I am visiting from California with softball team as we do every year! I dropped off clothes for wash and fold this morning. When asked when I wanted to pick up, I said "anytime". Manager replied "i can have them done by 6 pm". I said "oh that works, but I don't"t have to pay $50 for same day service right?" He responds "no, thats just for dry cleaning". I picked up my clothes and my bill was $80!! When i asked why, a girl replied you paid for same day service!!! I was told the manager would call me to see what we could work out...its been a few hours and no call. I immediately drove to Folsom Street laundry and they weighed clothes and said we would pay $31 for same day service!! I will be going there from now on! I am sooo disappointed!! Machines all had mold in them in detergent holders and i could barely tolerate being inside the place as several machines wreaked of mold and spend almost $40!! will not be returning, this is really horrible and upset i didnt just take everything out and go elsewhere .... and all my clothes now smell like old laundry soap stuck in there forever gross plus mold exposure , great read more

STAY FAR AWAY - This is an awful business. I dropped off a brand new suit for cleaning. The first time they dry cleaned it, there were spots all over the pants. They told me that there was "no way" these spots would ever come out and that they had a no "re-do" policy. After making it clear that this was unacceptable, they agreed to do a re-do. 90% of the spots came out as this was simply beer that was spilled. The other 10% were likely due to laziness. When I got the garment the second time, they referenced their "no re-do" policy. Admittedly, I was fed up with their laziness that I just took the suit back and will bring it to a competent dry cleaner. STAY AWAY! read more

I scheduled a pickup at my home, and at 10:27 I received a text that the driver was here. I was in the bathroom at the time, and rushed out, grabbed my clothes and went to the door. I opened the door and there was nobody there, and no car was visible. I looked down at my phone to a new message, that they were "unable to pickup my order". The time was 10:28. It had been an entire 60 seconds since the guy arrived and he was nowhere to be seen, which means he got back in his truck (if he even came at all) and marked the order as "unable to pickup" after driving away. I called Pundry to figure out what happened and get the driver back, and the guy on the phone was confused, asking questions like "didn't the driver call you" and said he would contact the driver. Over an hour later, I get a message "Rick we knocked on your door two times". He then suggested I should have left my clothes outside. Completely unprofessional service, terrible attitude from the staff, and no attempt was made to reschedule. At this point, i don't feel comfortable using their service as their driver lies and I can't trust that he wouldn't just throw my clothes in the trash and claim he never picked them up if I did reschedule. read more

I explained that I live in Denver and it's about a 45 minute drive each way and to take it there and drop it off and go back again to pick it up is not worth it to me (4 MORE trips on top of the 8 I have already made there) All I requested was my money back. This dry cleaner is very good. They take great care of the clothes and the staff is friendly. That said, expect to spend a lot of money here. Prices are not marked clearly. They charged me $28 for a dress because it was long (just below the knee) and lined. Why would anyone go to a dry cleaner with a dress that wasn't nice enough to be lined? Why would you charge for that? The list price for dresses says $15+. I'm considering skipping the dry cleaning and taking my chances with machine washing or buying new clothes more often. I headed out to wash our pillows today and found my nearby regular laundry closed, maybe not operating at all so I did a Yelp search and found this as the next closest. Easy to park and a friendly helpful attendant. That's nice. There are lots of machines of various sizes and prices which seemed quite reasonable. The place is very clean and though there were several machines apparently not working, they were clearly and neatly marked. These machines use actual coins rather than the newer credit card option as at my old place but there are bill changers and an ATM on the premises. The option for hot water wash actually worked and the dryer temps were accurate too. Those options were often not functional at the other place. I will definitely use this place in the future. Also, there is nice seating for waiting and it is walkable to King Soopers, a real plus. read more

Pundry is my go to laundry mat for many reasons. The staff is always extremely helpful and friendly. If ever a problem arises, which is rare, they are always there to help. The machines are up to date with single, double, or triple loaders. The dryer's are enormous and are able to fit multiple loads at once. Prices are very reasonable, arguably the best in town. A couple more amenities this place offers is parking, comfortable waiting room, plenty of places to fold laundry, and a welcoming atmosphere. read more

