Walking in, you hear familiar game music that plays in the background as you see gamers thrashing on arcade cabinets and talking about the latest console games. It's not just a store, it's a place for the gamer community to meet up, which is great. Game stores should have culture. They had more rarities in this store than the other store, which is saying something because both have great stock and impressive rarity. Nor do they do real cash back refunds on anything even if you buy a used system and its actually defective because they don't actually test or clean the systems they get in, they just half ass blow it out... they are scam artists in disguise fucking us over.... Like how can you tell me these people price a used xbox 360 controller for 35 bucks just a controller but then when someone brings in a whole used xbox 360 console with name brand controller and 500 gig HD to trade in they offer 33 dollars in store credit.. that people should say something what this bullshit company does not to mention they don't even actually try to refurbish anything or even at least replace thermal paste. They can literally hire some people that can do that separately from the actual business locations or even the back of their stores to ensure each used console will actually run properly or at least have a better return policy aka real cash back. But the owner won't have a refurbish group like that because he's to much of a cheap skate con man that hires unprofessional and inexperienced kids that handles games and electronics like Keith David holding a glass of warm milk it's absolutely hilarious.... Even the loser Verizon flagship stores have been sorely lacking. Victra cares about every customer who walks through the door. Even when associates are busy handling other customers and transactions, they go out of their way to acknowledge you have arrived and ensure you will be serviced in the correct order. Victra didn't have the exact phone and configuration I wanted on my visit, but so far it's the best Verizon store I've been to. I would have most certainly purchased here if their stock wasn't exhausted from the Christmas rush. Thanks!

T-Mobile turned out to be the best deal since we could switch and then turn in our old (thank the gods for our old phone hoard) phones for a credit on our account and get the phones with the new plan for free. Sounded good and so we went with it. Yesterday, the new phones got here and we went to the store to do the trade-in and get the screen protectors put on (putting on screen protectors is the bane of our existence). Nick and Lucas (I believe Lucas was the name) were great, very helpful and friendly. Nick went above and beyond, being very dedicated with putting the screen protectors on, making sure there were no-to-minimal-bubbles, and even getting us packing material so we could send off the trade-in phones (apparently we need to do that ourselves and the store can't take care of that, no big, we just didn't know). If you're in the market for a phone or phone accessory, I'd recommend checking out this T-Mobile location due to how well we were treated earlier.
