Some stores you place orders with and it's just radio silence; you don't know when the books are going to show up until they do (or don't). Not at Beeda's Thingamajigits, they let me know it was shipping and gave me the tracking. After a while I started using the Pullbox. It's awesome to be able to count on getting the books I order. And I have a good idea of what I will be spending ahead of time which is really helpful, especially when trying to budget. Beeda's discounts for Pullbox orders are better than most stores, up to a 35% discount! I have recommended Beeda to others because the prices are always consistent and fair. He always treats me with courtesy and professionalism. Truly a great store. You can't go wrong with Beeda's Thingamajigits. Simply, one of the best. Thanks for all your hard work Beeda!

I go here regularly when I need to get some work done, grab a coffee and a snack. However.... The coffee/food counter staff are a little rude. I was corrected in a condescending way when I was confused about what coffee drink I ordered. Also, they have nothing healthy to eat. Everything has fat and carbs. No veggies on the menu. I ordered what I thought would be somewhat healthy -- a veggie burrito -- but all it contained was white potatoes. See photo. The description said it had sweet potatoes (more healthy) and vegetables. But it did not. I didn't dare say anything for fear of being talked down to by the staff. I'll just eat before I go there.

Their selection is pretty insane, from early 20th century comics to manga, with other collectibles too, like figures/statues/etc. The place is pretty big and has a few employees, so you have to ring a call button close to where you are to get help for stuff behind counters/locked cabinets, but in my experience they get to you pretty fast. I came here on a non-busy weekday, so wonder how it is on weekends. Their prices are pretty fair, did some price checking with eBay, like this Mai Sakurajima figure they had for $100, though the box was slightly damaged (whatever), while online it's being resold for 50+% more. Because I am from out-of-state, they also helped me with shipping back home in CA, which was nice because I had no luggage space. It is a big warehouse with poor airflow and in some places the air gets pretty stale/stuffy, but they have some big fans for that, so it's only minor issue (also makes sense that some of the items in store are weather-delicate so no points loss there).
