Big, established jeweler versus a smaller jeweler that had great ratings, but we'd never heard of. We're so glad we chose Miro Jewelers. We never felt pressured. Maria just made us feel welcome and important and was so patient with us as we looked at ring after ring trying to find one that sparkled and dazzled and was within our budget. I'm a fact-checker in this day and age, and they are very honest. Most of my good jewelry is heirloom, and I would still trust no one else with it. If you haven't already, you must stop in.

EXTREMELY disappointed to come in to purchase my fiancés band to find my EXACT custom ring setting, that was designed by my fiancé now on sale in their case at the Larimer location. At the time it was made Jonette even commented on how unique it was compared to the designs they carry. I should be flattered you liked my design that much you decided to start selling it but seeing my custom piece that was made for me now on display is heartbreaking. Trying to say you put a different diamond shape (elongated emerald cut vs elongated cushion) and removed the euro shank to save on your overhead in otherwise the same setting doesn't change the fact you are selling my custom design. John, you can do better.

I brought in a bracelet and a ring to this store. For the bracelet I wanted the clasp replaced…read more They told me the price, I approved it, I thought all was well. I went to pick up the bracelet and I didn't get my old clasp back. The staff acted like I was insane for wanting my gold clasp back and told me it was "baked into the price". I was told over a week ago they would try to get it back for me though it was likely "destroyed" by the jeweler but haven't heard a word from them. I've never had jewelry repaired or replaced before and not received my original items back. The ring I brought in for a quote and was a family heirloom. Due to a miscommunication, the jeweler did the work without getting my approval, not understanding I only wanted a quote at the moment. When the store called me to tell me what happened they told me it would be over $600. When I declined to pay that as I only wanted a quote, they called me back the next day and offered to "meet me in the middle" and I pay half. I again decline. Ultimately they did the right thing and didn't charge me. I do want to say the work done was beautiful but they kept the gold clasp from my bracelet and made changes to an heirloom piece of jewelry I wasn't yet ready to change without my approval. I will not be trusting them with any of my jewelry in the future.
