Do not go here for services, especially embroidery! If I could give them a 0 I would. We brought them multiple items (polos, jackets, and hats) to embroider for our company which were worse then homemade embroidery. It was illegible, colors from shirt material showing through, letters running together, etc. (picture below). Of course we paid up front too! Then when showing/telling them how unacceptable it was upon pick up, they refused to refund us or even compensate us for the items they damaged, didn't even want to or try to work something out with us for their horrible services. Absolutely unprofessional. I called in to check to see if the prints I requested had arrived. I payed for and placed my order on a Monday and was told that they would be available on Thursday. On Saturday I called to check in as I heard nothing and I spoke with Iris. When I asked if the prints were available and if I could bring in my hoodie to get the work done she said she had no idea what I was talking about, saying that she has my payment and nothing else. I started telling her about the order and she said, " I have a customer in front of me", and hung up the phone on me. I went in person and she said she was the owner, and did not care that I had a complaint whatsoever. My experience with Planet T's was AWFUL. I put in an online order for 7 shirts for my in-laws 40th anniversary. I called after placing the order online which was not that bad actually, however it's hard to be happy with an online experience when the product I received was so poorly executed on. When I arrived to pickup the shirts the first problem I noticed was that I had placed a shirt order for a 3t and 4t -- the 4t shirt was significantly smaller than the 3t. When I showed the staff this agreed but said there was nothing they could do for me. They kept telling me it was a supplier issue and manufacturing issue. When I pointed out that I bought the shirt from them not from the supplier they doubled down that they can't guarantee the shirts they sell. I asked them if I could look for a larger 4t shirt as this one was really small, not to mention the fabrics and shape of the shirt were much different than the other shirt. Everyone of their employees saw the shirt abs agreed the size was terribly off and even stated they hate that brand of the shirt. They let me know that they don't carry any small sizes in stock and they wouldn't do a refund for me on the shirt because their manufacturer won't take the shirt back and is unresponsive to refund requests. I again let them know that that sounds like their issue, not mine as I am their customer not their manufacturers. Ironically they were treating me the same way as their "terrible manufacturer" treads them! It seems like false advertising to show two exact same shirts online just different colors and have them be two totally different shirts. Definitely not helpful if you are trying to do group shirts. Upon looking at the rest of my order, they had gotten 3 of the the 5 adult shirts completely wrong. We looked at what I submitted and they took ownership that it was their fault and rushed the order to have it redone the next day. I might have given them 2 stars on this review had they not botched one of the shirts and printed the design crooked on the side instead of centered. However we needed the shirts that night so we had to go with it. Overall, really really not impressed with their customer service or attention to detail. I felt like I offered them a million suggestions of how they could help make this right and they declined them all saying they can't be held responsible for shirts they advertise and print on- these are manufacturer issues:/ . Over a $20 shirt! Poor business practices for sure. I did advise them they should choose a new manufacturer if they know this is a repeated issue as their business is on the line - I for one will be choosing not to do business with planet t's again- because that's my choice :) read more

I was referred by a friend, I emailed my quote and it took a week to get back to me after a couple follow up phone calls. I was told it would be easier to come in, but they were only open 11-6 M-F and Saturday so emailing was easier for me. I received 2 quotes and they just got more expensive. I finally was able to go in and the lady at the desk was extremely rude, acted like I was bothering her with the questions I had and said the price would be even more with what I needed (which I gave them all specs in the initial email)...after I left I received an email stating that they are refusing my business! It's hit or miss with this place. They first time I went I was in a bind and the lady did an awesome job. So I bought two more shirts and went back. This time I dealt with someone different. I paid the $15-$20 fee to get it same day. I told her twice when she was putting the images together on the monitor that I wanted them close together in the middle. I even showed her a picture of the first shirt I had done to show her exactly how I wanted it. I was told she has to cut them and place them on separately, so it'll be closer on the shirt. I was assured it would be done like the sample I showed her. When I got home after picking up the shirts and opened the bag, it was basically two pocket images. It looked ridiculous. I took it back snd asked if it could be fixed. I was told they could take it off, but I'd see the glue. She asked if I wanted to bring in another shirt. I said I wasn't paying for another shirt and would have to scrap this one. Her response was to hand me the shirt and say, "Ok," very nonchalantly. Not a quality customer service apology. Not an offer to refund. Just a half ass response. Horrible customer service and no attempt to fix their mistake. Now I have a ruined shirt that I spent $30-$40 on. read more

