If the store wasn't actually open yet, the phone could've just gone unanswered. But the real issue here is that this is the third time I've tried to retrieve the serial number for a firearm I purchased from them that was stolen. Each time I've been told I cannot get the serial number, even though I need it to work with law enforcement. I'm completely frustrated by their lack of assistance, especially when I'm trying to do the right thing and report my stolen property. I've been patient, but at this point, I'm incredibly disappointed in both the rude customer service and the lack of help in retrieving the information I need.
