The watch had no service history from the seller I purchased it from, so I fully expected it to need servicing right off the bat. It was a pleasant surprise and I very much appreciated Cherry Creek Watch Co's transparency, they very easily could have taken advantage of me and taken my money. I will return when a service IS needed! Or maybe the next time I am searching for a special timepiece.

I was doing some spring cleaning and found an old Omega watch my dad had given me. I couldn't find any information about the watch online. I also tried contacting online watch stores, but none of them were helpful. I eventually brought my watch into a local area watch store, but they had, for some reason, forgotten about the appointment. They also wanted $150 for a watch evaluation. However, upon entering Cherry Creek Watch Company, I was immediately greeted. The horologists, Gyles and Nick, immediately got to work on evaluating my watch. They found the model name and value of my watch. They also took apart the watch and showed me the internals, as well as testing the timing of the watch. Moreover, they re-sized the watch for me. All this was done free of charge. I'm personally not a fan or collector of watches. However, the top-notch service provided to me demonstrates that Cherry Creek Watch Company is a business you can trust and depend on.

Firstly, I just want to thank the entire team at Mark's Diamonds for the quality of customer service that they have provided to me and my fiancé. My fiancé customized my ring at Mark's Diamonds and it's so perfect. Secondly, I had to get my new ring resized and they did it in no time. Because they have a jeweler onsite this makes it easier for them to make repairs a lot quicker. I also had to have a quick repair done on the prong and they were able to do this with a quick turnaround also. This is a two part review. The first is for Carlos in the Rolex AD side of the store. He was 5/5…read morestars. Really great communication via email prior to me arriving in town. Extremely helpful with showing me options and sizing and accommodating my requests to see other watches. Very knowledgeable and professional, cannot emphasize enough how great he was. Part two is for the used watch side of the business. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the employee who helped me. I asked for his card and he wouldn't give me one. To start he was super vague on the Rolex watches I inquired about. Didn't know anything about them. Then he lied to me twice saying a watch I inquired about was not in stock. After sensing I actually was looking to buy and asking if he were to find one would I buy it, I said perhaps, it depends on the watch, he walks away and comes back with the watch. He knew all along he had the watch in stock but lied to try to make a sale on finding a unicorn. I am in sales, I know what shady tactics are and this guy oozed incompetence and simple minded efforts. When I started looking at the watch and trying it on he started taking notes on his cell phone and said he will show me when we are done. I decided that particular size of the watch was not what I was looking for, and I didn't feel like paying the 2k markup he offered so I decided to think about it and perhaps revisit it when I was back in town 3 days later. As soon as I said that he showed me his notes which said "He won't buy the watch even though it is perfect." I was immediately angry. What a total sleaze ball. Insulting a customer is rarely a good sales approach. How someone that incompetent and feebleminded has a job in the luxury business is beyond me. Instead of spending 10k on a watch yesterday in your store, I walked across the aisle and bought my wife some Louis Vuitton bags. I will gladly work with Carlos in the future and Rolex AD side. You couldn't pay me to step foot in the utter failure used watch side of that business. -10/5 stars.