Right here along with the others we would give them zero stars if we could. My boyfriend placed an order with them last week. We received the shirts yesterday and after thoroughly looking at them last night we are incredibly disappointed with the quality. We have used the same pictures in other print shops and the vibrancy was much better as well as there was blurring on the shirts we received. (How are you a print shop but can't print properly??) My boyfriend called back today and requested that they reprint seven of the shirts on an over $800 order because they were blurry and unacceptable. They absolutely refused. I wish I would have read the reviews about the customer service at this place. I knew I was overpaying, but I believe in you get what you pay for so figured I would be getting what I wanted. Not the case. I went here and requested to have 3 shirts customized and spent almost $90! They told me they could match the color of the words that were already on the shirt, then did not and stated, "it's the closest we could get" even after I CLEARLY stated I wanted an exact match or a completely different color. They then acknowledged they "misunderstood" but offered no refund or solution for their lack of clarification. There are too many print shops around to keep people like this in business. Found these guys on yelp. Out of six places in the area they were the only ones that could crank out a single item tshirt same day. Headed in and they were great. Picked out my hashtag tshirt design in a few minutes and had me printed in less than five minutes. Paid under twenty bucks and my fiancé hasn't even tried to find out where I'm at, that's how quick they got me done. Isaac was awesome! Highly recommended!!! read more

A couple of us went in the store and tried on T's so we could order for a bachelorette party. We were given the run around that they didn't have the color and they couldn't be ordered. Once we were about to leave, the lady said she could probably order the t's we wanted. When we received the order, the shirts weren't even the same shirts that we ordered and they were really small (the smallest toddler t was the SAME SIZE as the medium adult female T) On top of that, one shirt was not even printed correctly. We brought up our concerns and the only thing they offered to do was re-print everything and give us %20 off of the new order. No refund, no offering to fix their mistakes, just more money for us to shell out. Now we have to cut up these shirts so they will fit and we are still out $160! Never again. read more

These guys use great quality shirts for printing, not your average cheap-o, fall apart after the first wash shirt! I made two shirts of Kendrick Lamar the picture i picked where Crystal-clear and i made sure of that. when i got the shirt the picture was awful and was slightly pixelated compared to the picture i picked. This place has the worst customer service! I ordered several things over two months and should have learned my lesson the first time. It started with some grey t shirts that were printed with my logo. They turned out fine so I returned as a customer for some polo shirts. When I picked them up they were crooked and had letters missing. When I piled them up they didn't see the same issue but agreed to do free logos if I brought new shirts in. So I figured I'd give them another shot and bought four new shirts for $30 a piece to have redone. I also decided to have my business cards done at that time. Everything came out looking good the second time around. So a couple weeks later I brought in 5 t shirts. When I ordered them I drew on a diagram centering the logo placement. When I came to pick up they were all in different locations. Letters missing and center of logo wasn't even in place. The manager took no accountability and said you are the only one that ever has issue with our product. As you can see from the other reviews that is not the case. She said she couldn't refund my money but could fix them. I said ok I will wait. She said it would be an hour so I went to my truck. I came back in to ask if there would be any residue from the initial placement and she went off the handle saying I'm the only one with issues and nothing will be perfect. So I dropped my keys on the counter to grab the logo with both hands to show her she has done it right before. In that moment she states she's calling the cops. The cops come and see the shirts. Hear the story and are like why are we even here the Owner should have just credited their mistake. Do not use these people. They are hostile and will rip you off. Needless to say I took my shitty shirts with me and cut my losses. Sometimes being fast isn't the best. read more

The folks at this shop were friendly, knowledgeable, and have a great selection on hand, even for plus size women. Dropped off some shirts to have embroidered, was first told to sign a waiver if they screw up my shirts in the process not they're fault, hmm not very professional but OK ill gamble. I need these done quick. So they tell me 2 days, OK sounds good. A week later I have to call them, shirts ready? I wish I could give them a minus 1. I ordered 2 long sleeved shirts on 11/8/16. I was told they would be ready on 11/15/16. Of course THEY(Issac) took my money. Today is 11/18/16. I called this morning and Issac said he would call me back today and he would have them ready today. I called him back around 4 pm and he told me that he is trying to get them done and he is the only one there. I knew he WASNT GOING TO GET MY SHIRTS DONE so I went there at around 6pm because I know they would close at 7 pm. Isaac said that he was still the BEST NLY one there and it probably wasn't going to happen tonight. I tol him I wanted my money back and he said no and I told him that I still want my money back. He said that he wanted me to read the contract and I told him that he isn't living up to his contract. He finally gave me my money back. He said he is the owner. WOW. This is ONLY A SHIRT. I really don't understand how they stay in business. Keep your money. If you do go there make them put a date on it when you will have your order.
