They understood I wanted to have the ring by the weekend as I had family coming to town, and they accommodated the timeline. On top of the gorgeous work resizing the ring, Avi spent time telling me how to maintain the quality and integrity of my ring. I have never had any of my rings brake in 2 pieces ever except from Jay Feder! I'd avoid this place at all cost and making sure others know about it too.
