I stopped in on a Tuesday to see what my options were for card stock, they had three proofs printed by Wednesday, and the cards were finished by Friday. My event was on Sunday. That Friday, I was running a ton of errands preparing for the Sunday event, that it had totally slipped my mind to stop by and pick up the cards. I didn't realize my error until Saturday, and knowing that Print Experts were closed on weekends, I went into complete panic mode because I had literally zero means of promoting myself at the event, aside from these cards. I immediately called the shop, emailed the manager, and sent a message on Yelp, out of desperation to reach anyone who would respond, and within minutes, someone responded on Yelp and got a hold of somebody who was willing to meet me on their day off to deliver the cards. Now that's service! Hallelujah! Since they were obviously closed, they arranged to have someone place the box of cards in their delivery vehicle parked outside of the shop and left the door unlocked so I could get them out of the car. I thought this was very trusting of them, and I appreciated how quickly they resolved my issue. I honestly don't know any other company who would go that far and that quickly to provide such great service, especially when the error was completely my fault. As far as the card quality goes, they are durable, and the print looks nice and clean, but there were some slightly rough edges on the rounded corners of the cards that I would have liked to see cleaned up. But for the price, especially when you're on time constraints and need prints quickly, these are your guys.

Staples has it set up super easy. You can email your document to them and make a copy, or you can directly hook up your device via USB to their printer. You can also have it sent through their business printing, but it takes longer and is thirty cents more per copy. They currently have curved side pick up as well as in-person visits. Whatever suits you best. I've had instances where my document does not print out correctly and I just inform the clerk, and they will print it out for you again.

It arrived a week later in a soaked paper envelope...this order was nothing like the packaging that my sample order was in, which included plastic sleeves for each style/size and was enclosed in a sturdy weatherproof envelope. My actual order for my business logo stickers were wet dut to not being placed in any protective sleeve. I ordered stickers from StickerGiant weeks in advance, and got a notice the Wednesday before the memorial that they were ready for pickup. I drove to Longmont on Friday - no stickers. After making some calls to customer service, the manager said she was going to "rush order" a new batch, and "make it right, since she understood the circumstance." She said they would be ready for pickup the following morning. I drove back to Longmont. No stickers. I ended up rush ordering a batch from FedEx, same day, and paying more than I wanted to. Bummer. The manager did call me back a few days later, apologized, sent me the recent batch of completed stickers, and refunded my order, which was the right thing to do. The stickers look nice but I am pretty disappointed in the fact that the production was so chaotic - not once, but twice. It added a lot of stress and disappointment to an already hard week, for a task that seemed relatively simple.
