This place has a great selection. The prices are steep, but that's because of the collector's market; prices are high everywhere. Comparatively, the prices are fair. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The owner has been in the area for decades and knows what he's talking about when it comes to games, and the weekend guy really know how to make a customer feel welcome and wanted. Walked into the store today and they were selling a brand new Switch game, Binding of Isaac, for $60. That's a $40 game...sold everywhere for...$40. (Unless you have Best Buy or Amazon rewards in which case it's $32!) But selling for $60? I'm not sure how MSRP works, but I'm guessing either he's treating his customers like idiots and trying to rip them off or he's embezzling funds somehow. NOT COOL. read more

When I went to the store I was very pleased to find out they had the game need actually took ten minutes and if didn't get the game here I would've actually had to go in Loveland they and had it on stock it was able to avoid taking a trip all the way to loveland they had great customer service is done within 10 minutes I was in and out it was a great time and I've never had that much good service and on top of that if you're looking for a game that's not a gamestop or other game places come here to the game factor read more

I'm a teenager that's really in to retro gaming. The section of games they have is amazing, and the employees are very helpful. I'm a 360 gamer and ever sence gamestop removed there 360 section I've gone to game factor way more. And they sell other things then just games like board games and trading cards. When I first moved to Colorado in 2012, I went to this store a few times and for the most part didn't have any problems. But one day a few years ago I decided to buy a PS1 game here that came in a sleeve and it seemed to be scratched and didn't work. I figured that since I had a warranty on it, I would come back and exchange it for a working copy or refund if they didn't have it. Turns out, games that came in the sleeve weren't covered by the warranty, and I wasn't told about this until I went back to the store to get a refund on the game, and they wouldn't give me my money back despite buying the game scratched. Ever since then, I have decided to no longer shop here and have taken my retro gaming business to Games Ahoy in Loveland. It's a longer drive, but at least they have a better return policy and are better about not selling broken games. read more

It is good to see a nice cozy little local game store. They have a good selection of games both new and old, as well as board games and game merchandise. The person who I assumed to be the owner is clearly a man of fine taste, and is friendly, but thankfully not to the point of pestering you like an obnoxious gamestop employee. read more

This would be a negative star rating if possible. My family and I just visited this shop and I've never been so disgusted with someone. The guy that runs the place is an absolute disgrace. I was getting ready to drop at least $40 on some merchandise and my 4yr old daughter needed the restroom so we politely asked for the bathroom. Without a second look he's snarled "we don't have a public restroom" and lumbered away. Mind you my daughter was on her way through the OPEN restroom door when he denied her entry. We left immediately. Our money is better spent elsewhere, not only where it is appreciated, but where it is deserved. EVERY time I've been in that place he has been just rude. Got misinformed about how the Nintendo e shop functioned and was told I could gift through it using the e shop cards. This is inaccurate so when I came into the store the next day I was cross. Raye the in-store rep took all the necessary steps putting me in touch with the store operator Mitch. They took great care of me and had me in and out in 5 minutes. How can I describe this place without sounding like a demon? The retro games are, on average, priced at about double the eBay value and has been for years. If that's not bad enough, today was the final straw. Since the Nintendo switch came out there are only a few physical copy games worth noting. This guy had the new Zelda, Bomberman, and Binding of Isaac. He priced all three of them for $60 a piece. The Bomberman is $50 retail brand new and the Isaac game is $40 brand new retail. I could literally walk to the nearby Best buy and buy those games. The owner is taking advantage of people because he owns the only retro video game store in Greeley. Avoid this store. Overall, we have made our first and only trip to Game Force in Greeley. Wanting to support a local business rather than a large chain, I decided to take my son in to find two XBOX 360 games. When we entered the store, we were overtaken by the incredible, mass selection of video games and merchandise, we thought this would be a new favorite. After walking in, we noticed the man at the counter, sitting down texting on his phone who clwarly noticed us. He never initiated a welcome, so naturally one would try to exchange a common pleasantry with a shopkeeper. When I said, "Hello", he just looked up, scoffed at me and looked back down. Okay, I thought ... some people are just rude. Oh well. Right? Anyway, my son looked all over for the 360 games to only SEE, without the clerk even asking if he could help, that they were behind the counter. My son told me the games he was looking for and I stood there thinking this man would acknowledge us. Nothing. I finally said, "excuse me sir, we would like to look at a couple of games." He looked up, stood up exaggeratedly slow and just stared at us. Maybe he was hard of hearing I thought, so I said again can we look at some 360 games? He replied "I'm standing aren't I?". At that moment it was clear he wasn't interested in helping anyone as other customers in the store also needed his attention and he gsve none. It's a nice little store, better than Game Stop in a lot of ways. Their games, like Game Stop, are overpriced new or used compared to buying online. They give your more in-store credit for trade-ins than Game Stop, and also have a cash option. What I like best is that they have games for essentially every system there ever was, and sell the systems too! I go here for my Dreamcast and Origional Xbox games. read more

I frequent this place and the guy during the weekdays is really nice and absolute joy, but the guy on weekends is a total dick. I walked in wanting a $60 redeemable Microsoft cash card. I buy everything online now because it's safer but I still do retail to turn HARD cash into credit on my Microsoft account. I was going to use that money to preorder Injustice 2. The guy at the counter basically yelled at me telling me they only do physical copies. I tried to calm the situation by saying, "alright I just wanted to get Injustice 2 somehow." Then he said (rudely), "we don't HAVE it because it's NOT out yet." Now I was uncomfortable, and no shit it's not out yet dude, that's why I wanted codes. So i proceeded to say, "well you have codes in the past." And he cut me off saying, "WE DON'T SELL CODES!" Now I'm immensely uncomfortable. Look, the guy who is usually there is nice, he talks to you and will start talking about the games your looking for or buying even giving you feedback with his personal experience. But the guy who was there this time made it such an awful experience for me that I'm not going to return. I'm an extrovert as it is which is why I find enjoyment in playing games. If I don't have to go out I won't. It's guys like this that remind me why I don't go out and make it even harder for me to go out in the first place. I'm never going back there again, if I can stop that experience from happening again so be it. It was so uncomfortable and the guy was so rude, I'm not a confrontational man. I was there with my friend and even he said the guy was a total dick. Well congratulations you'll never have my business again. I'm glad I'm in the growing age of technology because I'm ordering my shit online now just because of this dick hole. read more

Gameforce is a store filled with video games from every kind of system that you can think of, yes some of his prices are overpriced but he is a fair man that will allow you to discuss prices with. Great people and great games lead to a great day read more
