Curiously and without any follow-up from anyone at Boulder Packaging, my time-sensitive customer's package sat without even being scanned into the system for tracking four days after drop-off at this store until I called with pointed questions. My business card was provided twice to the clerk at the time of drop-off and he refused to take it, but since my business contact info is listed on the label & internantional paperwork, I'd thought everything was good. It very much was NOT! When I noticed no progress on the tracking, I called to check in on the 26th and the employee that answered was the same man that had initially received my package three days earlier on the 24th. He casually related that mysteriously, neither FedEx nor DHL had picked up ANY PACKAGES for three days, but "we absolutely did nothing wrong", he insisted. I was stunned to be expected to believe that explanation for an "Authorized" Ship Center, so I immediately called DHL customer support and my Account Rep directly to repeat my questions and get real answers. DHL explained that some shipping centers have automatic daily pickup while others have to call to request pickup. Miraculously, my package was finally picked up on the 27th to at last begin it's journey abroad after an inexplicably undocumented and uncommunicated four day layover at Boulder Packaging Center. This is certainly not what I or my customer paid for when we were entrusted to get their package abroad in a express manner. We DO NOT RECOMMEND and will not trust this location again for our business shipping in-the-field drop-offs. It is really unfortunate since we prefer to support local businesses whenever possible. My business reputation cannot afford their lack of professional accountability and excessively casual attitude about their role in getting paying customer's packages delivered on time. FedEx & DHL, you need to check up on your "Authorized" Shipping Centers. Your brand and your customers are not being represented or served well here.

No courtesy returns now either. There are 2 actual UPS stores on the CU campus so we went to the one with the most access to local residents not affiliated with CU. This one is in the building of the new dining facility for the Williams Village dorms on 30th St. it's a little hard to find and park and their printed hours are not always correct. Call first and verify. When you pull into the dining facility drive, look for the public parking on your right. There are only 5 spaces. Other parking is permit only and it is enforced. It was full today but my husband stayed with the car and I took our package in. The workers was quick and though a free return from a. Implant gave me a receipt. Many students walked to use it as I was leaving so I got lucky on timing. Since UPS reduced its presence in Boulder we do our regular shipping with another similarly priced company and very convenient to our home. Since this product required UPS for free shipping I had no choice. Given that, it is a good though not convenient option for local non-student citizens

    I have not been to this Post Office in years. A relative on the east coast had sent us a box of…read morebooks, multiple copies fresh of the press that he had written. Not only did the box not get to us, we were sent the labels from the box and they looked like they had been cut off the box with a neat box cutter swipe. Not a stain, not a crease, just the flaps with the labels in perfect condition. It came in a clear plastic bag, the size of a business envelope with an apology from the P.O and a website to get directions for claims. I tried that and discovered the sender needed to do it with proof of value of the contents. So we took pictures of the package and sent via email. He did that much at his end. Today, we got a letter from the USPS offices, asking us to bring the actual remainder of the box to our PO for inspection. We took the little clear plastic envelop to the office we use near our home. The staff there, usually very helpful, refused as our zip is different than theirs so we went to the main city PO which has the same zip as ours. It's downtown on a busy street so we used the nearest parking garage and walked from there on a hot day. The line there is notoriously slow and it was as usual today. The one staff working, midday on a weekday, did not know what to do with it. So he left the counter unattended while he went for help. The apparent manager took over and was incredulous that was all we got. So he took it from us, and said he'd send it for processing and when a determination of cause was made, we would be notified BY MAIL! Believe me, I will do nothing else. The sender had receipt, he's entitled to recourse for insured value and forcing us to use the most inconvenient office to process is ridiculous. The first office could have and should been allowed to do the same thing with the papers. The main PO wasn't even apologetic in any way. The only staff member in a place with 6 windows for service, did not even know how to do it himself and left everyone waiting while getting a manager.

About a week later, tracking was still saying the same thing. Attempted delivery August 1st. I contacted the buyer to see if there were any issues with delivery. He said package was delivered Aug 1st. It was left on the ground next to the mailbox and this has been an ongoing issue for him. Due to the cost of this package, a signature was REQUIRED. I paid for this service with the label. Yet, one wasnt collected. Tracking is still in limbo saying attempted delivery Aug 1st. The issue now is that my funds are on hold because this wasnt scanned correctly. I called Aug 13th to see if they could manually scan the item. The supervisor said she could and would do so. It was never done. I called Aug 18 to ask the same thing. Still, nothing has changed. My funds will remain on hold until who knows when because this post office cannot do what should be done correctly the first time. Or second. Or third

The 20-something asked me for the electronic file. I explained these were done some time ago and there is no electronic file. None provided to me. Would he please make two sets of copies? Thirty minutes later - nothing. He asks his supervisor who says that they can't do it because the pages are wrinkled and their auto feeder will rip the pages. I completely understand. I ask if they can't do it one at a time. They told me I can do it in the self section. I said I just had surgery and as you can see I can't stand or walk. I'm unable to use self serve. Is there anything you can do to help me? The answer was an indifferent "not my problem" shrug.

I have my own simple copier now and need fewer office supplies of the types that they carry. They have always been helpful for any needs I had. For many years, they were a very reasonable price for Ground Shipping services. They are still my first choice for reliability for super fast deliveries. Unfortunately, their Ground Service for residences, renamed "Home Delivery" is a bit more expensive than its main competitor, though even theirs has gone up too, though not quite as much. Where this shop really shines and always has, is its Passport Photo service. This time, not only was the staff member very accurate in getting the shot, he was really friendly and helpful on the constraints of the newest regulations. Also the price was very fair and the finished product better than any in the past, but for the limited smile allowed now, which is never my style. The counter staff was also incredibly friendly and everyone there was multi tasking the whole time. I hate to dock them a star for company pricing policy, but it is their reality too when they have to tell the customers. Parking in this now underutilized shopping center is easy, even with mountains of snow this year still piled up but far from the stores,

Over the past month, I had to purchase multiple dresses for my baby shower, a wedding, and a rehearsal dinner. As a result, I ended up ordering 21 dresses to try on and returning 18 of them. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that each dress had to be scanned individually during the return process. I had the pleasure of working with Devin, who was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire return. Not only did he maintain a positive attitude the whole time, but the scanning system also wasn't working properly, which meant he had to manually match each dress to its barcode. Despite the extra work and time involved, he never once made me feel like an inconvenience. At 30 weeks pregnant, even simple errands can feel overwhelming, and Devin's kindness and professionalism truly stood out. He went above and beyond to make the experience pleasant, and I wanted to make sure he received the recognition he deserves. Thank you, Devin, for your outstanding customer service!

There are always staff members around to help. Their rewards program can reduce the cost of an item, today by half for a specialized cable. The points I have earned made it a very good deal. I also love that they are the most efficient and welcoming to recycling items. From old printers to batteries, I have removed outdated and non working equipment without resorting to either landfill or paying to recycle at our county facility of last resort. The staff is always gracious and well informed. Parking is simple in an ample free lot. In Boulder, this is a real bonus. And my newest printer last spring has turned out to be the best amount of features for the price of any of those in the past. Not only does the technology itself improve, the convenience of buying from Staples does too.
