The store is very clean and well organized and Tim let me fully test the camera. The price was very fair and Tim worked with me to make sure I could take care of a maintenance item without having to cover that cost after the purchase. This was my first actual pawn shop purchase and I really appreciated Tim's professionalism, friendliness and effort to make a fair sale. No pressure to buy and patient enough to pull 10+ different guns for me to hold and look at. They were extremely knowledgeable about firearms, and not snooty about it which is also very rare. They had a decent selection new and used. First, their hours on the website said they opened at 9 AM, so I called shortly after that. I was met with a rude staff member who told me, "Call back when we are open," even though they had already answered the phone. This response was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. If the store wasn't actually open yet, the phone could've just gone unanswered. But the real issue here is that this is the third time I've tried to retrieve the serial number for a firearm I purchased from them that was stolen. Each time I've been told I cannot get the serial number, even though I need it to work with law enforcement. I'm completely frustrated by their lack of assistance, especially when I'm trying to do the right thing and report my stolen property. I've been patient, but at this point, I'm incredibly disappointed in both the rude customer service and the lack of help in retrieving the information I need. I am going to be contacting their corporate office if this issue isn't resolved immediately. I strongly suggest you avoid this store if you need professional service or any type of assistance. They didn't tell us when we first put it on layaway in January that it's only a 3 month loan otherwise I would have put it on layaway. If this is the way you do business I'm surprised that you are still in business. So now I've lost $60, that's 2 payments. May not seem like much money but as far as I'm concerned that's stealing.
