    I have used Otterbox ever since the 1st model came available for iPhone. I recall one commercial…read morethat showed a large truck running over the iPhone in the case & the iPhone was unharmed. That's what sold me. My phone is my pacifier (unhealthy, I know) and carry it on me mostly all the time, I drop my phone often enough to know I NEED the Otterbox Defender on at all times. I have tried to use other cases and have had broken screens twice. I've just learned my lesson over the years that it is imperative I keep an otter box on at all times I had a horrible experience online with otter box. Made a dedicated trip to come to the store and my experience was wonderful. Thank you Otter Box for keeping it real and having a retail store. Customer 4 Life.

They have always had a hard time finding one of our accounts and we have given the info several times. We always get it worked out but never seems easy. Today, we went in to buy a new case and replace the screen protector. The employee asked our name. It was given. She couldn't find the name in the system. The employee continued looking under different names and asked several times for different spellings like maybe it was entered incorrectly. She was trying hard to find our name. The employee seemed to be getting upset about not finding it. We assured her we have bought several things and frequently replace screen protector. Employee continued to ask for spellings of our name and getting a bit upset. The other employee at the counter suggested we just start new and then asked if it was a new phone. It was. That maybe changed things. At that time , the first employee seemed to lose control a bit of her emotions, shaking and getting really upset. We had already moved on with the second employee to re-enter the name and info. Not sure why the first employee got so upset and then left to the back room. None of us " complained" or was mad just was giving the info the first employee was asking for. After purchase was made for the case and new screen protector another male employee , possible manager maybe , came out and started helping . There was a man at the register he was helping and that man asked how his day was. The male employee , right in front of us, stated that he had to leave lunch and talk to an employee in back and that some people just like to complain and do a lot of complaining about things. I turned to look at him, knowing full well he was talking about us and our experience. I am appalled at the utter rude behavior on his part. There was not one complaint from us.... we were justified in doing so but we NEVER ONCE complained or got mad. We gave the info to be re-entered into the system and went about our business and spent another 97.00. I cannot believe the treatment we received and why the first employee would say we complained or did anything wrong at all. We gave her names and spellings and she couldn't find it. Is it frustrating for us... yes. But never once a complaint or raised voices or anger. This employee clearly has the problem not us and I am so disappointed in how it was handled. I'd really like an explanation from the male employee or if the 2nd female employee ( who was helpful) that was at the counter and watched and heard all of this today could explain why this went this way. I cannot prove the male employee was talking about us but considering he mentioned" talking to one of his employees and coming out right after and then complaining about "people complaining" is VERY coincidental. I think it would have been much more beneficial for him to come ask us about the transaction. Would have been much more responsible and respectful. So sad yo not be able to support this local business or recommend them again.

I was in and out in under 30 minutes with a new phone, a case, and a screen protector. The associate was really personable, helpful, and patient. I won't need to drag my feet next time I'm up for a phone upgrade because I know I'll be well taken care of here!

I had been an ATT customer for over a decade before that and had never made changes to my plan during that time. As I am on a family plan and don't pay the bill directly through the website, I didn't know I was being charged for this for almost 2 years (totaling $600). When I logged in to add a new line for my son I became aware of these charges. Now I have to file a fraud claim with ATT. My husband upgraded his phone through the website not long after I did and these add-ons weren't changed on his line. BEWARE if you upgrade in store that you aren't signed up for services you did not consent to. I have called customer service twice (good luck getting through unless you say "Cancel service"), filed two fraud claims, and ATT won't do anything and say it is the store's responsibility. They claim it isn't their problem anymore. I have filed complaints with the FTC and FCC.
