We worked with the folks at Thollot to create a custom ring for my wife from diamonds we already owned, several of which were heirlooms. We created a unique ring in a process that was not nearly as expensive as we thought it would be. The process was simple, the staff was incredibly helpful, and the result was stunning, making my wife very happy. I couldn't recommend Thollot more highly. They are amazing to work with! read more

We were out planning to obtain some quotes for resizing an engagement ring. Thollot was not particularly on our list, because it was "bigger and fancier" than our inclination, but we stopped in because I knew they were there. The reception we received was so positive that we never went anywhere else. And now at the conclusion of that process, we still feel delighted with the experience. read more

I wanted to sell some old jewelry that I no longer wore, and found this store online. The reviews were good, so I made an appointment and headed over. Everyone was very friendly, and the woman who assisted me (I'm sorry to say I have forgotten her name) was organized and efficient. I walked out with a check in hand, satisfied with the transaction. Thank you! read more

Such a wonderful experience here. Looking for a sapphire, multiple other jewelers were just not listening to our criteria. After almost 2 months of appointments with other jewelers we stumbled upon Thollot & co and will never go elsewhere. Very kind and professional and they listened to all of our requests and ended up with the most amazing lab sapphire custom engagement ring. read more

Honestly amazed at the quality of experience we had with Thollot. We got engaged at New Years with a placeholder ring, there was a family diamond my fiancee wanted to use to do a custom. After some research she found Thollot as a highly rated place that would do customs with a self-provided diamond. So up the road to Thornton we went! From the very start they were awesome. They worked with us to design something custom, never once pushed us to purchase anything we didn't want or need, and were very up front about the fact that we could do as many iterations as we wanted while we ironed out the details. We started by showing some examples and they did some sketches and some mockups. They communicated via email and text when they had some examples; and sent images and 3d models of the ring design. We went through a few iterations and they were so patient and up front about the fact that we could do a ton of iterations if we wanted. It was really nice to know that we could continue to tweak until we got it right. Once we saw a model that looked right they made a 3d print out of plastic for us to go up and check out. We did that a couple times after a few tweaks and at that point once we were sure of the design, they told us we could also cast the ring ourselves! So we paid our 50% deposit and a couple weeks later went back up to do the actual ring casting. They walk you through the process and they guide you through melting the gold and casting it into the mold. It's truly a unique and one of a kind process, and there's basically nowhere else in the metro area that lets you do it. Quite a memorable moment and we got lots of pictures and it was just really fun experience. They also have a bar in the shop, which is kind of fun, and so every time we go up we usually have a little glass of scotch after and shoot the breeze with staff or just talk about things while we sip. It's really nice! A couple weeks after casting they told us it was ready and we went up to pick it up and pay the remaining balance. They provided us with an appraisal for insurance, and walked us through being able to come back any time for re-sizing. We left completely satisfied, and we'll be working with them for wedding bands as well. Honestly cannot recommend Thollot enough. It was an amazing experience, prices were great, staff was phenomenal, and the whisky was a nice touch too. Really loved Thollot and would highly recommend them to anyone shopping for any form of jewelry. read more

I am so impressed by Thollot & Co's customer service. There are many companies to buy fine jewelry from, but not many companies will give you the time and care that Thollot does. Specifically, Corri has been especially helpful. Couldn't recommend more! read more

We couldn't recommend Thallot & Co. more! I went to them with my engagement ring we bought elsewhere online to get it resized, find a wedding band, and see if we could turn the big dot prongs into claws. Everyone was so helpful and generous with their knowledge. When I brought up wanting claw style prongs one of their jewelers came out and explained the process, nuisances, his idea for how they could make it work, and it came out perfectly! Because of how great my initial experience was, we ended up going back and getting my partners wedding band here as well. Preston did such a great job walking us through the hypoallergenic options to find their perfect ring as well. 10/10 recommend! read more

My original engagement ring from etsy broke. I called Thollot which was recommended to me by my hairdresser. Shawnte answered and said they would be happy to take a look. The jeweler was honest with us, the setting was not fixable and it would be difficult to resize due to the fact there were moissanite down the side. My fiancé and I returned a few weeks later to talk about a new ring. we we're greeted by the owner, Troy. He offered us a drink and asked me what my dream ring would be. He was happy to work within our budget and get me exactly what I wanted. We also had the pleasure of meeting his wife Joy. Shawnte also made sure everything was taken care of. I couldn't be happier with the ring they made for me. read more

