I couldn't be happier with my experiences at Yellowdog. Not only were they the cheapest quote by far for my job, but they were fast, the final product looks AMAZING, and there are three actual yellow dogs at the store, so you've got a good chance of petting at least one (if that's your thing. It is very much my thing to pet cute dogs). We needed to have our wedding table map printed, so it was a fairly simple but SUPER important (to us) job. We shopped around and got price quotes from 2-3 places, and Yellowdog was the cheapest but also the speediest with their reply. Once we told them we wanted to proceed, they started immediately and emailed us when it was ready to pick up. The whole thing was seamless and, again, puppers in the lobby. I wish I still lived in Denver, because I have tons of stuff printed at the big chains back in DC and it is always a pain and so expensive. Yellowdog made things easy and did a fabulous job--and didn't cost an arm and a leg. The storefront is kind of behind the Home Depot so use your GPS as it's easy to miss. read more

I am SO grateful I found YellowDog printing. I'm a local artist/designer and print small batches of my artwork to sell at urban markets and street fairs at my booth, CallMeGrace.com. I've counted on them on multiple occasions, most recently for my artwork I sold as a vendor at my booth at Goldens in Golden. My account manager was Tina, who was so helpful, accommodating, and patient. I had a little health emergency in the middle of the week I promised my deliverables, and she bent over backwards to help me out, working alongside me with another vendor I was working with to get my products finished and completed for my deadline. On top of all that, their paper recommendations were excellent and the printing quality was top notch. Their pricing is competitive and I love that I can personally pick it up, see proofs, and talk to a human being and not a chat bot. AND, there are dogs to pet when you go in. So, DUH. I will absolutely use them again and again. Thank you, YellowDog! read more

Only spoke with these people on the phone, seemed to be high sales for business cards which had all the art. Giving a complete review would not be fair, yet it was obvious I was not heard when stating I had all my photos and copy of the original business card requiring some verbiage change. The huge put off was a $300 slap for art work, when it was to be the same card. This could have been a case of not hearing the customer clearly on a cell phone, or possibly over eager to sell or any other common issue when speaking for the first time on a cell at the car wash. Either way, I am still searching for a great business card place whose prices are reasonable Photo below is the same photo I use for the cards, simple verbiage change not work $300 plus for simple title changes. read more

Brilliant help from Kris Bowlin. I had a fairly quixotic quest to recreate a specific gaming accessory for a long out-of-print game. After a short exchange of emails, she and her production team got it and nailed it. Could not be better quality if the publisher sold them themselves. And a very reasonable price and timeframe considering what I was asking. read more

THE BIGGEST SHOUTOUT TO THE YELLOWDOG TEAM ESPECIALLY TINA! I WANT TO SCREAM HER NAME FROM THE ROOFTOPS!! I had an extremely last minute reprint I needed support with and Tina jumped right in and brainstormed ways to bring it to life and the team (unbelievably) cranked it out for me in 24 hours. I am SO blown away by this team and BEYOND grateful for their unwaivering support always in all the crazy requests I send their way. Thank you THANK YOU so much for everything you do!! read more

TERRIBLE. Worst customer service! The lady who was working with us failed MULTIPLE TIMES in printing our proof and even when we're there, 2 other ladies can't figure out what paper she printed them on. It took weeks just to go over proofs since again, they had to reprint them on the correct paper (which was still incorrect). We settled on a different colored paper basing on what the lady described it to me as we were rushing to get our invites mailed. The outcome was totally different! Called them to inquire and was given different information by different staff. When one staff tried to pass the phone, we heard her and a couple others laughing in the background. The owner, Jenny called me the following morning, recanted the reprint due to "out of stock" paper and offered the refund. Said that everyone in the office was talking about me for 5 days "oh well since you first came here" and that her employee told her that I "stormed out" one time when that employee & I actually had a full on conversation (plus the employee clearly did not tell her the circumstances). The fact that she proudly had to tell me that (maybe thinking it would make me feel bad?) speaks so much on how she manages her company. Bottomline, if you're a regular person looking for some printing, they don't know how to deal with you as they "only deal with big companies". The owner herself said that. They'll just assume you know everything and blame you throughout the process when you get frustrated on things that were never explained or were not even what you asked for. read more

Our family business has used YellowDog for years and. We are always thrilled with the quality of the printing and their excellent customer service. When our father recently passed, Yellow Dog offered to print our programs for free. They were beautiful. And they delivered them to my home. YellowDog is a Denver institution. I wouldn't print anywhere else. read more

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Everyone I've spoke to was very helpful and replied back to me on a timely manner. I decided to design my wedding invitations and found this place to print them. I couldn't be happier. They have: - Great customer service - Fast delivery - High quality printing - Affordable!! And you know weddings are expensive! They saved me a lot on invitations :) What else would you want? read more

I placed an order a couple of months ago, not very big, it went great. Called a couple of days ago to place a new order and BAM! they had all my info on file including all the details of my prior order, 30 second phone call, immediate confirmation Email following my call, and ready in a couple of days. Secret to business, treat your small customers like you could not afford to lose their business. That's how I feel when I call Yellowdog. read more

Very low quality, over-priced business cards. Only positives are that they are responsive, and I was given a refund because I was so upset with my order. As a graphic designer, quality is extremely important. In my 16 years as a professional in the industry, this was, by far, my worst experience with a printing company. Which is very unfortunate, considering they are only about a mile from me, and I really wanted to support local. read more

