Easily the WORST service in all of Denver. The owner Jon handled my request and not only attempted to charge me for a service that was already paid for by the company I was working through, but then felt the need to passive aggressively detail all of the utilities he has to pay for as a business owner. Only gave me a receipt, begrudgingly, when I asked and then felt the need to send me an awful email admonishing me for using his service. DO NOT GO HERE. If I could leave zero stars I would. A little slow, and a little unorganized. And by little, I mean a lot, lol. Came here on a break from work to pick up some papers I emailed in to be printed. Waited in line for 15 minutes with only 3 people in front of me. Two guys present, only one cash register open, both seemingly clueless on the outlines of their job descriptions. I had to speak up and ask the guy how much longer it would be before he even acknowledged me! The reason I emailed ahead (30 minutes ahead, to be exact) was because I wanted to be in and out. Literally just about walked out without what I came to print because these people were so slow!! And $3.77 (which the guy actually told me it would be $3.50, then charged my card for $3.77) just for 10 copies of a barely color spreadsheet is just too much, in my opinion. You're better off going to the UPS Store. read more

I would NEVER pay to send a package from here, only drop off because it's convenient. How 4 stars? I don't get it. The guy who answered the phone spent more time talking to someone in the store, giving them instructions for what sounded like a copy machine, than talking to me. Jon answered my phone call at 9am and gave me an awesome quote over the phone. He told me to email him the image I needed printed up and the size. I told him that I needed them on Saturday to promote my music at the neighborhood Bluegrass festival. Within an hour, Jon emailed me back saying that the flyers were ready to picked up. Not only did Rocket Pack & Ship, have the best price in town and online but they also had the quickest turn around time too. I have found my local printing spot. Support local business! read more

Before discovering them I used to run all around town going to a UPS for one package, a FedEx for another, USPS .... this is a one stop shop and they will find/make a box that fits what you are sending which is often a huge help. Easy, and so much more enjoyable than going to any of the chains. read more

I trusted this company with my business for years and during an especially important international transaction recently they missed my deadline by an entire week. There was absolutely no confusion as to when my package had to be overseas. It was just an error. Imagine my surprise when I wrote the owner and they assured me they would make it right. Amazing, what great customer service I thought. Just kidding, they just quit responding entirely and I was left with a broken deadline, an expensive mistake and not a single ounce of remorse. Count on me NEVER using them again. Look for someone else if you're ever shipping anything professional or important. read more

This place is great for dropping packages! I mostly use it for pre-labeled packages (eg returns that need to be sent via FedEx, USPS or UPS). I just drop them right on their shelves and they take care of it! Friendly vibe as well. read more

RUDE. I work from home and would like to use them for printing since they are close by and I'd rather support a local business than Office Depot. This would be easier if they had pricing or submittal instructions on their website.... but they don't......so you have to call unless you don't care what it cost or when it will be ready. I've called twice and both times they seem completely annoyed and insist they can't tell you anything about pricing until email them an order. Apparently wanting to know a page costs and a schedule before placing an order is way too much trouble. They did print my first order on time, not sending my second order since it didn't sound like they have time for it. Seems like they don't want to waste time on small print jobs.....fine......just say so on your website or at the start of a call. read more

Both online and on their door they say they open at 8 AM Monday-Friday. Got there at 8 this morning to drop a package and they were closed. Sat outside for 15 minutes at which point they still weren't open and I gave up and drove home. Thanks for wasting a half hour of my Monday morning. read more

Just spoke with someone over the phone regarding my lost packages. Not helpful by any means. Basically told me it was my fault that my packages went to an unknown address and says in 3 years the wrong unit number has never been put on a label. Well buddy, the day I came in was the day that happened. Speak to your clerk (woman) and ask her what really happened. Tell her to be more attentive while creating shipping labels and be more apologetic to people looking to support your local business. Won't be returning, there's a post office across the street and UPS at Trader Post. You don't need someone to package items or send them for you and that's all they are doing here besides being completely useless when your packages get lost. read more

Amazon redirected a package here. I went in to inquire about this and was told on Saturday morning that my package would not arrive till Monday. I explained that I was flying out on Monday morning at 7am and were they sure. They looked up the shipment online and told me that it was only work days, so Monday it was. Turns out, while I was eating lunch nearby, the package was delivered to Rocket and I could have easily picked it up. However, I was misinformed and didn't realize what happens till after they closed. I emailed them, never heard back from them. This place is probably fine for basic needs but don't trust the advise from the staff. Luckily Amazon is handling the return as I am now out of the country. All their staff had to do was say, check back later today and everything would have been fine. I would go directly to the UPS store which is just a few minutes away for more professional service. read more

I have negative patience for lines at the post office, which is initially why I checked out Rocket Pack & Ship. They have great prices, they don't nickel and dime you with tape/labels, Jon's the shit and I've never waited more than 5 minutes. Do yourself a favor and use these guys for all your printing/shipping needs -- and support a local business at the same time! The owner and one of the workers were beyond rude and disrespectful to me. I've never been treated the way I was like at this place. I told my friends about what happened and we all do not understand their behavior. I asked to have my name put on the rental mailbox that I wanted to rent and the guy told me that he didn't have time to do that and that's not what they usually did. Then I asked the owner for a stamp to buy. He explained that he couldn't do that because they had to track each piece of mail. I said that I would then go to the Post Office and wait in line there for ten minutes. The worker then followed me outside and told me that if I was going to be needing so much attention then they would not be able to do business with me. read more

I needed a funeral program printed quickly, and I called Rocket because they had a great rating on Yelp, and they were in a neighborhood I'm familiar with. I called them first to get a quote, and after getting a few more quotes that were much higher, I called Rocket back. Michaela was very helpful, and explained how I could transmit my document via email. Today I emailed the document, explaining what I needed, and how quickly I needed it. John worked with me to address all of my concerns, and even called me back after running some successful test copies. I was able to come in by the close of business and picked up the programs, and they exceeded my expectations! Job well done! I will definitely be using Rocket for any future printing needs. read more
