Great quality for a good price! I had my king size down comforter dry cleaned for $30 and sealed nicely for storage during the summer.

Price was great. Employees at the front are friendly but more interested in whatever is on TV or their phones. I paid for a color run remover service on one of my tops. Upon pickup, I noted it looked like nothing had been tried. I was offered no explanation, apology or refund. A couple other tops still had noticeable wrinkles. They also don't notify you when things are ready for pickup. I'll be trying another local place next time. read more

Steer clear! I took a dress, jumpsuit, sport coat, and a suit to get dry cleaned in between two back to back weddings we were attending. They charged me $26 to dry clean everything with a quick turnaround which should have been my first red flag. When I picked everything up, there were still visible water stains at the bottom of my jumpsuit pants from when I dropped them off. When I asked them about it they pointed out the tag attached to the hangar claiming that they "tried their best" to remove the stains but couldn't. When I got home they easily came out with a tide to go pen. I was willing to look past that, but the suit jacket, shirt, and sport coat all still smell like body odor. I'm convinced they didn't dry clean any of the garments, and just hung them up with a plastic cover on them. We won't be going back. read more

Very consistent work! I get my conference clothing dry cleaned here, and I appreciate the quality and value of the work, as well as the rapid turnaround. Can't imagine going anywhere else. read more

This place is absolutely great and it's such a gem... They are super efficient. I brought in some textiles to be dry cleaned and everything came back. Just perfect... The check-in process was extremely easy and the checkout was even more easy... I love that it's pay upfront... Then you know exactly what the cost is going to be and it's a really fast pick up... read more

The best! I've used many dry cleaners over the years and Continental is excellent. Quality cleaning, friendly team, items finished on time - the works. Highly recommended! read more

Matt and his team Continental Cleaners in Louisville is the best cleaners and only one I would go to! I have been taking our clothes there for over 25 years and they have always done a fantastic job. Matt and his team are always wonderful to work with. And Matt has rescued many items I have almost damaged due to accidents spilling to accidents in the washer or dryer. Even my daughter brings up from Littleton her clothes that she needs to know they will be handled correctly because she has learned Continental Cleaners is the only cleaner we trust. And soooo affordable! read more

Love this cleaner! I dropped off items on Wednesday morning and they were done by Friday. They run their machines I believe Monday, Wednesday, and Friday afternoons. They have a single price per item system which I loved and will keep me as a customer here. Great value, super friendly staff, and overall great family business. Bring cash for a discount! read more

This place is amazing. Two day turnaround and the best prices you will literally ever find. $3.50 a peice! Probably won't ever go to another dry cleaner as long as I live close by to this one :) read more

This place does a great job for the best price anywhere around. No alterations but very quick & affordable dry cleaning services

Matt does a great job. I've trusted Continental Cleaners with my dry cleaning and laundered shirts for 24 years

I am visiting here from Florida and got a wax stain on my slacks. I went to ANOTHER cleaners and was told they don't get out wax stains AND that I should purchase new slacks! I was also quoted $12-$15 if they tried to clean them! I then tried Continental Cleaners. A very polite gentleman informed me there woulid be no problem removing the stain- AND- that I would be able to pick up my slacks the following day! I have never posted on yelp before, but this kind of professional service needs to be recognized! Thank You, Continental Cleaners read more

Great service. Good prices. Well organized business. We have used them for many years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Best cleaners I've ever been to. Prepay cash only. Like $2.20 for each item- shirts, blazers, pants whatever... but no leather and suede. And probably doesn't apply to household items like comforters- but I brought some dry clean only pillow cases in here and they were fine. Nice folks as well. read more

I have patronized Continental Cleaners for over 15 years. The owner family has always welcomed me and attended to my needs, whether routine services, or special cleaning for Christmas runners and leather jackets. When there were occasional problems, they have done right by me. Completely happy with the service. read more

No joke - when you pay with a credit card they have it set up to ask you if you want to tip 10% or 20%. And they have a tip jar at the register. What a turnoff. Tipping Requests are getting out of hand. read more

