DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE! you'll just waste your time. Mark's Diamonds has such a massive selection of stones that you don't need to wait a week or two before seeing a different size, or a similar cut...yada, yada. They have ALL the diamonds in house, which is most unlikely with most brick & mortar shops. My fiancé worked with Ashley to design a ring that turned out absolutely beautiful. Of no fault of theirs, it was too bulky for my teeny, tiny hands. I set a meeting with Mark, the owner, and with his vast knowledge, and my thoughts on fit, etc., he delivered a ring just as beautiful as the original concept...but with 2 additional stones (no charge!) so that it would look perfect on my finger. And it does. Even more, the stones are cut so well I'm constantly complimented on how sparkly it is, what woman doesn't love that!?!? Bottom line, they have it all and do it all. 100% recommend. read more

Bobby and Mark are the best! The service and recommendations that they provided exceeded my expectations tremendously. Went back to have the ring sized down and they did it within a few minutes. If you are in the market for engagement rings, these guys are a must! Thank you so much guys! read more

I could not be happier with the service I received from Mark and his staff. They were able to update my grandmothers ring to be my engagement ring. It looks amazing, and I really could not be happier with it and the level of care. Thank you!! read more

Mark is truly a wonderful person and I am absolutely in love with my engagement ring that my fiancé picked with Mark's help! Mark guided my fiancé towards what is important when looking for an engagement ring and to not get too hung up on things that don't matter. Recently we came back to Denver and went into Mark's Diamonds to pick out our wedding rings and it was my favorite part of our whole trip! We had so much fun picking out our rings with Mark and he knew exactly what we both wanted! Very trust worthy and reasonable man with an outstanding business. We are so lucky to know him. read more

When we were initially engagement ring shopping (myself and my now husband), we found lots of great places with beautiful rings. However, we chose Mark because he really takes care in making sure you LOVE your ring(s), providing all the information we wanted, and clearly enjoys providing beautiful jewelry to his customers. Over the course of picking out an engagement ring and then picking out wedding bands for both of us (probably 5-6 visits), Mark was always wonderful. I appreciated that they allow drop-ins, but primarily do appointments. This meant that most of the time we were the only people at the store working directly with Mark. We love our rings and the prices were reasonable, especially considering how you can customize every tiny portion of your jewelry. read more

Mark's Diamonds - All three rings came from Mark! - Jewelry Near Me - Denver, Colorado

Mark really took care of me! In April, he helped me to find the perfect engagement band for an engagement diamond, based on my budget. My future wife LOVES her engagement ring! Then last week, I came in to look at wedding rings for myself as well as to get sized. Mark was so happy I came back, he treated me to my Tungsten wedding band! One week later, I am still amazed at his level of service and professionalism. read more

Amazing experience! Probably unbeatable by a long shot! Ashley was very understanding and non-pushy by any means. Her office provided the perfect lighting for the potential ring I was interested in! She knew just what I was looking for and provided options as well! I'm still in the process of deciding on my PERFECT ring, but no matter what I choose, I will never forget the experience of this place! Top notch customer service and showcasing! The experience was definitely inclusive. Like no other guaranteed! I have yet to find another jewelry store that has that (family owned) feel to it. I would recommend this place over anywhere simply for the forever memory of how they took care of me! Before Ashley was able to assist me. Her colleague was very supportive although I wasn't his customer. It was something that made me feel great about by not being a typical sales person who nudges away the moment they realize it isn't their "deal"! I could probably go on and on.... but to wrap things up. If you are considering jewelry shopping... your search is not complete until you give these guys a try! read more

Mark was amazing to work with! My fiancee and I were lost when it came to making a custom engagement ring, so we needed hand holding from someone we felt we could trust. He was patient and very communicative throughout the whole process. The ring is absolutely beautiful and I absolutely recommend him! read more

Mark Hadley is a true professional, and I wouldn't consider buying jewelry anywhere else. Don't let the new business name fool you, Mark has been in business in Denver for many years. His process is to find out exactly what you want, and not just show you something "close enough". Whats better then getting the exact, unique, perfect piece that you want? Getting it at a better price then you'll find anywhere else. No gimmicks here, no fancy radio ads, no elaborate storefront and sales people in a fancy mall with a ton of overhead for him to pass on to you. Mark will get exactly what you want, for the best price possible. I've worked with Mark 3 times in the past year and every time he exceeded expectations. I won't even consider shopping for jewelry anywhere else, so you should at least take the time to visit Mark and see what he can do for you. read more

