It arrived a week later in a soaked paper envelope...this order was nothing like the packaging that my sample order was in, which included plastic sleeves for each style/size and was enclosed in a sturdy weatherproof envelope. My actual order for my business logo stickers were wet dut to not being placed in any protective sleeve. Your company is inconsistent, lacks professionalism and didn't live up to the hype that social media depicts of you. Im going to Office Depot next time. read more

I had high hopes for this order - it's a local business, a friend of mine ordered stickers from StickerGiant and they looked really great. My dad passed away and we were planning a memorial service for him, and I ordered some stickers to commemorate his life and encourage his friends and family to take him with them (he was a big traveller and I thought this would be a really special way to honor this part of him, and make the memorial special.) I ordered stickers from StickerGiant weeks in advance, and got a notice the Wednesday before the memorial that they were ready for pickup. I drove to Longmont on Friday - no stickers. After making some calls to customer service, the manager said she was going to "rush order" a new batch, and "make it right, since she understood the circumstance." She said they would be ready for pickup the following morning. I drove back to Longmont. No stickers. I ended up rush ordering a batch from FedEx, same day, and paying more than I wanted to. Bummer. The manager did call me back a few days later, apologized, sent me the recent batch of completed stickers, and refunded my order, which was the right thing to do. The stickers look nice but I am pretty disappointed in the fact that the production was so chaotic - not once, but twice. It added a lot of stress and disappointment to an already hard week, for a task that seemed relatively simple. Just received my first batch from them (500 each of two different 7"x7" die cut designs, and 250 of a large bumper sticker). Quality is great: thick stock, great color, easy-peel but nice backing. Their art review process was clearcut. I also love that they have prorated price breaks so you're not chasing massive quantities that you don't need but still save with bigger quantities. Not sure about rush orders or timing (I didn't have a deadline for this order, so I wasn't really paying attention), but I am about to order a lot more stickers for another client and I will definitely be using StickerGiant again. read more

Absolutely horrible company. You will go through the process of picking out your stickers. Upload a photo and it seems legit. We had a very important company meeting this weekend and depended on a quick, easy solution to getting some promotional gear quickly. We have done many other promotions with other companies and found Sticker Giants' price a bit more affordable. We paid for overnight shipping and the nightmare started. We soon found out that we had to wait a day to have them send us a proof. This is not instant. They told us our file was not good enough, even though we have made thousands, and thousands of promotional gear with our already done, die cut logos. So this wasted another day. Then we sent a folder of all possible file types and they said we had to wait for the production team to send us a proof. There is another day! Before we get that proof, it will be three days and THEN, we have to wait another 3 days for the production to be done. So in total this would have been 6 days to a week, not including pre-paying for overnight shipping! UMMMMM! It gets better! Talk to customer service and the whole time they kept saying, we can cancel the order. I was not happy and this went on for about ten minutes. I told them, Just take off the overnight shipping and I will wait weeks or months before you decide to ship my order. Whatever. Then the Lady says again and again, we can cancel your order and how would you like to proceed? I told her I already stated what should be done and she asked again and again. This company promises to turn stickers around quickly, they say 2 Day in their advertising once proof approved. You cannot see an actual date on when you will receive your order. Through many emails with 'Customer Support', and up-charges/taxes to pay for shipping to receive on-time for an event... is not happening for us. Finding out on the day of when the stickers are supposed to arrive is unacceptable and a huge disappointment. After going back and forth with the emails with Victor on when we need our stickers and paying the extra shipping, the delivery is now arriving late and the day after what we actually paid for. We were quoted Next Day Air in our emails of additional $107... oh wait, they charged tax on our shipping so $114 in the actual invoice that you have to pay immediately. So that was also not communicated and misleading. Buyer beware, if you want something quickly in less than a week, do not use this company. Find a local shop that can help deliver your project on time. Will be writing to Better Business Bureau and Google for additional reviews! read more

