I have shopped at so many card shops, and I'm gonna give my opinion on it. More than likely you are not going to be greeted like you just walked into a corporate retailer that has the "six feet rule." There are some outliers and shop owners and employees that are super engaging and chatty. But like 9 out of 10 times in card shops it's usually a quiet not in the mood to chit chat kinda vibe. Most everyone just says hello when ya walk in. I've personally had some good conversations with the guys who work here. But at the end of the day, not everyone plays the same TCG runs the same colors/strats or knows every card ever created among like 10 major games. Do your fuckin homework before you pull up. There are literally endless amounts of internet resources. Now to the important stuff. I really love the way you order singles, you literally text them your order. They reply when it's done and give you pre tax price. Shop is clean and organized and they have crazy old sets. I play MTG so it's a mecca to me. They pretty much have whatever I order and the cards are in good condition. You also get free packs after you buy a certain amount of cards which is rad. It's literally a reward for "just buying singles" You gotta pop into this shop if you play TCGs. Its a really good one.

I didn't mind them not taking the cards, what frustrated me is that he then proceeded to start getting aggressive and cursing VERY LOUD ( In a hobby store full of kids) screaming "GET THE F OUT" repeatedly saying that I'm now banned for "taking advantage of the buying system". I was calm and collected and simply asked how I was taking advantage when those are the guidelines they put in place, in which he got even louder and more aggressive ( IN FRONT OF CHILDREN). I understand sometimes people have a bad day and things can boil over but this is a repeated behavior I've witnessed which is unacceptable. ( ALSO ALL THE REVIEWS TALKING ABOUT THE GUY AT THE TRADE COUNTER THIS IS THE SAME GUY, WHICH JUST SO HAPPENS TO BE THE OWNER). As a business owner myself, I understand that things can get busy, but I found this extremely unprofessional. The least that could have been said was, "We don't have that product in stock," or simply explaining that they couldn't help me. Instead, the call was abruptly ended. Unfortunately, customer service like this leaves a lasting impression. I will not be supporting this business again, nor will I be recommending it to my friends, family, or clients. There are plenty of other businesses that understand the importance of treating customers with basic courtesy and respect.