I went to three jewelers in Denver looking for a place to buy an engagement ring and diamond. Ashley at Mark's Diamonds was the nicest, most informative, and most straightforward person I worked with. She explained the store's policies to cover the ring for life for repairs and the 30 day return policy. We went through several types of ring styles and the store expedited the construction of the ring on special request. Overall, it was a painless and pleasant experience! Mark's Diamonds is Highly recommended! read more

Working with Mark was a wonderful experience. He took the stress out buying an engagement ring with a private, unrushed appointment and respecting my fiancée's (now husband's) budget. My fiancée and I designed a custom ring that I love, and Mark was very helpful when we needed a minor repair after three years of wear. (I'm hard on jewelry, so the damage was indicative of my clumsiness not the ring.) read more

Mark's really delivered for me! I wanted something custom and was told this was the place. I brought in just a few Instagram screenshots and requested an exact replica... they completely nailed it. I couldn't believe how they paid attention to the tiniest details to deliver the ring I'd envisioned but only seen in images. Not to mention the price point was extremely reasonable. We worked with Ashley who was lovely. I highly recommend, they'll make it happen!! read more

Let me just start by saying how lovely Mark and Natalia are to work with. I know very little about diamonds and in previous situations have been extremely overwhelmed by the process of investing in fine jewelry. Not this time. Mark patiently sat with me and explained each characteristic of the diamonds he presented (his inventory is amazing)! There was NO pressure whatsoever, which was the best part of all. His knowledge is endless and if you need a "diamond guy" he is THE ONE! If nothing else you will have the opportunity to see some incredible pieces. I was lucky enough to leave with some gorgeous diamond studs which were more than fairly priced (same quality as a retail store but 1/3 the cost - no joke). I highly recommend making an appointment to see him before you start your quest. read more

Mark was great throughout the entire process. He's very knowledgeable and patient. What makes Mark unique is his ability to read people and deliver a piece of jewelry that is a perfect fit. He made me look great! read more

I can't say enough great things about Mark's Diamonds. My fiancé worked with Mark initially to create an absolutely gorgeous ring that I adored, but unfortunately it was stolen less than four months after our engagement. Mark made the whole process of replacing my ring so quick and easy. Now I have the ring of my dreams which we kept mostly the same, but I got the opportunity to add my own personal touch to it which was so cool!! A HUGE thanks to Mark, Nataliya, and the staff at Mark's Diamonds for making our unfortunate circumstances have a positive outcome. read more

The only jeweler we will ever use! Bought our engagement rings, wedding bands, and earrings from Mark and always treated us well and gave us fabulous quality! Excited to see what other pieces we will get in the future! read more

I can't even begin to explain how happy I am with the engagement ring I bought from Mark. My wife constanty gets compliments on how nice her ring is. Mark was able to beat the price on the ring I was going to buy and got me more diamond for my dollar. I would highly recommnend going to Mark for any jewlery needs. He is fantastic to work with and he really looks out for his clients. read more

I had a horrible experience with Mark. On his website, it clearly states he takes returns for a credit if the customer is unsatisfied. When I told him I'd like to return the ring and just get a credit for wedding bands his reply was "so you want me to take back a ring that's a size 3.5 that no one else would want?". If you don't want to take returns because of losses associated with returns, then just specify that the sale is final. If you express a clear return policy, then stand by your word! He told me he would need to "think about it" and will call me back and hung up on me while I was talking mid sentence asking him to just let me know. He never called me back... I will definitely not recommend Mark's Diamonds to anyone and will make sure my friends and family steer clear. read more

Great service!! Dropped my movado off and they replaced the crystal no problem for a great price!!! Easy location in cherry creek and very friendly. Strongly recommended. read more

Mark has done a thorough appraisal of a vintage ring for me, reset my diamond necklace and immediately knew the exact length and style I was looking for, and also replaced my watch battery at a fraction of the cost. Every time his staff has been friendly, professionally, and efficient. I will be a lifetime customer! read more

Came in to get a couple of links taken out of a new watch. Mark, Terry and the whole team were very professional and efficient. While I was there I asked them about the best way to get my wedding ring polished up, they took it and made it look brand new. These guys are great! Went in to have a vintage watch repaired and they had me fixed quickly! I will be back, and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a good jeweler or watch dealer. The staff is very friendly and professional. read more