On the invoice/receipt the estimated shipping date is 10/8 using 3 day shipping. So they should ave arrived the 11th. It is now the 14th. No stickers. And who knows how much money I have lost in potential clients as those stickers were my advertisement on cards being taken to the conference. I have been buying printing for almost 40 years. Have dealt with all kinds of suppliers. This place is an absolute shit show. I completely understand things falling through the cracks, but I don't like to have to be the one to call somebody and ask them what's going on when they are days and days past sending my job to me. if I hadn't have reached out, I would've had no idea what was going on on my project. As it were, I was told that the Stickergiant people got slammed last week, and my project would now take almost double the amount of time that they had agreed to. Which in some cases is understandable. What is not understandable is why nobody contacted me to let me know and waited for me to reach out to them. I'm not sure in what kind of world that is acceptable. This was one of eight elements that had to be in place in order for us to send out a project. All seven of the others arrived on time and without any complication. we didn't even receive notice from Stickergiant that their portion of the project was behind schedule. How do you run a business like that? Of course I had a lovely customer service rep explain everything, but when I asked her to put a supervisor or even someone higher on the phone well, no luck on that. And when I asked them to please go out and mail the job in one day on their own dime, I was told that couldn't happen. Are you kidding me? You dropped the ball on me and still expect me to take it in the shorts. You know what this will be the last time I ever use Stickergiant. I'd suggest that if you want some kind of decent service you don't use them either. What a joke. read more

I was very pleased with my first order from StickerGiant in January of 2021. Customer service was on-point and my sticker came out great. The price was fair and turnaround was fairly quick. My only suggestion would be, when you are proofing your sticker, if the sticker is die-cut, your proof should have the die-cut shape so you know exactly what your sticker will look like. Mine didn't' and I had to request a die-cut proof from customer service. They happily obliged me, but this proof should have been made available from the start. They really try their best to make sure you're happy with your order and you get in time. We also love seeing our stickers in the box being packed up to go. We have never had a issue receiving them. Once we needed them to be received on a weekend in order to give them out on the upcoming Monday and we were ordering on a Thursday and they even helped us ship it to a nearby facility for pick-up. This one is probably going to leave a mark, but we'd rather be completely honest so the next company that chooses to do business with Sticker Giant has been warned. We were initially excited about SG because of their close proximity to our business in Denver (they are located 30 miles away in Longmont). While the quality of their stickers can't be complained about, their customer service leaves much to be desired. The most basic printing tasks were met with slow responses, drawn out half-answers, and confusion for the most part. This lack of competence resulted in constant back and forth communiques, delayed our orders and thus slowed our next phases of production and sales. If you value your time, look elsewhere. Unfortunately, our level of frustration with some of the sales reps at SG has forced our hand to seek out other businesses that offer the same services. Spent $300 on labels. First shipment was incorrect, not at all like the proof I OK'd. After a week I was sent a free reprint because of their error. Second shipment was incorrect like the first one. Again I called and was promised for this to be fixed. I made mention as to the labels being difficult to write on and they told me no problem, they would use a cheaper paper material. Next day they tell me I will need to pay an additional $250 for the labels. Do yourself a favor and do not fall for their tactics. Horrible customer service! I ordered a set of labels and paid extra for 3 day shipping as I needed my labels for an event. A customer service agent told me my labels were to ship on a Friday. By Monday I had not received any tracking information and reached out to customer service. The agent informed me that my labels had not even been printed, let alone shipped. They then informed me that that paper I requested would not be available for another 2 weeks (my event was 2 days away). I asked why they told me my order was going to ship Friday if they didn't even have the paper in stock and they said they were "hoping" to have it by Monday. After much stress and back/forth, I was able to get them to print my labels on a different paper and send them via overnight shipping. From start to end communication was terrible and made the situation much more stressful than it needed to be should they have just told me Friday that they didn't have the paper. Save yourself time and a headache and look elsewhere for printing services. read more
