I made a purchase for an item on a Wednesday with my background check included within the purchase. I was informed to arrive back to this store location 3 days later to retrieve my purchased items. All throughout the transactio, the older female store clerk proceeded her wrongful transaction in jokes and smiles. Little to my knowledge, she was undergoing an intentional blotch within their system. When processing my transaction details, she (Older Female Store Clerk) put spaces within the credentials(which is not the proper/valid format) so that it would have an automatic block within my background check and final pickup destination. This was my very first time coming here as a shopper and I will not be back. I only wanted my item that I purchased, I did want not a refund. I would request that the Older Female Store Clerk who sold me my item improperly be suspended pending investigation. Thank you! If you arrive here, do yourself a favor and make a very calm departure. GOD BLESS AMERICA

Kyle & Jon were incredibly polite and helpful; I felt that I was being treated with complete fairness and transparency. They were open about their process for evaluation, and even discussed possible pricing for some additional future sales I am considering. I could not recommend this establishment, and its proprietors, more strongly. Just excellent. One more thing: I found that this is a generationally family-owned business, of which there are exceedingly fewer and fewer these days. Supporting them, as opposed to their franchised competitors (one of which is mere feet away in the same shopping mall), is important. If you decide to try out a pawn shop, the combination of all of the above should make your choice clear! Justin B.

First, their hours on the website said they opened at 9 AM, so I called shortly after that. I was met with a rude staff member who told me, "Call back when we are open," even though they had already answered the phone. This response was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. If the store wasn't actually open yet, the phone could've just gone unanswered. But the real issue here is that this is the third time I've tried to retrieve the serial number for a firearm I purchased from them that was stolen. Each time I've been told I cannot get the serial number, even though I need it to work with law enforcement. I'm completely frustrated by their lack of assistance, especially when I'm trying to do the right thing and report my stolen property. I've been patient, but at this point, I'm incredibly disappointed in both the rude customer service and the lack of help in retrieving the information I need. I am going to be contacting their corporate office if this issue isn't resolved immediately. I strongly suggest you avoid this store if you need professional service or any type of assistance. This experience has been a complete waste of time.

If this is the way you do business I'm surprised that you are still in business. So now I've lost $60, that's 2 payments. May not seem like much money but as far as I'm concerned that's stealing. I stopped into this locations to look for a hobby grade R/C car. They had a really nice newish one on the shelf. I bought it, took it home, it didn't work. Why the compliments? After researching, I found that there was a controller mix up. I went back dreading the transaction that was to come, I stated my case to several different people and they came up with another controller, went home, didn't work. I was getting pretty worried. Why am I not writing a bad review at this point? I went back again, the store was now slammed and the staff was 12 deep into customers. They knew why I was back, they (3 or 4 of them) helped me right away, came back with another controller ... The right one! I was VERY pleased and my purchase is complete! Thanks guys!
