I use Morrell a lot through my work, and work mostly with Janet. She makes things so simple and easy, and I never have any concerns after placing an order. I always know that I'm going to get exactly what I ordered, and pretty quickly. They have a lot of things on file for us there, so when I need to reorder, I simply tell Janet the name of the file and say, "exactly like last time," and she handles the rest. I have rarely received customer service this good at any business of any type. This is a family run establishment. The employees that I worked with were all part of the family. I had a small print job that was not going to make them a huge amount of money, and yet, Jim spent an inordinate amount of time helping me get it just right. This is a big place that can handle big jobs. Tons of commercial printing equipment. But they treated my small job like it was one of the most important of the day. A clean, comfortable place with super friendly people. Oh....the prices were fantastic too. I had originally priced this print job at Staples. At my visit to Morrell Printing Solutions, big girl Becky was extremely pushy and desperate to make a sale. Some guy that we talked to gave us a quote over the phone for an order. Days later, Becky called and said that the order would be $60-$80, way more than what we've agreed. The owner called and threatened us if we didn't fill the order even after we offered to pay for it.
