I approached this business twice regarding a very small booklet protect. After I gave them all the necessary data I was notified about two week later that it had been lost all somehow. Superior staff asked me to resubmit the data once again. Several months passed before I considered returning to Superior. I returned on a Friday and gave all the same data necessary to print my one booklet. Having mentioned my first attempt and how it ended, there was a reasonable expectation on my part that the staff would have been keen on ensuring this second attempt would be successful. Now, I fully realize that they must have work orders requiring far more effort and copies than mine i.e. an individual booklet, so when the staff said it would be ready by the following Monday I was, needless to say, very happy. Still, I returned 7 days later, just in case. On arriving I gave my name in addition to asking if my booklet was ready. The staff present could not find my booklet. They didn't mention much at all about. Telling the young lady that I was upset but not at her personally and made to leave. She did ask me to resubmit the data once again though. Ordered 500 business cards from this company. When I showed them the design I wanted, they noted that it was a bit unusual in size compared to normal business cards. Not only did they go ahead and use the specifications I asked for anyways, they made GORGEOUS CARDS. I mean, I've gotten business cards at other businesses in the past like Cafe Press, Staples, Kinkos, Office Depot, and another small business I won't mention. I've even printed my own. But this is the first time that I have been genuinely impressed with the business cards I received. I was having a bit of a bad day and seeing the way the cards came out made me extremely happy. I can't wait to pass these out at the convention I'm covering. I will certainly be back to Superior Printing & Graphics in the future. They were nice, patient, and did an amazing job.
