Six months ago I was there for the same thing -a 1 page color print job. The same thing happened. However, back then the manager was kind enough to refund me the money for the crappy print job, no questions asked. He also gave me the QR code so I could email him the document needing printing. He printed. No cost. Because THAT IS WHAT YOU DO when you are in customer service. It's called client recovery. Today the primadonna (he/him) taking up oxygen could only be bothered with handing me the card with the QR code. I asked "I assume I'm swallowing the $1 for the bad print job. He asked for the receipt, I showed him the print job. He insisted he needed the receipt. I finished my business and spoke with Ksenia, the Ast Mgr, who was very professional and informed me "a receipt isn't needed, we can look through the queue to see who used the computer last". I can't issue you a receipt is different from I won't because I simply can't be bothered or don't want to. To the kid at this store: THINK before you speak and have to swallow your words or end up appearing like a lazy Gen Z. To Ksenia, thanks for your help. To FedEx Office: if possible, be a little more selective on who you hire. Customer service is much more than looking pretty and taking up oxygen. Think outside the box, and treat others how you would want to be treated. Or how you would want someone to treat your parents or grandparents.
