The store is very clean and well organized and Tim let me fully test the camera. The price was very fair and Tim worked with me to make sure I could take care of a maintenance item without having to cover that cost after the purchase. This was my first actual pawn shop purchase and I really appreciated Tim's professionalism, friendliness and effort to make a fair sale. I will definitely be a repeat customer if the opportunity affords itself.

I then bought a different 18k Cuban chain from them. Took it to another jeweler to have it tested, and parts of it stuck to a magnet -- a clear sign it's not real gold, since genuine gold isn't magnetic. When I went back to raise the issue, instead of addressing it, they told me not to come back. Getting misrepresented metal purity twice from the same store is one thing, but being told not to return after catching it is what really says it all. Be careful buying "18k" or "14k" pieces here -- get everything independently tested before you leave the store.

Kyle & Jon were incredibly polite and helpful; I felt that I was being treated with complete fairness and transparency. They were open about their process for evaluation, and even discussed possible pricing for some additional future sales I am considering. I could not recommend this establishment, and its proprietors, more strongly. Just excellent. One more thing: I found that this is a generationally family-owned business, of which there are exceedingly fewer and fewer these days. Supporting them, as opposed to their franchised competitors (one of which is mere feet away in the same shopping mall), is important. If you decide to try out a pawn shop, the combination of all of the above should make your choice clear! Justin B.

DO NOT COME HERE I…read morevisited Fast Cash Pawn & Payday Loan at 1227 W 84th Ave, Westminster, CO 80030 and had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. First, their hours on the website said they opened at 9 AM, so I called shortly after that. I was met with a rude staff member who told me, "Call back when we are open," even though they had already answered the phone. This response was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. If the store wasn't actually open yet, the phone could've just gone unanswered. But the real issue here is that this is the third time I've tried to retrieve the serial number for a firearm I purchased from them that was stolen. Each time I've been told I cannot get the serial number, even though I need it to work with law enforcement. I'm completely frustrated by their lack of assistance, especially when I'm trying to do the right thing and report my stolen property. I've been patient, but at this point, I'm incredibly disappointed in both the rude customer service and the lack of help in retrieving the information I need. I am going to be contacting their corporate office if this issue isn't resolved immediately. I strongly suggest you avoid this store if you need professional service or any type of assistance. This experience has been a complete waste of time.
