I called the day I was flying in to see if I could dropped them off that evening and pick them up the next day and they told me to just bring them in first thing the next morning and they could have them done by 5. They offer pickup and delivery, There was one time I failed in putting the laundry out. I called them to see if anything could done. The owner came and got the laundry himself. This establishment does a very good job. However I travel great distances on a regular basis after picking up a large cleaning order I discovered two very expensive shirts were missing. After calling they discovered the shirts were there . They charge me to ship them to me. I feel they were negligent in not giving me the complete order when I came in!
