Recently, we experienced a horrible fraud episode which was devastating! I contacted All-in-One and they completed diagnostics on our computer system. They really went through our system with a fine-tooth comb and removed all suspicious activity. I can't say enough about how both David and Robert helped us. They are professional, ultra knowledgeable (about all things computer), and very understanding. They taught us so much about security. They go above and beyond what computer services an individual gets at one of the local box stores. Thank you so much for your help and giving us peace of mind. We will ALWAYS use your services. So, I investigated a few computer stores to see what they could offer. I was looking for a high-end system that could handle the latest Flight Sim software. Robert and David at All-In-One reviewed my requirements and made some well researched recommendation. I purchased a PC we agreed to and it has been awesome. I asked them for some help after I had been using it for a while and their service was quick and right on. I would highly recommend them for exceptional service, repair and builds! Thank you!

I went to CPR to get my Mac's screen replaced after (I thought) extensively vetting it and deciding…read morethat it was my best local option. The pros: The staff is all incredibly nice! Seriously a great customer service experience. But, well, I didn't go to CPR to hang out with nice people, I went to get my screen replaced. When I first came in, I was quoted a specific turnaround time, and I decided to stick with CPR because, even though that turnaround time wasn't ideal, it was workable. Given that the broken device was my Mac, which I use for work as a freelancer, every day I had to wait for the repair cost me money, but I understand that repairs take time. Unfortunately, the promised date came and went, and my device wasn't fixed. I gave it an extra two days, then checked in again--and my device still wasn't fixed. When it was finally ready, I dropped everything to pick it up, then drove home to test it...and it wouldn't work. It turned out that they had messed up while reassembling it, and I had to take it back in to fix their mistake--but the tech was heading out for the day, so I had to wait until the tech came back in the next day. Another day of lost work. On top of that, due to CPR Loveland's location in Centerra, there's an additional tax on all purchases that really adds up on costly repairs like, say, a Mac screen repair. In fairness, this is noted on a small flyer in the store, but I would definitely have appreciated it if it had been noted during my initial quote, because it really adds up! In sum: Absolutely nothing against the folks at CPR personally. But if you're looking for timely, effective, affordable work from a store with clear communication, this might not be the place for you.

I was about to walk over to Verizon and buy a new phone, which I really did not want to do, when I decided to run a search on phone repair and found JJ's. It was 20 minutes before closing, and JJ was wrapping up business with other folks, but he stayed late to look at my phone. I was not optimistic because my phone is about three years old. He did not have the part in stock, but we agreed on a price and he immediately ordered the camera lens STAT. Two days later he called and said the part was in. I was on my way back from out of state. Once again, I got there toward the end of the day and he installed the part while I shopped nearby. The repair was successful and I was able to enjoy my vacation, taking photos as normal. I picked up a few of JJ's business cards and have referred my friends. Thank you for going above and beyond in my opinion.

I came in with a cracked screen. Nothing else wrong, no issue functionally, just an annoying crack…read morein my screen. I was told 2-3 hours. I came back at 2 1/2 hours and was told it would be another hour. I waited at the store for ANOTHER 2 1/2 hours only to be told that they installed the wrong screen and I need to leave me phone until Monday so they could install the correct screen. I said absolutely not, and they told me they cannot let me leave with the screen they installed. I said fine, and they were supposed to put back my old cracked one. For whatever reason, they did not put back the old one and I was told to come back first thing Monday (i.e. today). I turned my phone on, and it was missing the S Pen, it said NO SIM - Emergency call only, and it immediately overheated and turned off. I called the store from my husband's phone and was told to leave it off for a bit and the issues would resolve - that it was just because it had been heated up to remove the screen. I left it off for another 2 1/2 hours and still had the same issues. I called again and was told again to come back Monday (today). I came back in first thing this morning and was told it would be 4hours. It has now been 4 1/2 hours. I called and they said it will be another hour. I showed up 1 hr and 20 minutes later to be told the exact same thing - - "We are running diagnostics." I did not get my phone back for another hour and a half. For anyone not wanting to add this up . . . Saturday I was told 2-3 hours and it took 5 1/2 hours to get a BROKEN PHONE back that was not broken beyond an AESTHETIC crack on the screen when I dropped it off. On Monday, my second visit, I was told 4 hours, and it took 7 1/2 hours. While waiting for my phone I got to chat with 8 other customers who had similar OR WORSE stories about this place and their experience. This is completely ridiculous nonsense and the absolute worst business you can go to in my opinion. They give you BS explanations and time frames and don't give a f*** how long they take or if they RUIN your device. I cannot believe any companies (Verizon, Xfinity, Asurion, Verify, etc.) are willing to pay/partner with this business for insurance and warranty claims as, from my experience and in my opinion, this shop is a huge liability. My only piece of advice is to GO ANYWHERE ELSE. ** Also, be weary of any 5 star reviews - - based on my experience and what I witnessed with over a dozen other customers today, those reviews are likely not legit.
