It was 20 minutes before closing, and JJ was wrapping up business with other folks, but he stayed late to look at my phone. I was not optimistic because my phone is about three years old. He did not have the part in stock, but we agreed on a price and he immediately ordered the camera lens STAT. Two days later he called and said the part was in. I was on my way back from out of state. Once again, I got there toward the end of the day and he installed the part while I shopped nearby. The repair was successful and I was able to enjoy my vacation, taking photos as normal. This screen in particular is a touchscreen so it's hard enough to find people who can work on those without messing them up and even harder to find people who charge a decent price. I took my $1200 gaming laptop in because it was making a loud vibrating noise that was just getting…read moreworse. I thought it was quite possibly the death of the computer, but an employee diagnosed my problem as a dying fan within a minute of seeing my laptop and hearing my story. They were able to order a replacement fan and install it for around $65 and the whole ordeal only took from the Friday I dropped off the laptop to the following Tuesday. They were very straightforward and got the go ahead from me for every additional cost fixing my laptop would require. No surprises. This is a responsible, trustworthy place to get your computer fixed. I am so grateful that they saved me from dropping $1500 for a replacement laptop all over an easily-replaced, dead fan. I'll be sending anyone I know with computer problems here in the future.

I was quoted approx. $150 to fix abs replace battery. When I arrived I spoke with Titus who informed me he was going to try a reset on the battery and see if that might help. I left it with them and didn't expect to hear anything for a few days, but much to my delight got a call in 3-4 hours. The reset had worked and Mac was charging like new abs that it was only costing me $55. Score! Great customer service and I will for sure be back with any other computer issues we come across. Hopefully not too soon.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place sucks. I took my PC in to get fixed and it took a…read moremonth and a half because these guys don't know what they're doing. My monitors would turn off randomly. So I brought it in and they diagnosed it, they said I had a faulty RAM stick and that windows was corrupted. They took the RAM stick out and repaired windows after 2 weeks. I brought it home and the problem was worse than when I brought it in after spending $120. I brought it back and they couldn't find anything else wrong with it so they just guessed that windows was still corrupt. They said they could reinstall windows but that I would lose all my apps and data (I did). They tried to charge me an additional $175 even though my initial repair was under warranty. I talked to the owner who agreed to reinstall windows for free which was very kind of him. After they wiped my computer and reinstalled windows they looked over it again and finally found the problem with my computer. One of the wires inside was frayed and broken. So I had to order a 50 dollar part from Amazon and they installed it for me. Overall, their process is sloppy, and they have terrible communication and customer service. If they had done their job correctly the first time I asked them to fix it, the multiple repairs and month and a half of waiting could have been avoided. If you're looking for a place to waste your time, money, and energy, this is the spot for you. I've had better experiences with a guy working out of his garage.