I'm so pleased to have Yellow Dog do my artist prints. I've been a continual customer of theirs for about a year now. People always comment on the great quality and I send them your way. You guys play an integral role in the success of my company, and I'm so grateful for your attention to detail. You all understand the quality an artist needs to thrive. So I am an artist who was looking to get fine art prints and postcards made for the first time ever in my art career. I got quotes and meetings with quite a few print shops around town and they ranged from overpriced to complete apathy. I originally picked yellow dog because they prices were easily the best with the added bonus of the employees being pleasant. Little did I know I was about to embark on what will surely be a long lasting business relationship (and maybe even friendships, who knows?!) with the best printers in town. The art prints are stunning. As I had never had any printed before I just went with whatever their default options (paper etc.) for that type of project is and man was I floored at how great they were when I got the proofs. Also, as an artist the price is unbeatable. It's nice to know that I will be able to offer high quality prints at my art show for a reasonable price. When it comes to the postcards I had printed everyone was very patient with me while I went through the inner turmoil of deciding what kind of paper I wanted. They printed all of the proofs I needed while deciding to make sure I was 100% happy with what I was going to get. Also, the coloring of one of them was a little off and Olivia did a stellar job of pumping up the color and making it really sparkle. A true printing goddess that one! Long story short, I couldn't be more pleased. read more

WOW...just wow. I would have NEVER imagined how taken care of I would be as a client. I was listened to, HEARD, personally designed for, and Morgan couldn't have been more gracious or helpful. They worked hard to get my materials out quickly, and while any design company can put forth great work, YellowDog is unbeatable with their personal service. I had extremely specific requirements, and Morgan took care of EVERY detail. I am so happy, and I won't take my business in any other direction. read more

YellowDog made my experience awesome. Everything turned out great and you can tell how much the company and their employees care about customer service. 10/10 would use their services again if given the opportunity. read more

I am not sure if I could speak any higher about this locally owned and operated Print Shop. True to its name, an adorably Yellow Dog (Labrador Retriever) greets you at the door as you are warmly welcomed into this somewhat hard-to-find business behind the Home Depot off Santa Fe. Nevertheless, once you arrive, you feel confident your print job. They handle everything with ease, respect, and in such a timely manner. But the best part - it's really reasonably priced. I couldn't have been happier with my Yelp Maps for the RTD Yelp Photo Hunt day and am certain I will be returning soon for future printing projects. read more

I am so happy to have found YellowDog! Katie is super responsive on email and has gotten all of my orders done promptly. YellowDog's prices are incredibly affordable for high quality work. I first approached Yellowdog (based on a strong recommendation) about a year ago. They prepared our holiday cards last year and are again this year. In between, we have had occasion to use five of their services fourteen times, from biz card runs and large batch promotional materials to small job highly customized prints. We have used their banner printing service. We have utilized their in-house design service at every step. We keep finding ways they can help us grow our business. The print quality is always perfect and everyone there - Dan, Garner, Christine, Mike Matt - is helpful, has suggestions, has answers, meets their deadlines, and are all really pleasant. You can tell that they like working there; that's always a good sign. read more

Having had two different printing jobs done with these guys, all I can say is that they are amazing on all levels. Service: Yellowdog is not just a printing/ publishing company, they will help you realize your concept. When initiating our recycling campaign, we had an idea of what message our firm wanted to project, but didn't have a clue on how to conceptualize it. Jenny, sat down with me and proposed several ideas and we found a perfect match. Timeliness: all jobs were done before the projected completion date. In addition, our last work was entirely done on a last minute schedule. Pricing: Very competitive. Extra: Yellowdog even delivered our shirts since we were too busy to pick them up. If you are looking for a local organization who understands your printing/publishing needs do not hesitate to hit these guys up. Alex. Co-Founder Community recycling read more

For my wedding save the dates, I ordered the graphics through Etsy, but then needed to get them printed. I am so glad I found Yellowdog. Olivia was really helpful. She took the time to sit down with me and go over options as well as showing me examples. Prices were extremely affordable- a first in wedding planning. We even had recipient and return address printed on each envelope. I looked at other places that weren't nearly as helpful or charged ridiculous prices. My wife, who was an art quilter, passed away earlier this year. Her abstract art works were shown in numerous exhibits and she was highly respected in the art quilt community. In remembrance, I wanted to publish a monograph of her works. I was directed to work with Jen Gauerke which turned out to be a wonderful collaboration. Jen was easy to work with and she made numerous helpful suggestions both in terms of layout and text inclusion. This collaboration is amazing for another reason - we never met each other; I live in Delaware and Jen operates out of Colorado. All of the information in the monograph was transmitted over the internet. I'm ecstatic with the resulting monograph which is a wonderful tribute to my wife's career as an artist. I contacted Yellowdog for a quote to print 175 cardstock Save The Date postcards. My plan was to get a few quotes, compare, and go with the best deal. None of that was necessary. Meredith got back to me immediately, asked just a few questions and turned a quote around within a few hours. I had made some mistakes in my request which she fixed without any issue. My number fluctuated a few more times and she adjusted each time without questioning. When I sent my files to be printed, a proof was provided just a day or so later for me to come by and grab. Meredith made sure to come out and greet me and gave me the heads up about the boarder of my image and how it didn't look exactly as I wanted it to - this was an issue on my side with my artwork. She not only fixed the border (after I asked her to), but made it look even better. After approving the proof, my 175 postcards were ready just a few days later and looked amazing. The quality was more than I could've hoped for given the price and the customer service was unbeatable. I'm SO happy I went with Yellowdog and I will definitely be returning for any printing needs down the road. I HIGHLY recommend taking your business here, they're awesome. read more
