I popped in today to look at frames and was "helped" by Melanie - it was a horrible experience. She was condescending and rude right away. Seemed upset that I went right to the men's frames (I'm a woman but I like the mens designs better). This really felt like discrimination as I am visibly queer. Didn't help me at all when I tried to ask abut a certain kind of frame, just waived in the direction of the women's plastic frames. When I asked about measurements (there should be 3 numbers, but they conveniently put the price stickers over them), she said you only need one the other two are obsolete. This is an outright lie. I would have bought frames here but no way with treatment like that. I want to note that about a month ago, I went into the same location. Had a wonderful experience with the optometrist at poudre valley eye care. Then was helped by Latisha (?) to find prescription sunglasses. she was wonderful, super helpful and pleasant. Helped select frames for me and didn't rush me at all. If you do go here, get help from her, she will take great care of you. I bought two sets of frames that time. read more

Poor communication skills. THIS IS POUDRE VALLEY EYECARE, but they dont tell you that when you make an appointment, so when they call to confirm your appointment, it shows on your phone as "Poudre Valley Eyecare". Cancelled mine because I thought it was associated with Poudre Valley Healthcare, who I had also called. Obviously NO ASSOCIATION is made, even on Yelp. I even called to confirm and they confirmed it was today, but when I arrived they acted ignorant. I called again while in the office.. it rung HER phone. I just needed a eye exam for the DMV.. what a nightmare. read more

Great experience, really good customer service I would definitely recommend. The staff is knowledgeable and they help each other and double check each other's work. They were really quick in getting one pair done and they said that would be an hour of course the were done early. They said the other set would be done in two weeks , also delivered early again. They were a pleasure to work with and I will be using their services again. read more

So I do like the customer service, the speed of my lenses getting done, however I've noticed every time I get offers in the mail they're the same offers, it's rather upsetting you don't change up your coupon offers. I hope in the future you will come up with better coupon deals, otherwise I have no other complaints and I'll be getting new frames next month along with great warranty coverage. read more

I wish 0 stars was possible ! The manager of this store should he fired! She is a liar! I bought a pair of Oakleys with no insurance from Lens Crafters. They needed a replacement part and to be shipped out. I paid out of pocket for the glasses, replacement parts and the shipping. The manager told me the shipped would be around $10 so I left her $10 cash. She never returned my calls. After calling and calling I finally was able to speak with her and she told me she had shipped the glasses with the $10 I gave her but was unable to provide me with my change, or proof of shipment because her daughter went through her car and threw away the reciept from the post office. I never received the glasses EVER and when I asked to speak to her higher up she flat out refused to connect me with him. To this day, I still have no explanation what the manager really did with the glasses I purchased or with the $10 in cash that I gave her. Manager's name is Jennifer, i believe. This place is absolutely amazing. The prices are reasonable and the staff are considerate, kind and thoughtful. Most amazing of all is the fact that my first pair of glasses was ready in less than 25 minutes. My doctor was Eric Torgerson, O. D. He was very professional. He he is an expert. Thanks to him and Krystyna S. I was able to get two pairs of amazing glasses in less than 30 minutes. Finally, I can really see well. I've been spending about $450-500 on each pair of glasses I buy historically but I tried eyemart and got one pair of clear progressives, one pair of osha safety rated progressive transition glasses for work and a pair of sunglasses for about $500.00. While the frames are clearly not the same quality as major name brand... I has felt the ones I purchased are durable and stylish. With the replacement warranty and additional coupon discounts offered - I truly feel it's a great customer experience, good product and amazing value. read more

Eyemart Express is a horrible service. I got email and stated that my new glasses is ready to pick it up so I drove all the way and showed up, gosh the lady said its not ready! WT!! I told her why I got this email telling me to pick it up! She said oh sorry its an automated system! SERIOUSLY!! WHAT A JOKE!!! I will NEVER go back to the place ever again after I pick up my new glasses. I cant believe how STUPID AUTOMATED SYSTEM emailed me stated ITS READY TO PICK IT UP AND WHAT A JOKE ITS NOT EVEN READY!! Along with a great selection of eyewear with reasonable prices, the staff at Eyemart Express is excellent. Maybel and Victoria gave me wonderful service. They are patient and kind, understanding and helpful. Really worked to get me the best value through my insurance. They really show how much they care about making sure the customer is satisfied. Wanted to give place a try since I live close by . My prescription was wrong on my glasses and I had to have them remade . Also , the tint on my prescription sunglasses were two different colors . The old man says that they will see what they can do . Ha ha ha . They can remake them the way I ordered or I will refuse to receive the order until they are right . The commercial on the radio says same day delivery . I was told it was going to take two weeks to make my clear pair. I should have stayed loyal and went to my regular place . I guess it's my fault for trying to give a new store a try . Not a happy camper today . Frame selection is small . Not a lot to choose from . read more

Total Scam like every other low price same day eyecare place. Had a coupon for $20 glasses suddenly they are either $79 or $104. Ok. Had emergency called told just lenses would be $39-49 for single vision get there and again $79 or $104. Use Replace a Lens in Denver. quick and simple no upsell. They take advantage of low advertising prices to get you in the door and then upsell city and suddenly your low price glasses just cost as much as anywhere else but with worse service and frame options. read more

Not a full service optician, they have limited selection. But my glasses weren't expensive either and they are nice people. I have gone back five times for adjustment and although that's a bit excessive for getting 'er done, I have never had to wait to be helped. The former shop at this location was way better so I didn't give them a 5 and I'm not good at judging what the prices for this type of business should actually be. I was a customer of Vision Eyeland for about 20 years. The doctors and the optical side split. I got my glasses this year after my regular exam, and the process was very unwelcoming, not at all like the old place. I figured I'd give them a chance since I LOVE my doctors and it's right there. Went to pick up my two pair of glasses and waited over 45 minutes, then they adjusted them (progressives) standing at the register instead of sitting down, etc. Still trying to adapt at this point. Fast forward six months, broken glasses and they're closed due to Covid. Called when they opened back up, made arrangements to go in, drove from Denver to select new frames since mine are no longer available. They refused to let me use the restroom when I got to town. I left, and will never go back. The solid, family focused business has been replaced by a corporate machine that couldn't care less. I gave them three chances and they struck out. I will never ever go back for glasses, but will still go to the doctors that built the original business! read more
