So he had asked about buying an R/C car so I told him we would think about it as those things can get a little pricey. Anyway as a surprise I took him to this hobby store that I knew about and thought this would be a good starting point for choices. We were not disappointed. We were educated on the differences between certain types ,models and pros and cons of the huge selection of R/C cars. They have R/C everything. Cars, boats , planes , helicopters and alot of stuff " hobby" related. There is just so much I can't even list it all. I'm talking pool cues, darts, miniature figures, and models. And on and on!! And don't let me forget parts and knowledge. I do believe he even mentioned a track for R/C cars in the back. So if you have a hobby , not woodworking related or along that lines this is the place. Would definitely recommend.

The owner is the most rude and emotionally immature person I've ever met, I brought in cards from 2015 black and white era all worth over $10 each ( buy policy states must be over $5) one card was a near mint dragon vault kyurem worth $80 which he called "bulk" then proceeded to tell me he won't comp out any of the cards because I'm "taking advantage of the buy policy". I didn't mind them not taking the cards, what frustrated me is that he then proceeded to start getting aggressive and cursing VERY LOUD ( In a hobby store full of kids) screaming "GET THE F OUT" repeatedly saying that I'm now banned for "taking advantage of the buying system". I was calm and collected and simply asked how I was taking advantage when those are the guidelines they put in place, in which he got even louder and more aggressive ( IN FRONT OF CHILDREN). I understand sometimes people have a bad day and things can boil over but this is a repeated behavior I've witnessed which is unacceptable. ( ALSO ALL THE REVIEWS TALKING ABOUT THE GUY AT THE TRADE COUNTER THIS IS THE SAME GUY, WHICH JUST SO HAPPENS TO BE THE OWNER). I would expect more professionalism from the owner of the store but it seems he treats everyone this way, I am only writing this review in hopes to save someone else the trouble since there is no shot they could ever earn my business again.

**Disappointed with the customer service**…read more I called to ask a simple question about a product, and less than 10 seconds into the call, I was hung up on. As a business owner myself, I understand that things can get busy, but I found this extremely unprofessional. The least that could have been said was, "We don't have that product in stock," or simply explaining that they couldn't help me. Instead, the call was abruptly ended. Unfortunately, customer service like this leaves a lasting impression. I will not be supporting this business again, nor will I be recommending it to my friends, family, or clients. There are plenty of other businesses that understand the importance of treating customers with basic courtesy and respect.
