If I could leave a zero star review, I would. I got completely scammed by Kendal and they did not…read morefix my computer at all. Took my laptop in as I had the blue screen of death. They took it in to diagnose and "fix" it. Once they were done, I was told that for the amount of hours they worked on it, I could buy a new computer. So they gave me a "deal" on the cost to fix it. About 1 week later, I got the blue screen of death with the same error code. I took it back in as I was told that there was a warranty on any work they have done. Was told that the error code was different than the one before and it was a different problem. The error code was indeed the exact same as before. So much for the warranty. I was then told that there was nothing else they could do and that the only next step was to buy a new laptop. Kendal offered to give me a price for some new options, to buy and setup. They gave me pricing for a couple of options for new laptops but wouldn't tell me what the actual model was for what they were quoting. Sounds like a nice way to scam someone and make some money. Kendal never followed up with me after providing the quote, so I think they clued in that I had caught on. I took my laptop into another service and they were able to fix it at minimal cost. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!
