He suspected it was a board inside the phone. Said it could cost up to $300. Went to Best Buy and bought another phone but they couldn't transfer any data because I didn't have the password necessary to do that. After having a blank phone and none of my data, I decided to go back to CPR and pay whatever it would take to get my old phone working again. A different gentleman by the name of Jeremy was there. I explained the whole story to him. He took my old phone to the back and came out a few minutes later and said, "It's fixed". What?! You're kidding! "It was a simple fix", he said. All for only $35. Also, 5 more customers came in after me, and they were waiting awhile also before anyone came out from the back. The employee knew there were customers waiting because the door chimes when you come in. VERY poor customer service.

I brought the defunct drive into Run PC to see if they might be able to recover my data. They called me right away to tell me they were able to recover everything and I dropped off my external for them to place the 250 GB of recovered data, and it only took them a day to transfer everything over at USB 2.0 speeds (not their fault, it's the capability of my hard drive.) They only charged me an hour ($69)! I am really impressed by their speed and the price. I expected it to be much worse. I'll definitely be back if I ever have another technology issue. The screen was dark and colors very muted, it had a pressure spot, and it wasn't very responsive. I called, he said that's just how it is. I later broke it, and was actually grateful I'd get a new screen. I went elsewhere, they used an actual apple screen, it was great. They also informed me that it was missing screws and clips inside from the previous screen replacement (Czar). I am not thrilled.

I gave up on trying to email the papers because the internet was useless. I decided to purchase a couple of items, but there wasn't a single person at the check out stand. There was one gentleman at the computer service stand helping another guest, but he, nor anyone at the printing counter acknowledged the long line of people waiting to be helped for a very long time. I was about to give up and walk out when someone finally came over - while also arguing with the computer service person about the line. When they checked guests out, it seemed they were very inconvenienced by doing their job. One girl came in either from her lunch or for the start of her shift and immediately began checking people out without even putting her stuff down first, which was appreciated, but I did feel bad for her. My second visit was better as the staff were a bit more friendly thankfully. Overall though, it is certainly not my first choice in FoCo for office supplies.

The only part I wished was better was that it seemed a little rushed and I wish I had more explained to me about the bill and what I needed to do to get the discounts I was promised. I don't think it was intentional and I realize I was keeping Willy past his scheduled time for work...on that note, he was very gracious with his time.