This is an environmentally friendly Dry Cleaning & Laundry establishment. The quality of the dry cleaning is slightly above average, and the staff is rather friendly. I only have two complaints. First is that it is incredibly pricey. Even with the initial 30% discount available to new customers, and my expectation of a slight premium due to their use of eco-friendly chemicals, I was still shocked nonetheless when I got my receipt. Pundry is the first pick up and fold laundry service that I've ever used and they are fantastic. At first I was hesitant to send my laundry out but now I'm a convert. I'll never do my own laundry again. Pundry's driver is always on time, communicative and flexible. I've had to change delivery times at the last minute and they've always accommodated me. Their app makes it super easy to change times or even schedule a once-off pick-up. Their turn around for washing is insanely fast. Pundry will pick up my laundry and linens in the afternoon and have it washed, folded, bagged and delivered to my door by the next morning. Admittedly this is my first experience with a laundromat that wasn't in a college dorm or my apartment. It's a little pricy but since the machines ACTUALLY work and have real options I've found it worth it. Finally I can wash those comforters that probably should've been washed a while ago but they didn't fit in the apartment washers so... They didn't get washed. I totally love the options of the washers. Just pick what size you need and there are so many. I encountered one that didn't work, but I found out because of a clearly labeled, hard to miss sign. They have a coin machine that works beautifully, free WiFi, a TV playing, a charge station with cords in it. They even had a USB c cable. That's impressive in my book. Plenty of places to sit. It's incredibly clean and nice. They have an ATM as well. But honestly I just ran over to the King Soopers and grabbed something amazing got cash back. That's another thing, this place is very conveniently located. There's a Ripple for those who like froyo, a King Soopers, a Starbucks (an actual stand alone one and one in ikr King Soopers) a Best buy. There's a ton in that plaza. Back to the actual place, it suggested for first time customers to ask for help, it was easy to ask the Lady at the counter and she was so polite and kind. She even made sure to check in on me when I was figuring out how to close the machine. I figured it out but it was nice she wanted to make sure I knew. They have a glass case with Gundam figures in it. They're really nice. And they have one of those candy machines where you put a quarter in and turn it. It's so clean! I also love how you can basically choose how long you want your stuff in the dryer and you can choose how hot you want it. Also definitely go for the extra extract on the washers because those definitely make it less wet. So yeah, my experiment with coin laundry is usually miserable and you never know what the washer or dryer is actually going to do but I'm very happy with actually being able to pick the heat and everything. I will DEFINITELY be coming back to wash comforters for sure. I really do think it's worth the cost due to the control you get with the dryers and washers and how nice the place is. WiFi, tables, couches, chairs. I even forgot to say they have many folding tables and rolling carts which is nice for those who don't have wheels on their laundry basket or moving washed clothes until the dryers. I have used several different dry cleaners in the Boulder area and Pundry is far and away the best. I originally had my pick up date for a Wednesday gave them a call seeing if I could move it up a day and without hesitation the owner said he'd make sure they would move it up and get it done. He also remembered me by name from when I dropped off my clothes in the first place and very energetic and happy to have a conversation with me. The service is above and beyond great and my clothes came back looking amazing. I moved to Boulder in Nov 2018. Tried three different dry cleaners and laundry shops.. Pundry is by far the best! I'm picky about my shirts, I like them light starched and crisp. Others did ok but Pundry did the best, even adds collar stays to make sure shirts look crisp. Once I was leaving for a trip and clothes were not finished. This is my second and last time coming here. Which is too bad, because they really do have the best prices for a good quality dry cleaning. The owner, who was very nice and helpful to me my first time, was yelling at a worker there as I came in, so I imagine he's having a bad day. It's midday October 13, I asked twice if he could have the suit ready by October 18 because my SO is flying out of town. He didn't answer and printed out a ticket with October 19. Okay no biggie, last time I asked for a three day turnaround and got it, so I repeated a third time if he could have it done by closing October 18. He said no. I asked if he was sure, told him why I needed it, and he repeated no, October 19. Cranky toddler in tow, I just said I need to bring it somewhere else because my husband is flying out of town. He said okay, and walked away. Took my husband's suit and my business elsewhere, probably forever. Two stars because the prices are good, the customer service could use some help. :-/ read more
