We used All-in-One Computer Services a decade ago and were VERY pleased with their service. We had moved away and have returned, and I was happy to see they were still here in town. Recently, we experienced a horrible fraud episode which was devastating! I contacted All-in-One and they completed diagnostics on our computer system. They really went through our system with a fine-tooth comb and removed all suspicious activity. I can't say enough about how both David and Robert helped us. They are professional, ultra knowledgeable (about all things computer), and very understanding. They taught us so much about security. I have knowledge in computer hardware and software from experience at HP. I have been disappointed in the computers I have purchased from Dell and HP. So, I investigated a few computer stores to see what they could offer. I was looking for a high-end system that could handle the latest Flight Sim software. A little background about me: I'm an IT Professional myself with experience in the Computer Repair industry. Now mostly in software development, but when my daughter's laptop started having issues that I suspected were Hard drive related, and me not feeling like going DIY on this (just didn't have the time to buy hard drive, figure out how to crack open laptop, replace HD, re-install windows 10, etc.) I opted to find a good repair shop in Loveland, so I came here and was not disappointed :-) Prices were reasonable considering the work done. Job was done right the first time, HD is cranking like never before, their employees were friendly, seriously what more could you ask for. Took in my son's gaming laptop for a second opinion after Best Buy wanted to send it out to replace the motherboard at a cost approaching $500. They took a day to troubleshoot and believed it to be the charging port; but also didn't ultimately rule out that the motherboard was fried. They recommended replacing the charging port and going from there. Had to order the part so I didn't expect an answer back until Friday. Was pleasantly surprised to receive a call this afternoon that the part came in and was installed and the laptop was working fine. The total cost was $170- less than half of what Best Buy estimated! Throughout the whole process, the staff was very friendly and patiently explained the potential issues, time for repairs and costs involved. To me, they are akin to finding a trustworthy and skilled auto mechanic-- if it happens, hang on to them. I will definitely be back (but hopefully not for a while lol) read more

Could not turn on our laptop and was very worried that we had been hacked or had a virus. Took it to All-in-One Computer Services and Zack immediately looked at it and was able to turn it on and discover the problem. He fixed it and scanned for viruses while we waited and was able to allay our fears without making us feel foolish. This is the best service we have ever received at any computer store and the first time I've ever had a warm and comfy feeling leaving a computer store. It was my first time here and I left so happy! The staff is super nice and super knowledgeable, I felt very comfortable talking to them. I will be back here for any laptop issues. My computer was there for nearly a month because they couldn't get the part. They were unconcerned and didn't rush the part until I called four times. It was a power port. Now the computer shuts off at will, but I will NOT return. Do not go to All-In-One if you want good customer service; anywhere else would be better. read more

$105.00 later and my outlook still doesn't work. My computer still runs as slow as when I took it in and they deleted my anti-virus which I paid for and didn't re-install. Disappointed. Jeff the owner called me back the next day, apologized and resolved my problems. That is outstanding. I'll use Jeff for my future computer services. read more

A young man named, John, fixed our computer problem, transferred all of our data from a broken external hard drive to a new one and was NICE about it. If I could give no stars to this place, I would. I know that sounds harsh, but I had a terrible experience with this shop. The screws inside my laptop were broken, and one of the hinges had become completely unhinged. I brought it in on a Friday, but they failed to mention that they're not open over the weekend, so no one even looked at my computer until Monday. When I called on Monday, I was told that my computer was being glued back together. I was a little offput-- I was paying $70 for GLUE? I waited another two days with no word. I went in on Wednesday to see if I could figure out what the holdup was. The guy at the counter said that I had actually been given wrong information-- they weren't gluing it, they were waiting for parts. I waited another two days, still with no word. It had now been a week and I decided enough was enough-- I went in to see what was taking so long. They said they had gotten the part, but it had come PRE-BROKEN and to get a new one it would take another week and an additional $80. I was livid-- it would have cost me a total of $150 just to fix this one hinge! I told them to put my laptop back together and give it back to me, but it still cost me $45 for "diagnostic costs," aka for them to keep my computer hostage for a week, never tell me what's going on, and request a ridiculous amount of money to fix it. Luckily, I'm glad to say this story has a happy ending. My latptop is fixed, but NOT by this terrible place. If you need a computer fixed, don't make the same mistake as me. Take it to PCs and Parts first. They fixed my laptop in less than a day for a very fair price. There's no contest. All-In-One Computer Services is not worth your time. read more

I must be a man of a different generation. this is my 2nd time using this company. The 1st time was great. The 2nd time I felt that I was overcharged $30 dollars and of course said so. I paid the full bill in cash and left. The owner or manager called me to ask if I had a problem. I told him my problem. He asked how he should know the situation w/ my computer? I informed him that I had gone over it with not just one but 2 of his employees 3 days earlier is how he should know. I hung up the phone. I had to drive by there 45 minutes later. so I stopped in to talk to the manager owner (whichever he is). Keep in mind I have not asked for my money back then before then or after then or even now. Before the phone call I just planed on never doing business there again. Then he said that I was a liar to my face. I will say as a 210lbs 6'2" Biker. "Ballsy but Dangerous". Anyhow if you do business here twice. You must be insane or a family member. read more
