I have shopped at so many card shops, and I'm gonna give my opinion on it. More than likely you are not going to be greeted like you just walked into a corporate retailer that has the "six feet rule." There are some outliers and shop owners and employees that are super engaging and chatty. But like 9 out of 10 times in card shops it's usually a quiet not in the mood to chit chat kinda vibe. Most everyone just says hello when ya walk in. I've personally had some good conversations with the guys who work here. But at the end of the day, not everyone plays the same TCG runs the same colors/strats or knows every card ever created among like 10 major games. Do your fuckin homework before you pull up. There are literally endless amounts of internet resources. Now to the important stuff. I really love the way you order singles, you literally text them your order. They reply when it's done and give you pre tax price. Shop is clean and organized and they have crazy old sets. I play MTG so it's a mecca to me. They pretty much have whatever I order and the cards are in good condition. You also get free packs after you buy a certain amount of cards which is rad. It's literally a reward for "just buying singles" You gotta pop into this shop if you play TCGs. Its a really good one.

Definitely the worst Michaels location I've ever been to. Firstly, I went to this store to pick up…read morea frame. When I got home I realized that the frame was cracked, chipped, and wasn't even in any original packaging (found this out once I went to a different location to return it). The inside sheet with the sizing was all crumpled up like it had been returned before. Then I needed to order a mat for the frame. This is probably the most irritating thing I've ever had to do. Whoever works in framing is so slow, only talked in questions, has no clue what she is doing, and talks rudely. I'm pretty dumfounded that someone like that can even work there. When I ordered the mat it was as if she had no clue how to do anything or even know what mats they had. "I think we have these, I think it's this price" etc. It took a whopping 30-45 minutes just for her to make this order and give me the receipt. Should have taken not even 5 minutes because I knew what I wanted. When I went to pick up the mat, she couldn't find it, proceeded to ask me "is this one the right one?", like how am I supposed to know. For her to just say "well I think this might be it so here you go". When opening the order herself, she asked me "Can't you help!" all snarky, backhanded, and rude. Like what do you mean, this is your job, and how do you think you can talk to a customer like that? Get home to find out it is either the incorrect order or made incorrectly. It's for a 24 x 36 inch frame and is literally cut larger than that. I repeatedly said it needed to be 24 x 36 inches, for it be cut 1/4 to 1/2 inch larger on each side. How hard is it to cut 2 feet by 3 feet? How hard is it to label an order with a name or even just an order number? I then had to call 5 times just to be connected to framing because they kept denying the transfers. At least they are remaking it, crossing my fingers I'll actually get what I ordered. Will definitely NEVER be going back to this location. I debated on not even trying to go there again for the remake and going to a different location, so we'll see how this continues. Extremely disappointed.

I didn't really have any expectations and decided to just check it out but ended up very surprised. First off, the service here is top notch. Since we walked in to when we left, the people here are the prime example of customer service. Great job guys! There are a ton of new and used puzzles, board games, records, etc here. The prices are in between a thrift store and places that only sell new stuff if that makes sense? Especially if you're looking for board games, you would really enjoy this place. There were so many here that I have never heard of before. I got a used puzzles here for $7! I look forward to coming back here and browsing around!

Luckily the employees, a super friendly bunch, knew where to look or whom to ask where to look or knew the answer right away. They are there to help and is reflected in their attitude! I would say it is chaos in there and there doesn't seem to be a method to the madness but it is VERY worth your time to wander EVERYWHERE in the store. Thought I would help out a dying business, but Buzz, the owner, reeled me in for a shisty sale. I went in to but a quad copter kit and he sold me his used banged up experiment stating it was good to go as is. He could not find his sale form and I wrote one up from scratch. Banged up copter and mismatched parts, ie batteries, charger, reviewer, transmitter,.., non of them coincided, or worked together. He avoided my calls and never made an effort to resolve the issues. Bad bad owner... Took the copter to another hobby shop and had its diagnostics checked and half the copter was not functional. He sold me his banged up personal project. Ass"@&&! Asked for a refund and stated,"What do you think this is Walmart?" The place looks run down and that's what it is. Be weary....

Plenty of parking which is very unusual for that area and a wide variety of crystals, minerals, fossils, jewelry and books well displayed throughout the store. I don't know all the employees but Bob is very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices range from a few dollars to thousands so there's something for every budget. Highly recommended if you're in the area. Never hurts to call first, they are transitioning from winter to summer hours 303-495-5521.

She didn't, but she asked a guy from the next (related) store to come look, and he identified it right away. I explained that I had inherited a number of stones from my grandfather that weren't identified, and he offered to identify 20 or 30 of them for free. I'll be back with a selection soon.
