They returned it to me snagged and with the fabric bubbled (which the manufacturer said happens from washing in hot water) The owner, Kay Song refused to compensate me in any way and rolled her eyes at me when I cried that it was a sentimental item. read more

Extremely nice and helpful. I have taken everything in from drapes to shorts. My puppy ate the button and the hole off my new pants. I took them in to see if there was any hope of a repair. Took two suits for cleaning. It was kind of expensive and they showed on the receipt as 3-piece, but were 2-piece. When I picked them up, that was fixed before I asked about it. Typos happen, so not a big deal. Suits looked good and the lady I spoke to was very nice. read more

I want to give a million stars. I found this cleaners via Yelp based off reviews. Needless to say, I'm a loyal customer. This cleaners is way out of my way, opposite of the direction that I typically drive, but I come out of my way to come here. Dry cleaning, cleaning services, and alterations are on awesome. I'm short and chunky, so many pieces of my clothing need to be altered. Kay has always delivered. I recently brought her a skirt, that I could not wear comfortably anymore, Kay was able to change the waist band into an elastic pull on style. A piece of clothing that I would have had to donate is now wearable again. I've brought her odd requests for alterations and she's always performed. Best alterations I have found in the Westminster/Denver area. The staff is always super friendly and always has your best interest in mind. I've had multiple bridesmaids dresses altered here and they've all turned out wonderful! My boyfriend comes here to get his uniform altered and various pants hemmed/altered. She always does a great job and is timely and affordable! I dropped off a king down comforter and two down pillows and they did a fabulous job. The owner is extremely helpful and a great person to work with. There is a cleaners much closer to me and I have used them before and they did an ok cleaning but I decided to look on yelp and Supreme Cleaners has a much better yelp rating so I decided to give them a try and I'm glad I did it's definitely worth the drive. I rarely need to use dry cleaning services but I had a blazers that needed cleaned and pressed now that I am back in the office. I recently moved so I picked one that was relatively close and rated at least 3.5 stars. Supreme Cleaners was the closest higher rated cleaners and was actually rated 5 stars! Kay greeted me when I arrived and got me into their system. She was very friendly and the whole process was seamless. When I picked up my clothes, Kay greeted me again and still very friendly. I have had problems here recently with damage to my dress shirts and one really, really expensive sweatshirt. Is this something that we can work out, or am I going to have to find a new dry cleaner? I don't know if you can say, "Look, can you please stop damaging my shirts?" because they shouldn't be damaging them in the first place. Not sure what to do. Sad. read more

I take my granddaughter's ROTC uniform in for cleaning. They are the designated cleaners. I have been in Supreme Cleaners several times and each time I get treated like they don't really care if I come in or not. The woman working the counter is very excited to see customers of color or not white Customers. She is extremely nice to these customers but when I get to the counter she's short with me, not friendly at all and basically hurries me out of her business every time. She is prejudice and not very nice to white customer. I've witnessed this more than once. If I didn't have to, I wouldn't go near Supreme Cleaners again. No one needs treatment like that when your a customer to them. I think ROTC needs to change cleaners. read more
