, Bobby noticed that the frame of the ring was bent and their repair person would fix that. I left it for them to fix and picked up at the end of the week. Within 24 hours of the repair half of my setting was missing. I called Mark to let him know and he told me to bring it back in. After reviewing my ring, he said that I must have hit it hard on something for the ring to be damaged like this. I explained that within 24hours of me picking the ring up this happened and the repair person must not have repaired it properly. He said it was my fault and the best he could do is repair it at cost to him-which was $1000-$1200. I said my husband and I would discuss, and get back to him. We decided we didnt want to do business with him anymore at this point so my husband went to pick up the setting. The repair person was there when he went in and said that it was my fault that the ring was damaged and said I was a liar for saying it was his fault. I have sent my family and friends to Mark's Diamonds for years and I will never recommend him to anyone again. read more

The price was nothing special. It wasn't a great deal. Only average. The watch was very well packaged, but other than that, nothing out of the ordinary to report. I had the watch checked and it was all authentic. No problems, but nothing super special. I give them 5 stars because there were no problems with the transaction and it was satisfactory. Mark's Diamonds has such a massive selection of stones that you don't need to wait a week or two before seeing a different size, or a similar cut...yada, yada. They have ALL the diamonds in house, which is most unlikely with most brick & mortar shops. My fiancé worked with Ashley to design a ring that turned out absolutely beautiful. Of no fault of theirs, it was too bulky for my teeny, tiny hands. I set a meeting with Mark, the owner, and with his vast knowledge, and my thoughts on fit, etc., he delivered a ring just as beautiful as the original concept...but with 2 additional stones (no charge!) so that it would look perfect on my finger.
