We found Schlener Jewelry by chance when looking for a local jeweler to make our wedding set. We…read morealso called ahead to ensure they were LGBT friendly, as we are aware there are plenty of individuals in marriage-related industries that like to throw their intolerance around. To our absolute delight, not only are the Schlener brothers welcoming and non-discriminatory, they were perhaps the easiest commission I have ever made for any item, and that's saying something! The Schlener brothers were very friendly and welcoming, and easy to talk to despite how intimidating it can be to be surrounded by such fine jewelry (and worry about salespeople more interest in upselling than good customer service). After reviewing some designs online, we went in with a rather vague idea for a set of matched wedding rings. We knew we wanted a chevron, wanted to keep the price reasonable, and wanted to do a combination of white and rose gold. We were able to create a custom design in less than an hour, review a digital mock up, then a 3D printed cast. I believe our rings were ready within 4-5 weeks, from start to end, and they came out BEAUTIFULLY. I cannot stop telling my wife how perfect they are, and how much I love them (luckily she feels the same haha). We are huge fans and recommend Schlener Jewelry as strongly as we possibly can.

This is my/our second purchase from this particular location but not our 1st from a merchant with the Helzberg marquee. We went to have my wife's ring that I got for her in February cleaned and wound walking out with another one as well as the cleaned one. Or should I say with her "cleaning up".? Lol. But honestly it's a nice environment to "shop" around in and it's not high pressure salesmanship either. They offer a wide variety of jewelry and accessories but as of right now a limited on high end "premium " watches because as soon as they come in they are gone. I did chat up a little conversation about the Rolexes and the salesman told me as soon as the popular ones, ie". The submariner" come in they are gone and even have a waiting list. But they do have a little bit of everything that a jewelry store would be expected from precious stones and metals to man-made stones. With a price range for every one. But what I really like about this establishment is the service. Even though as it seems one person gets the commission ( I think) if their is one but they all or seem to be assisting with the final sale. One thing also that I thought was cool was back in the day they use to give you an eyeglass to check out your or the cuts of the jewels now they put it under a microscope and the imagery is transferred onto a monitor. Technology is just getting crazier and crazier, or maybe I'm just getting older, nah. It's the advancement of the technology, lol. Anyway I would definitely recommend this particular Helzberg Diamonds store not only for their wide variety of items but their excellent service and knowledge. Happy shopping.
