On moving day, we understood there was a possibility that two trucks might be needed. However, the crew insisted on trying to fit everything into one truck. They spent hours dismantling storage shelves in an attempt to make it work -- and we were charged for that additional time. Ultimately, they claimed extra help was needed, even though our belongings had not changed since the original walkthrough. Jerry brought in additional crew members without discussing it with us first, and we were charged extra for them as well. Of course two trucks ended up being needed as well and we were charged for that. Throughout the day, there was consistently at least one crew member standing around not working. They actually "ran out of time" and didn't finish putting together our beds or storage units. We offered to pay Jerry on the day of the move, but he declined and said he would send an invoice. When the bill arrived, it was thousands of dollars over the original estimate. We received it on a Sunday while we were at Children's Hospital with our newborn son. We responded the following day explaining that the charges were shocking and asking for clarification. We were met with zero empathy. Instead, we were told that because we had not paid within 24 hours, all of our "discounts" were being revoked -- increasing the total even further. We were also threatened with collections if we did not pay immediately. In the end, we agreed to a "best and final" settlement that was still far more than the service warranted. To make matters worse, my parents were planning a move shortly after ours and had contacted Jerry before our experience unfolded. After our dispute, Jerry texted my father directly, accusing me of lying and fabricating issues while praising his own company. This was incredibly unprofessional. Even our real estate agent -- who originally recommended him -- has since apologized and stated she will no longer refer clients to this company due to the lack of professionalism. From start to finish, this was an exhausting and deeply disappointing experience. One word: RUN.

They were responsive, had a ton of different color and texture options (hundreds of choices) and did an outstanding job with the install. We wanted to reuse our remnant piece of quartz from our MBB project that had coincidentally been done by the fabricator down the street from Out of Sight. The fabricator (Rock Solid - AVOID!) couldn't cut a simple rectangle correctly until their third try. Even though Out of Sight had no responsibility to install another vendor's product, they came back twice on our behalf to install it, even taking it back to Rock Granite (completely unresponsive to us) to fix their errors. And OOS didn't charge us for the trips. THAT's customer service. We're thrilled with how everything turned out from Out of Sight. Strongest recommendation for custom closet work.
