Avoid using the kiosk scanner and printer at this location. It's tied to a pc that is not secure.

We have been using ProCopy for a little over a year now for our race car stickers. Recently, the…read morewife started a new business and needed all the new business stuff. Reached out to Amanda and Dustin, and they took care of us. Everything has been painless and wasy going. Highly recommend this small local owned business for all printing needs.

I was discriminated on my disability at Procopy, and I figured it's finally time to write this…read morereview after a few years of processing the trauma. November 13, 2019, I had been working for Procopy for a few weeks, and things were going really well. For two weeks on hire, I was trying my best to keep up with what was expected and seemingly succeeding. I then decided it would courteous to inform Amanda, the boss, of my autism diagnosis. At the time, I wanted my bosses to potentially understand a bit more about me. On the rare occasion, I may put in earplugs when the music and noises began to bother me, but otherwise, my particular diagnosis would have nothing to do with my job performance or customers. I just wanted to help Amanda understand a bit more. That was an immediate mistake when Amanda replied, "I wish you would have told me this before I hired you." It's obvious what she was implying. Even through my autism can I detect the hidden message here. The weekend passed, and I came back to work the following week. To set the full scene, the other employee was on vacation this week, so it was just me working. This meant that I had to step up a bit with some extra work. However, as the next few days went on, Amanda became more critical of me, putting more and more pressure on me for a two week employee still learning, and fully expected me to know and recognize the customers and regulars at this point. Any mistake I made was met with a large and belittling lecture from both Amanda and her husband. It was obvious they were being petty about what they learned about me and were trying to put more pressure on me. It worked because I did start to feel uncomfortable, inadequate, and nervous. The pressure won, and I ended up making a large printing error. I felt awful. I was trying my best, but I continued to feel very unwelcome this week compared to how happy and welcoming they were prior to learning about my diagnosis. Amanda sent me home this day for my mistake and later fired me over the phone the next day. I don't recommend supporting this business that blatantly discriminated and hurt me after learning about my disability.

FB and YouTube shorts adverising your company caught my attention to give you a try. I ordered a…read moresample kit and paid extra for next date shipping. Your company did not honor this service because I received it 2 weeks later. After carefully considering my options I placed a real order of my business logo stickers for regular shipping this time. It arrived a week later in a soaked paper envelope...this order was nothing like the packaging that my sample order was in, which included plastic sleeves for each style/size and was enclosed in a sturdy weatherproof envelope. My actual order for my business logo stickers were wet dut to not being placed in any protective sleeve. Your company is inconsistent, lacks professionalism and didn't live up to the hype that social media depicts of you. Im going to Office Depot next time.

I had high hopes for this order - it's a local business, a friend of mine ordered stickers from…read moreStickerGiant and they looked really great. My dad passed away and we were planning a memorial service for him, and I ordered some stickers to commemorate his life and encourage his friends and family to take him with them (he was a big traveller and I thought this would be a really special way to honor this part of him, and make the memorial special.) I ordered stickers from StickerGiant weeks in advance, and got a notice the Wednesday before the memorial that they were ready for pickup. I drove to Longmont on Friday - no stickers. After making some calls to customer service, the manager said she was going to "rush order" a new batch, and "make it right, since she understood the circumstance." She said they would be ready for pickup the following morning. I drove back to Longmont. No stickers. I ended up rush ordering a batch from FedEx, same day, and paying more than I wanted to. Bummer. The manager did call me back a few days later, apologized, sent me the recent batch of completed stickers, and refunded my order, which was the right thing to do. The stickers look nice but I am pretty disappointed in the fact that the production was so chaotic - not once, but twice. It added a lot of stress and disappointment to an already hard week, for a task that seemed relatively simple. I wish I hadn't wasted my time and energy and had ordered from someone else in the first place. Save your energy, save your time, avoid the headache, and go somewhere else.