My husband and I visited Thollot Jewlers to have a wedding ring repaired. We were amazed by how quickly we were greeted as we entered the store and how quickly our needs were met. Morgan was very professional and attentive, answered our questions in detail and treated us as though we were the most important thing she had to do for the day. We also requested an evaluation of multiple pieces of jewelry that we wanted to hand down to our grandchildren. Morgan connected us with Mr. Thollot to assist us. We were taken aback to be assisted by the owner and by his attentiveness, expertise and generous advice. You would have thought we were spending thousands of dollars! It was a wonderful customer experience and one that was way more than we could remember ever experiencing. Highly recommend and a big thank-you to the owner and professional staff. read more

I made an appointment to check out some damage that had been caused to two rings, given to me by my husband. One was an anniversary band with diamonds, and the other a family ring. My husband had them made for me, but not at Thollots, and I wanted to make sure that I wasn't making a mistake returning to the original designer. I also wanted an opinion about restoring my grandmothers ring. Not only did he reinforce the reputation of the original jeweler, he recommended I go back. He cleaned my engagement ring for free too! Sadly, I won't be able to restore my grandmothers ring for a variety of reasons, but through my tears he offered a wonderful alternative that will allow me to honor my grandmother, and pass along the stories and ring onto my children going forward. His genuine honesty, and empathy was both refreshing and appreciated. May just have to send my husband there for a 40 yr anniversary gift next year! Any jewelry needs I would go to Thollots Jewelry in Thornton!! Thanks again! read more

Outstanding customer service. Every time I have been to this store, it has just been for a jewelry repair. Even though I'm just getting repairs done, they still treat you like royalty. I am halfway through a custom wedding band set design (using heirloom jewelry to create something new) but here is what I know: Sarah was creative and insightful in helping me with the original design. She kept me informed and followed through with the things she said she was going to do. Annie, was incredibly helpful, able to answer all of my questions, give me options, ideas, and suggestions and made me feel so at ease with the process. I have not met Lindsey but is clearly a great part of the team because she helped the designs come to life with the 3-D models. This place is so clean, so welcoming, and so on top of things. They are super low pressure and low stress with sales which makes shopping fun. I cannot recommend them enough and will be back. read more

I was visiting a friend and wanted to find a ring that matched my late service dog's eyes as a memorial. I was upfront about my budget, which was quite small, and showed them a picture. They brought out four trays(!!) of gemstones to go through, and didn't rush me at ALL as I tried to decide which one to go with, or try to upsell me on a bigger or more precious stone. I ended up going with a pear-shaped citrine in a sterling silver setting, and paid about $350. I never would have imagined that a custom ring was an option, and was absolutely delighted with how the process went and how patient and kind they were. The ring should be here at the end of the month, and I'm very excited. read more

An update to my previous review. After my fiancee' began exhibiting some rather odd behavior that worsened as the big day approached, I ended up calling off the engagement two weeks prior to the wedding. Troy graciously bought my ring back at a fair price and handled the whole situation very professionally. I'm thankful I did, because three years later through a series of divine circumstances I met a beautiful lady whose values and interest match mine in every way. When it came time to propose, I didn't hesitate to go straight to Thollot Diamonds because of the fantastic experience I had previously. Once again, Troy and Joy went above and beyond to make it a positive experience, and helped build a custom designed ring that my wife absolutely loves. Funny thing - we ran into her niece at the store and they are big fans as well. I can't say enough good about Thollot! read more

