Be Cautious When Using Corazon Printing - Especially Dealing with Ana
I want to share my disappointing experience with Corazon Printing so others can make an informed decision. On Monday, July 7th, I dropped off 8 hand towels to have a print added. I was very clear with Ana that I needed them back before Saturday, as we were leaving for a trip that morning. She assured me it wouldn't be a problem and said she would send me a proof by email.
However, I never received any email on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or even Friday. I called Ana daily for updates, and every time she told me not to worry, everything was fine. I even told her that the lack of communication was making me nervous, but she continued to reassure me.
On Friday, July 11th--just one day before my trip--Ana suddenly told me there was a delay because a delivery she was waiting on hadn't arrived, and that I might need to wait until Monday. This was completely unacceptable. She was fully aware of my deadline from day one, and I had made multiple attempts to check in.
When I went to the shop to get my towels back, Ana didn't acknowledge me or apologize. Instead, she looked at me with a smirk. Another staff member asked what I needed, and I simply said "towels." He pointed to a box with my items, and as I left, he sarcastically said, "Have a great day and weekend," which felt incredibly unprofessional given the situation.
As someone who takes pride in supporting minority-owned businesses--being a minority myself--this was a particularly disappointing experience. This was one of the worst customer service interactions I've had, and I strongly encourage others to proceed with caution when considering this shop. read more