Mark and his team create the best possible experience for choosing the perfect engagement ring and wedding band (or jewelry in general.) They have such an intimate setting to allow you to fall in love with every piece of jewelry. Mark is personable and walks you through the process himself. He ensures all your needs are met- style, comfort, privacy, and hydration, etc. His entire team (shout out Bobby) is very knowledgeable of their line of business. There is something about having someone who genuinely cares about their product and wants the customer to feel that genuine admiration. Not only is the quality of the jewelry top notch, he will work with you and your budget because your happiness take priority. If you have an idea of what you want, he will custom design and make it to your liking. I could go on about how wonderful it is to have a jewelry experience like I did at Mark's, but you get the point. Go see Mark!!! read more

My fiance and I walked in on a whim hoping to get my ring size, little did we know that we would walk away with our wedding bands! Mark and his staff were top notch from the minute we walked in. We also had to do a rush order on the bands and Mark could not have been more helpful. He called right away and guaranteed we would get them in time. They were stunning. I would recommend anyone to go visit Mark! Thanks everyone at Mark's Diamonds! read more

The whole experience was and has been fantastic! Mark helped me pick out a perfect ring, she absolutely loves it. The best part? You go in to talk to him, and immediately recognize that he is not doing it for money, he does it because he loves to help people have special engagements! Consequently, unlike commercial jewlers, he gives you an amazing diamond, amazing band, and then gives you an amazing price to match. Hands down the best value you could find for a thousand miles. Actually I doubt there is a better value and experience to be found anywhere when buying jewelry. read more

I am speechless! We purchased our ring about 2 years ago which Mark made an amazing experience. However my ring was stolen 2 months before our wedding. I know it's just materialistic, but my husband saved up alot of money and put alot of thought into that one ring that he was giving to me. We told Mark what happened and he got to work on another ring ASAP! He told me it was ok and he will perfect this new one. He totally came through and delivered. He added a few more details that were extra special and unique, it made me realize he and my husband worked alot to make it incomparable to any other ring. Not only was it amazing, but I received it just before our wedding day! Much kudos to the Mark's Diamond team, but a huge THANK YOU to Mark! Your kindness and brilliance truly saved the date! read more

My husband surprised me for our 25th anniversary by taking me to Mark's Diamonds to add a couple diamonds to my ring. Not only did Mark himself stay after hours to meet us I had my ring the very next day. It is so beautiful and I can not thank them enough. The price and quality of work were beyond my expectation and Mark treated us as if we were old friends. If you are in the market for a quality diamond, beautiful work and friendly fast service I highly recommend Mark's Diamonds! read more

Mark is absolutely amazing. My husband and I both got our wedding ring/bands from him, as well as other pieces of jewelry throughout the years. We always have a great experience with Mark and his wife. They always make such an effort to find us the perfect piece of jewelry. I couldn't have been more impressed with my entire experience working with Mark and Nataliya at Hadley's House of Diamonds for my fiancee's engagement ring. I had never purchased a ring and had some anxiety about the process. Mark was great and in the end guided me to the perfect ring for my (now) wife. My wife gives me credit for choosing the right one but Mark gets a lot of credit (don't tell her!). Ring is amazing. High recommended. read more

My mother lost a diamond from her engagement ring and she needed replacement diamond. Mark helped me choose the perfect diamond with great brilliance within my budget. I just bought a ring from Mark and his business was top quality. His office is clean, organized and put together beautifully. He is very personable and has loads of experience. I went in with an idea of what I wanted and within a few minutes he was able to cover diamond specs with me and make me feel comfortable about it. I mean it's another language and he has full command of it. He's got loads of experience and after being in the business for so long he's got good contacts that get him too quality rings, diamonds and styles. He had diamonds of all shapes and sizes and was able to show me with his eye piece the quality of the stones and what they looked like in the many settings he had in his office. I'm just a regular guy but I felt like a pro athlete getting this kind of treatment! I walked out of there in 20 mins knowing I got a great ring at a great value, but that wasn't the best part. I feel like I have a friend who's in it for me and that's what I really like about Mark. He might even get a Christmas card from me. read more

My husband and I would never think about investing in a diamond anywhere but with Mark! I introduced my older son to Mark and he, too, has only purchased diamonds from him. I first got to know Mark via his beautiful and classy wife Nataliya about eight years ago. They are highly educated in the diamond business and, as you look for the perfect diamond, Mark studies each stone and describes the quality of the diamond so you know exactly what you are buying. I was considering getting a new wedding band as well and Mark very simply and powerfully, said, "Keep the love," vs. telling me to get a new one with the upgrade diamond which would have, of course, cost more money. If I would have purchased this diamond anywhere else, I believe that it would have cost much more. We'll be returning to Mark and Nataliya for the next upgrade! read more