Thollot is the epitome of customer service. They have gone far beyond to ensure that we were taken care of. Although we're currently living in California, we have a relationship with Thollot and I chose to special order a ring as a gift to my wife for our first anniversary. We were going to Catalina Island to celebrate, so we needed the ring within a specific timeline. The order and shipping specifics were all handled easily over the phone. Then there was a bit of a snag... The vendor whom was to deliver the ring to Thollot dropped the ball. Although they had a couple of weeks to complete the order, they ended up having to overnight ship the ring to Thollot. Then Thollot had to overnight ship to me in CA. As Murphy's Law would have it, the shipment didn't show up and was delayed...as the day we were to be leaving to Catalina came around, the shipment was nowhere to be found. The team at Thollot worked on tracking the shipment, and also created a contingency plan. The original order was delivered too late. Here's where it just gets unbelievable - Troy had a custom ring made by a jeweler in Dana Point where we were going to catch the ferry to the island. I dropped my wife off to check in, while I parked the car and picked up the ring. Amazing! As if that weren't enough, when we arrived to our hotel in Avalon, a card and sparkling wine from Thollot awaited. I'd expect that this sale was a total loss financially, however Thollot has solidified themselves with a lifelong customer. I HIGHLY recommend them, with this story as an example of how to take care of clients. This story is an epic example of going above and beyond. Thank you Thollot! We're most grateful. My fiancé and I went in looking for a very specific ring. I had been searching for ideas using Pinterest and created a board with pear shaped diamonds and a mixture of different designs that I like. I have very simple taste and wanted something beautiful and timeless. We had the opportunity to work with both Troy and Joy Thollot. Troy spent time with us educating us about diamonds and ring styles. What an amazing opportunity! They didn't have what we wanted in the store however they were able to custom make it for us and it is more beautiful than I imagined! The Thollot's were easy to work with. I appreciate their approachability and professionalism. They listened to our hearts desire and worked with us to get the best ring ever. We loved working with them so much we are now having my fiance's wedding band made as well read more

Just got engaged with a ring from Thollot & Co. The entire team at Thollot treated my fiancé and I like family! The ring is absolutely perfect, a very unique rose cut oval diamond with side stones. I use to send everyone here but on our last visit it just wasn't the same. Your no longer invited to come and sit or have access to the professional gemologist and jewelers there. My fiancee and I are going to be life long customers of Thollot! Long story short- This is the first and last place you ever need to visit for all for your jewelry needs! On a random weekend, we strolled into several jewelry stores just "to look" and potentially get myself sized for an engagement ring. As we entered Thollot for the first time, we met Annie Ligrani, who proceeded to show us around the store and guide us through what they had to offer and detailed what they could do. Annie, from the second we walked in, made us feel welcome and treated us like her most valuable customers and friends. She exudes happiness and an intense passion for her work with every word and move she makes. I was nervous because, unlike most women, I had no clue what I liked, what looked good, or what I wanted... and she was patient, warm, friendly, and INCREDIBLE at reading me. She got a better sense of who I am, my style, and what I liked by each passing moment. And in the end, she gave us perfect guidance and a very clear idea of what my ring could be. She had earned our business, hands-down. My fiancee came back several times to custom design my ring over a few months time. And on proposal day- it was the most BEAUTIFUL and unique ring I could ever have imagined. Annie and the design team took what they knew about me, my fiancee's dream design idea, and blended our ideas into my dream engagement ring! I am proud to wear it every day! So obviously when it was my turn to custom design my fiancee's ring, I knew where to turn, and once again, I was blown away! Annie is johnny-on-the-spot with emails and communication. So we set up our first consultation, and she and I got to work right away! We tried on many styles, got my fiancee sized, played around and enjoyed the experience. Annie knows how to dream big and is SUPER creative. As she gets feedback, she knows just which direction to point you and what piece to show you next, so she can better understand your taste and style. The next step was designing. I was terrified because I don't know jewelry and I didn't feel equipped to design a ring. But it really was the fun part! Annie and Joy took my ideas and just chatted with me, as friends, and guided me through my ideas and helped me to understand how my dream would translate into jewelry. They took their time, made sure I understood everything. I was never pressured or rushed. They listed to me and it was clear that they wanted me to be happy. Once we landed on the right design, they sent me countless CAD drawings. (A super fun 3D rendering of your design). They just kept re-working it until i was happy. They even provided me multiple options to consider. They left no stone un-turned and made sure I knew ALL of my options and every price point to consider. Once we landed on a final design, we made a wax mold, and then we sent it off to be made! The turnaround time from design to in-hand was quick and the process was smooth! They made the process SO incredibly easy, comfortable, fun and enjoyable! Every last person who works there is knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming, kind and truly talented. The team at Thollot could not be better. Every time I walked in the door, I was greeted with smiles, offered a glass of wine, and everyone knew my name. It was like walking into your best friend's house for a catch up, having fun, laughing a lot, all while getting creative and playing with some jewelry. I cannot recommend Annie and the Thollot family more!! Their customer service, product quality, team knowledge and raw talent is unmatched. You WON'T regret it! read more

