After numerous emails and phone calls back and forth between Kevin and me, and my client, I was able to find just the right shirt. Kevin kept me informed of my order throughout the process which was very appreciated. Even with much of the industry currently experiencing delays due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the turnaround time - from initial inquiries to ordering to proof review to processing and to pick-up - Kevin was instrumental in keeping my order flowing quickly and efficiently. The product is top quality with an amazing embroidery. Highly recommended! (NOTE: I picked up my order at the LAKESIDE LOCATION.)

The colors were off, the tree was not centered, they had I want to call it grayish green when it was supposed to be gray. They used violent when i said it needs to be a Dark Plum Color etc... They then proceeded to try to bs me and say well it will look like this color in this light and this color if it is limited etc.... as though the stitching they are using is metallic in nature which would be cool if they can do metallic embroidery. I am now forced to go somewhere else that can do the Project as they clearly cannot and refuse to fix the errors instead blaming the design which has two Colors Deep Plum Purple and Gray that is nothing else. It was illegible, colors from shirt material showing through, letters running together, etc. (picture below). Of course we paid up front too! First off, I have worked with MULTIPLE embroidery providers so this review comes with years of…read morehomework, trial and error and searching to find the right company for my embroidery needs. I have been working with Johnny Battle for the past couple of years and they are quite simply the easiest and most accommodating embroidery provider I have found. The customer service is through the roof and you can tell they really care about their customers and the garments they provide. If something isn't quite right, they will make it exactly right before shipping anything out and even replace it no questions asked! One aspect of the company that I really appreciate is the super fast turn around. I received my garments in 2 days. YES 2 DAYS!! Their turn around is crazy fast and for me that's a huge benefit since I'm always so busy. I recently made a visit to their "stitch factory" to pick up some hats they did for me and I must say these guys run a tight ship. I wasn't sure what to expect since most of the other providers I have encountered seem to have a "sweat shop" type of feel when you walk in. Not these guys! Their facility was super clean and when I walked in. Cannon the manager greeted me with a smile and made me feel right at hone. Really impressive and it's refreshing to see these guys really caring about their business and the facility they work. They even have a foosball table in the front showroom for their staff and visitors as well. How cool is that?! Their staff seemed to be really happy working there too which was cool to see as well. As a small business owner myself, I felt that was pretty cool. Anyway, if you are looking for a top notch, quality company to work with for your embroidery and screen printing needs I would strongly recommend Johnny Battle. Great products, amazing customer service and very reasonable prices as well! I won't go anywhere else. Johnny Battle for the win!!! Thanks again John and Cannon! You guys make this process an enjoyable one!