A terrible experience that has made me a customer for life. Been a loyal customer already for three years since moving to Louisville. Dropped off a queen size Teton sleeping bag to be washed. Picked it up with a missing zipper and broken zipper teeth. I could no longer zip it up. Called and spoke to Melody the owner, she was very pleasant and forgiving. Went back in with my sleeping bag and spoke to Matt. He did not hesitate to cut me a check on the spot for the retail value. I cannot express enough how great they are and recommend them to everyone!!! read more

Cannot believe you can trust anyone to dry clean your stuff for $2.05 a piece, but I stand corrected!! I dropped two dozen items including Armani and Dior and every piece was perfectly pressed and cleaned. It was super easy to drop off, pay in CASH, and collect my claim ticket. After picking up my order, I noticed that again everyone smiled. What a concept! Happy staff in a terrific business with a top quality service where they seem to genuinely appreciate their clients, even if we are getting an awesome deal. No one treated me like I was lucky to be served. Refreshing! I asked about leather and suede items, and FYI if you have items that have panels of leather/suede, you CAN still have items cleaned here - you just need to ask for SPOT CLEANING. This is my new go-to cleaner. Thanks, CC - you guys are doing a great job! read more

Wow great service! On short notice (2 days before Xmas), brought in a wool jacket that I wanted to wear for the holiday. Sensing my urgency, Matt happily rushed my order for same day pickup. Not only great pricing and cleaning, but genuine customer service. Highly recommend them. read more

Best Dry Cleaners in our area. Outstanding people and top quality service. (Now accepting Credit Cards.) I have been a happy client of Continental Cleaners for more than 15 years. I called on a Thursday morning from LA to discuss the cleaning schedule ahead of my Sunday flight from Denver to Miami. Melanie let me know that the time between my trips was too short for normal end-of-week processing but she would have them specially done By Hand for me. Of course, that Thursday also included DIA shutting down for a morning blizzard. When I made it to Denver, I took a Lyft straight to Continental Cleaners arriving minutes before 7pm. The staff were expecting me and knew my crazy situation. My business clothes were done the next day! I love Continental Cleaners! read more

I have been going to Continental Cleaners since they opened well over 10 years ago. My clothes always come back neat and clean, and I have not had any issues. My orders have consistently been correct (never any lost items!) and they are really fast. Combine that with the fact that Randy and Matt (father and son team) are incredibly awesome people. Any garment is around $2.50/item, so it is also a bargain. If I have not convinced you to use Continental Cleaners with my review, check the Best of Boulder County awards. Continental Cleaners has won for 3 years straight. Well done! read more

I went here today, after passing this location multiple times, and in need of having some garments dry cleaned. I frequent the coffee shop two doors down from this location and my kids go to the martial arts school next door, so it seemed like a great chance to continue to spend money at local businesses. I inquired about the pricing, apparently having missed the price on the window. I was informed all garments were $1.99, which was a good price. However, when I inquired about any discount for public servants, I was informed by the man in the place "the discount is on the window." I was uncertain what he meant and when I asked for clarification I was met with a flippant response of "if we mad the prices any lower we would go out of business." I was appalled that someone who was, either the manager or the owner, would have treated a potential customer in such a flippant manner. I told him, simply stating that was the lowest price they offered would have sufficed, to which he stated the way he had told me had sufficed as well. I will find a local business to give my business to but it will not be this business. As my kids and I were leaving martial arts tonight another "satisfied" customer was leaving Continental Cleaners, slamming his car door in rage and speeding out of the parking lot after an exchange I didn't hear with the same gentleman I had spoke to earlier. If they go out of business it will likely be due to their horrendous customer service and not their pricing structure. I would not even give this business a single star. read more

Best dry cleaner in town. Also the least expensive. You pay cash or check up front but dry cleaning cost is probably 30-50% lower than other dry cleaners. We have been coming here for two years. No problem or lost garments. They also take care of all the hair my golden leaves. read more

Best cleaners around! We started going to Continental in 1999, then we moved away from Louisville-Superior for a few years, and honestly never made the connection with, nor experienced the quality of work, we enjoyed from owners Randy, Melody, Matt Ellis at Continental Cleaners Louisville! Great folks and they run a wonderful business, and provide an essential service for our community - I would also like to thank Randy for his service, a retired Senior NCO, U.S. Army! read more

I've been coming here for several years and they do a great job. It's a family-owned business and a very nice family.

