The service feels mediocre at best, and the added charges--such as $2 to print a return label and another $2 just to use their tape to seal a small box unless you purchase a full roll--make customers feel nickel-and-dimed. These guys saved me when I was on crunch time to acquire some business cards for my first event in…read moretown. I stopped in on a Tuesday to see what my options were for card stock, they had three proofs printed by Wednesday, and the cards were finished by Friday. My event was on Sunday. That Friday, I was running a ton of errands preparing for the Sunday event, that it had totally slipped my mind to stop by and pick up the cards. I didn't realize my error until Saturday, and knowing that Print Experts were closed on weekends, I went into complete panic mode because I had literally zero means of promoting myself at the event, aside from these cards. I immediately called the shop, emailed the manager, and sent a message on Yelp, out of desperation to reach anyone who would respond, and within minutes, someone responded on Yelp and got a hold of somebody who was willing to meet me on their day off to deliver the cards. Now that's service! Hallelujah! Since they were obviously closed, they arranged to have someone place the box of cards in their delivery vehicle parked outside of the shop and left the door unlocked so I could get them out of the car. I thought this was very trusting of them, and I appreciated how quickly they resolved my issue. I honestly don't know any other company who would go that far and that quickly to provide such great service, especially when the error was completely my fault. As far as the card quality goes, they are durable, and the print looks nice and clean, but there were some slightly rough edges on the rounded corners of the cards that I would have liked to see cleaned up. But for the price, especially when you're on time constraints and need prints quickly, these are your guys.

They have UPS packing and shipping. Plus, they sell cards, envelopes, pens, etc., there are multiple copiers, need a cc or you can pre-pay at cashier. They have all basic needs, highlighters, paper clips, staplers, etc., pretty much everything in office setting. They can do everything for you for a cost. Or, if you have time and/or patience to do it yourself. I had great experience there, with exception of not being warned and/or aware, how much it cost to have an employee vs. doing it yourself. Of course, I know there would be a premium...it was fairly hefty. I asked for one set of copies and I do not believe, copies exceeds, up to 100 pages. Truly, best guess it was closer to 50 pages and then some. There wasn't anyone in the store, it has been awhile, since I have even touched copy machine and asked questions (i.e., costs, whatever needed to count, how to use, etc.,) needed more assistance.