This establishment clearly cares more for an on-time closing, than ensuring every last customer is helped. On two separate occasions it was made very clear to me I must leave right when they closed. I looked past the first occurrence when I was picking up a repair. While at work i received a text mid-afternoon that my repair was ready. I was working south of downtown, and decided I'd try to make it before the 6pm closing time, but given Denver traffic i was doubtful. I ended up arriving at 5:55pm and knowing I just had a repair to pick up, I was not worried about facing negativity about walking in so close to closing time. Upon walking in the staff looked as though they were witnessing a tragedy. I was not greeted, but rather just stared at from all of them as if they were in awe they were witnessing someone who may be delaying their closing time. That quickly turned to relief when they realized i was just there to pick up a repair. As stated above, I overlooked it as a one-off. The next time we were dropping off another repair this time around 4:30 and this day was a closing time of 5pm. The repair evaluation took longer than expected, and we weren't finished until 4:55. I have had my eye on a ring in the center of the store, and have been contemplating making the purchase. As we walked out, I pointed it out to my husband, and expressed interest in trying it on. Before I could even look to find someone to open the case, an aggressive guy approached and abruptly said "it's closing time, and you're leaving, right?" He witnessed my interest in the ring, and also was within earshot of hearing me express my interest in it. We were almost in shock that we were being ushered out so aggressively and ended up leaving. Right at 5pm. I'm happy they successfully closed on time, but they lost that particular sale, and any future business from us. I fully understand that we all want the workday to end, and go home to our personal lives. That said, it's also an understanding that sometimes business will overlap an intended closing time in the service industry. That goes for restaurants, retail stores, and other sales businesses. It's unfortunately part of the industry. Had I been allowed to remain in the store and purchase that ring, they would have left a little later, and retained a loyal customer. read more

What a wonderful place. Unfortunately, I had a prior experience with an disreputable jeweler and needed to get a police report for detectives. This jeweler has recently moved to 104th and Colorado across from the Albertsons. I have come here often to get watch batteries replaced, bands repaired and also have sold some gold. However, they have a wonderful selection of fine diamonds and jewelry. Recently, my husband shattered the crystal to his watch. It was not an expensive watch but sentimental, and he wanted it repaired. I took it to Thollot, and Diane was so nice. She took great care of us and sent it out to be fixed. They treated my watch as though it were an expensive piece and gave great care to getting it repaired. She kept me updated every step of the way. It came back perfect, and we could not have been happier. Great service here. Many thanks to Diane. I highly recommend also if you are looking for a wedding or engagement ring as they have a beautiful selection here. read more

My husband tried to get my wedding ring stones tightened for our anniversary so I could wear it again. Annie at Thollot told him it could not be repaired/stones tightened. Told him (of course) he could buy a new ring or demolish mine and make it into earrings or a necklace. This ring has extreme sentimental value to me and no way would a necklace or earrings be acceptable. He decided to get a 2nd opinion. Took it to Hughes in Brighton and they repaired it within 24hrs. It looks like the day I received it. And guess what? It was only $25, not the $1200 Thollot wanted to make into something else. I will only use Hughes from now on. SMH. read more

When my (now) husband and I decided to "tie the knot" after 15 years, we knew we wanted a custom ring made with my Grandmother's diamonds. After SIX independent friends all recommended Thollot Jewelers, we thought this HAD to be the place! We initially started out with another gemologist and became excited to move forward with his recommendations. However, we had a bit of confusion regarding my center stone. Joy, the owner, stepped in and suggested a meeting to clarify the situation. Honestly, we were a little hesitant but chose to meet with Joy. We instantly hit it off and knew not only were we in good hands, we actually felt we got the BEST OF THE BEST with her leading this extraordinary task. The process took four months to find my unique stone and perfect setting to our non-traditional wedding set. The patience, attention to detail and expertise were SECOND TO NONE! Joy didn't skip a beat with the design by noticing little things in our style and personality to make our rings represent us completely! When the time came to pick up our rings and essentially get engaged, Joy and Troy made it a very special occasion. The four of us popped open a bottle of champagne (that they supplied) and we reminisced about how these BEAUTIFUL rings came into existence. Thollot Jewelers will ALWAYS be my jeweler of choice. I WILL NOT go anywhere else! CHEERS Joy and Troy, and thank you for everything you did to make our HalloWedding a complete success! You have customers for LIFE! read more