Great price for dry cleaning in Louisville. I was apprehensive because of some of the negative reviews on Yelp but tried it several times because of the $1.99 price. The quality has been top notch. The staff at the register aren't really interested in interacting but the quality of cleaning and price makes it worthwhile. read more

I am a long time user of Continental Cleaners - probably over 400 items over the past years - primarily shirts and pants, and other than a button being knocked off a few times, they do a good job. I've used most of the cleaners in Louisville, and have settled here primarily due to their price. They are the cost leader in the area and cater to clientele who want the lowest price. They are not confused about their strategy. They don't try to provide a high level of service as that would add cost. What you see is what you get. Cash up front means no credit card fees, no insufficient funds checks, and strong cash flow. I've noticed the comments about the owner - yep, he's crusty. Don't be looking for any smooth talking sales type. read more

This place is horrible!!!! First off, every garment I've ever brought in came back to me STILL DIRTY! I went to pick up my stuff and I was told 1 item did not come out as they liked, so they wanted to run it through again. I go back the next day to pick it up and they cannot find it. I was told the owner would call me the following day. I get a call from the same guy working there, manager does not come in until Friday. I was told they think they packed it up with another order, and to wait a week or 2 for someone to bring it back in. Yeah.. like someone is going to bring back a $150 dollar shirt they just got for free! So now, I have dirty clothes and am down a very pricey shirt!!! DON'T GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pay a couple extra more for better service and the peace of mind that you will get your clothes back! read more

Best cleaners in the state! Owners are so friendly... feels like family. You won't be disappointed.

Great cleaners. Quick and reasonably priced. Just make sure you have cash. Credit cards are NOT accepted.

Best price around, always friendly service, super convenient, clean, clothes come out great. Any garment $2 --even a women's blouse! I love that I don't have to pay $8 for my shirt when my husband's shirts are $2 -you just don't see that elsewhere. Items like large comforters are also SO much less than elsewhere Everyone is always so friendly and they get you in and out of there FAST. The clothes come out great every time, and they've even caught something minor that I wouldn't have, and sent it back through to get it perfectly clean. They also really know fabrics and clothing and will tell you why you want to dry clean v. launder, or vice versa. My husband's $200 shirts and $2000 suits go through here without an issue. When we moved to DC for a couple years, this was one of a few places we really missed! --Just remember, cash at drop-off. read more

The Best Dry Cleaners in Louisville: I have been going to this place for 15 years, I recently made the biggest mistake to drop my clothes off to a new place in Lafayette for convenience boy never again. Counting your items is not enough at pick up. You need to take a picture of every item you bring here because you may never see it again. It will be replaced with some random piece you won't notice until much later. Even with the tag still on they couldn't find my missing pieces. yes plural. Don't know if it was intentional or inadvertently missing because we have designer clothing. No apology, no offers to refund cost of dry cleaning. Nothing except a thank you for returning the random pieces they put in my order. Had gone there exclusively & have not & will not be back again! read more

One review has reacted to a "speculative review" that had been posted. I agree with his assessment for appropriate reviews. So, I have decided to give only facts about my experience with Continental Cleaners. FACT: We took a rather expensive women's jacket to Continental Cleaners. The jacket was decorated with a pattern over the entire outer material. FACT: Continental Cleaners accepted the coat. FACT: When Continental Cleaners brought the coat out for us to pick up, the coat had no decoration on it. FACT: We were told that Continental Cleaners did not accept responsibility for the coat. We were told, by the owner, that it was our fault that the coat was ruined. We were told that we did not inform Continental Cleaners that the label specified a particular solvent. FACT: The owner called me one time to discuss the jacket. Subsequent to that, he would only call my girlfriend. I left a message with Continental Cleaners that he should discuss the matter with me. No other call was returned to me, even after two additional calls to the owner. read more
