I have the artistic aptitude of a rabid raccoon, so I babbled incoherently about a few vague ideas for the poster, sent over a butt-fugly file of text and images, and told him to just "do something with this so I don't look like a complete asswipe." Chad probably should have punched me in the groin and told me to go away, but he instead sent me a rough draft of the design literally a few hours later. It was stunning. I have no idea how, but he somehow managed to read my crappy text, listen to my babble, and then perfectly capture the essence of my project in his design.
