I asked about auto-renewal of a mailbox rental and the staff could not find the form to make that happen. They called the manager who answered the phone and put it on speaker but was unresponsive the entire time I was in the store while the staff person was trying to ask questions about things on which they were inexperienced. They practice bait and switch (3 months free with annual contract), but you don't pay for 9 months, you pay for 13 and get 15. The brochure claims that you will have a street address. However, you still have to use a box number on your address! More training is needed! 1 !

I have utilized and referred to Twin Peaks Logistics many times for vehicle move/transport (I work…read morein the residential moving industry so I know a great vehicle transportation company when I see one) and have been very happy with the results. The staff is incredibly responsive and the quality of service for this type of specialized shipping is bar none the best in Colorado. They remained connected throughout the duration of my move, are highly competitive in their pricing, and do a great job serving their customer's specific needs. Vehicle transportation logistics can be a pain to manage if you don't do proper research which is why I would entrust Twin Peaks to get the job done. You won't forget the value of the service you'll receive.

The former owners and staff were consistently gracious and friendly. Unfortunately, the experience has changed significantly under the new ownership. The service feels mediocre at best, and the added charges--such as $2 to print a return label and another $2 just to use their tape to seal a small box unless you purchase a full roll--make customers feel nickel-and-dimed. For better service and a more customer-friendly experience, I'd recommend going to UPS or FedEx instead.
