I would definitely recommend this GameStop to anyone that has any need to go to a GameStop store out of all the GameStop stores I have ever been too this location by far has been the most helpful and best customer service I have ever gotten at any GameStop location. I would especially like to thank the store manager David for excellent customer service and with helping me with all of my needs. He made sure that everything I asked for was taken care of in a quick efficient manner and he also did so with a great attitude and I couldn't be more happier with everything that I needed to get taken care of thanks to the store manager at this location David I definitely recommend u go to this GameStop and if u have any problems or need any help with anything ask for the manager David he will get whatever u need done for u guaranteed! read more

The boss lady here knows her stuff, bravo to that alone. It's not often that you got a Gamestop employee firing off on all cylinders like that. Came in to add to my game collection, as one does when they got diamond hands, and looking for some oddball titles for the Nintendo Switch. The gal was on top of it, assisting with some suggestions and tried finding nearby stores immediately without question. No real luck with her help, but I did find a new 3D platformer to play in my quest. So bonus points to that. read more

After years of shopping at various Game Stops, I'll never do so again! We bought a PlayStation high def camera for my nephews birthday, but it turned out to not be the correct equipment we needed, and didn't realize until we had it connected to the PlayStation. Our mistake for buying the wrong product. However, when we took it back the next day, we were informed that we cannot do a return or even in-store credit. It was pointed out that on the bottom of our receipt, it said no returns for any product that has been opened. Understandable if this was a game that we could've played, and then tried to return, etc. That isn't the case. The employee at this location was kind and respectful, the managers that he placed us on the phone to was not. Apparently, every time you make a purchase anywhere, you need to read the bottom of the receipt to make sure that you didn't just get screwed. Pretty unbelievable when local businesses want you to shop with them instead of Amazon. However, Amazon allows you to return things and not waste $60 on the wrong product. So, GameStop, you'll never get another dollar from us again unfortunately will shop at Amazon instead of supporting your local business. Consider this your fine print on YOUR receipt. read more

GameStop - High def camera - Videos & Video Game Rental Near Me - Denver, Colorado

terrible service called 9 different times no answer , and on my 10th attempt got put on hold for longer than 15 mins not sat with customer service read more

The only reason I come here is they are one of the few Gamestops that sells transformers, otherwise don't waste your time. Employees are very pushy about their programs, make us feel like we are a huge inconvenience whenever we ask for help, and overall have this aura of superiority that is unwarranted and uncalled for. If you are not into figure collecting, just stay away if you want a good or even ok customer experience, as this is more like the stereotypical GameStop experience but with more pretentious employees. read more

I had the best experience at GameStop today. I gave them a call right when they opened and asked if they have any Nintendo 64 games. They said they did so I came on by. To my amazement they had the notorious KILLER INSTINCT GOLD. This bad boy was only $25 because of it's used condition. You'll find these on amazon for $50. Can't complain about this steal here. Kudos to this GameStop location for hooking it up! read more

Friendly customer service. Great selection of games. Good location. They gave old school games from Super Nintendo and regular Nintendo which is awesome. Will definitely be back. read more

Selling use controllers for $55 when you can literally buy a brand new one at Walmart, And on top of that sh it's don't even work. GameStop a joke nowadays whatever you need for you gaming needs you better off going to your local Walmart. Save your self time and money. read more

Manager Jim basically assumed we stole a ps4 that we decided to return and told us that we "fucked him over bad" when all we wanted to do is return the system we just bought. He then tried to stop us by saying "the return will take awhile" like no shit, we know we are fine. Business tip: don't imply ur customers stole an item when we have the receipt and membership to show we paid. read more

Great service and had exactly what I needed and the 10,000 free points sign up bonus is so worth the fourteen dollars for the year along with 5000 points every month read more

These guys will ignore policies printed on the back of the receipt and refuse to refund your money. Don't shop at this store, these guys will try to screw you over. I gave them an extra star because they let me bring my dog inside. read more

Visit from January 11th 2017 The 2 guys that were working the night of Jan 11th(I feel so bad for forgetting their names) were GREAT! My boyfriend and I went in to just look at the ps4 and the guys working were so enthusiastic and knowledgable about the system and a bunch of the games we ended up buying one and some games too! It was a wonderful experience over all! We will be returning here for sure! read more

New games are priced cheaper than pre-owned games. I picked up Halo 5 new listed at $49.99, but when I got to the counter they said they didn't have any new, only pre-owned for $57. I asked why they were advertising something they didn't have and was told that Microsoft makes them. I asked him to honor the lower price and he said he couldn't do that. False advertising and bait-and-switch tactics used at this store. Will never shop here again. read more

I love this place, they know us and we know them. They are funny, and helpful! They pay competitive trade-in on games and systems. They have Skylanders for days, and that is a good and a bad thing... read more

They were very helpful and friendly when I brought my daughter in to buy her new game, "god of war". She was incredibly stoked when she got the free poster. Thanks :) read more

I heart Game-stop in general, there I said it. They have a good selection of games and access to a database of there nearby stores so if they don't have it they can find it for you. For 14.99 you can get a little card that gets you 10% off used items in the store and a year long subscription to game informer which in my opinion is just worth for the magazine. The used peripherals are refurbished or inspected so there's no lemons and there return policy is appropriate. The staff is always knowledgeable and there to help. When I buy a new game I go here because chances are I'm gonna get a freebie like a t-shirt to boot. As far as trade-ins are concerned I have to assume that they are reasonable due to the fact that they have been in business for so long. I use Game fly for most of my stuff but when I want to buy a game I go straight here. read more

Awesome store! Awesome staff! Always nice and super friendly. Lots of different type of gamers work there.

Jim the manager is TERRIBLE. They ignore their own printed policies written on the back of the receipt and refuse to refund your money or even make an exchange. Love this store hate the manager. If Jim is working come back another time read more

I have nothing but amazing things to say about the gentlemen who work at this location! As a clueless mother to gamer kids I'm often times blindly looking for a special request and they are always patient and friendly with me! We bought the Nintendo switch and when I can't figure out how to make it two player or a setting they happily help me out and never make me feel like a problem. In addition they'll open doors early on launches or preorders to get you out of the cold or hold special launch parties. This store is the greatest and it's way higher ranked in our family then any of the other ones in the area!! Thanks Guys! read more

I just returned from this store and would advise consumers to go elsewhere. My customer service experience was very sub-par. I was prepared with cash in pocket to purchase a new or refurbished gaming system, accessories, and a few specific games. Having shopped online, craiglist, Target, and Walmart, I chose GS, thinking it would have everything I needed. I located what I was looking for, but wanted to ask a few questions. As I approached the staff, 4 younger gentleman, I overheard them gossiping negatively about a customer who had posted a negative comment against GS, but had gave the staff member ZERO's. I was a bit annoyed by the comments, and chose to wait until approached to ask my questions and secure my purchase. 3 of the staff turned their attention towards a handheld game being played by 4th staff member. The foursome remained fixated on the device for another few minutes, and ignored my presence. I chose to walk out, and will not return. I was prepared to make an impulse buy and could have been a repeat customer. Now, I doubt I will even purchase a gaming system. Game Stop, Playstation, Madden, EA, and so on... Beware... You're losing revenue to the slackers behind the counter... read more
