Brought my pea coat in, they held it over a week due to a "production delay". Then I get a voicemail that my coat was ripped in the process and they need a couple more days to send to the seamstress to fix the issue. When I finally got my coat back and took it home to review under better lighting, it wasn't even dry cleaned. I tried this cleaner for the first time after reading Yelp reviews. I have had a lot of bad luck with cleaners in Boulder. Or maybe it's just the way this industry works theses days, big communal loads and eco products that don't clean well. My sweater dress came back looking fine and the price was very reasonable. I'll try them a few more times to get a sense of consistency. That has been a problem at some other mostly good establishments, but there are some in Boulder that are just plain bad all the time. It's nice to have options and I hope this is one for the future. read more

Left a blouse, a blazer, a pencil skirt, and business pants late Monday, they told me Wednesday after five they would be ready. They gave me the option of paying then or when I got the clothes, I picked the latter. I left and the man came running after me to give me my phone (that I thoughtlessly forgot). I came back Thursday morning and my clothes were ready, found quickly and given back. It cost only $14 and I'm super grateful. I love this place. Quite simply, because Sam provides customer service that is what we were used to 30 years ago. His brain must have some sort of Rolodex feature to it as he remembers everyone. He allows you to point out aspects of your clothes that you need special love towards, without any hesitation and he makes sure that it happens. And he remembers those details when you come to pick them up; once ready. That one is HUGE in my opinion. It shows that he cares about your experience with their services. And on top of that, the prices are excellent and he always offers help to your car. Old school. read more

I recently got back to town after my wedding and was looking for some place to get my dress and my husband's suit cleaned. After comparing reviews and prices, Cache seemed like the obvious choice. I dropped the suit and dress off on a Tuesday afternoon. They told me that they would both be done by 5 the following day. I double checked, thinking that seemed awfully quick for the dress, but they assured me it would be ready Wednesday evening. I couldn't make it back until Thursday. The suit was done, the dress was still in the bag untouched. The girl explained that no one had gotten to it, but that it would be ready by the end of day on Friday. I wasn't able to make it back to Cache until this evening (Tuesday- So, you know- 4 days later than what they told me that the dress would be ready). Surprise surprise, the dress was not done. It was still hanging in the same exact spot it was on the Thursday I tried to pick it up. I wish there was at least an explanation of why they hadn't managed to get this job done, but there wasn't. I told the employee that I would just take the dress with me since they couldn't manage to clean it. VERY disappointed. read more

Well, this is the last time I will bring my stuff in here for cleaning. I brought my husband's dress shirts here for dry cleaning and couple of my dresses and 50% of them were not cleaned...I also brought one of our duvet for cleaning (which I should have definitely try a different place)...and the chick in the front told me to come on a certain day....guess what, it's not ready...and most likely it disappeared... they can't find it.. Their response "can I call you later when I find it?!" Well maybe I don't have time to spare my free time driving up and down to get my duvet back... Thank you for your awful service. This review is only based on one experience and, in general, I don't use a dry cleaner often. After slipping on ice and nearly breaking my elbow, however, I needed suit pants cleaned. It was $9.50 for both the pants and suit jacket, which is reasonable in my experience. The items were ready in two days and the staff was friendly and efficient. So so impressed with this cleaners. I brought in white jeans that had honestly gotten wrecked - stained pink with fruit punch and brown with dirt stains. Upon Yelp recommendation, I took three pants and a skirt for dry cleaning at Cache--conveniently located by my dentist. Lucky me, they had a three pant special for $10.99. My skirt had beading, so I was happy to see them carefully examine it to make sure it wouldn't be damaged before accepting it. I went to pick up my sweater on several different occasions and the first time it wasn't ready and the second time they said they lost it because they didn't categorize it correctly and the manager wasn't there to find it . I finally went back a third time and they said they had no record of me, I had to wait for them to find my record and finally I got it. The prices are very reasonable, and my clothes always come back like brand new. They even managed to get some crazy oil stains out of a delicate silk blouse! After living in NYC, and running the gamut of drycleaners from scary to stellar, Cache Cleaners has exceeded my expectations in the customer service department. Several months back, I brought in my vintage cashmere coat with glass buttons. I failed to mention that they were glass, and two broke in the drycleaning process. When I spoke to the manager, Sam, about it, he apologized profusely and wanted to make it right. He offered to pay me for the replacement buttons, and to dig through their supply to see if they could find a match, but I explained that they were vintage and potentially no longer in existence. He again, offered to pay for an entirely new set (six), and sew them on. Fast forward ten months; on a trip back to NYC, I found matching buttons in the button warehouse in the garment district - Sam was thrilled to have them sewn on, and dryclean my coat (no charge), and even put a rush on it. Knowing they were glass now, he knew exactly what precautions to take to ensure their safety:)). read more

I was visiting from out of town and had a last-minute business meeting come up. Yelp to the rescue! There was only one review, but I gave this place a chance, and they came through with flying colors. I was able to have a woman's business suit and beaded sweater cleaned by the next day for under $15. It was done on time, done well, and the decorations on the sweater were not damaged at all. read more

I just picked up curtains that were water stained from the flood and after paying $115 they are just as dirty as they were when I brought them in. The other curtains that were not so badly stained are barely pressed and full of wrinkles. I will never go back to Cache and I advise everyone to avoid them. read more

Used to use these people a lot, down jackets, wool coats, but last two times I received my things back and they looked EXACTLY like they did when I brought them in. Like they did NOTHING to them at all. Just brought home a down jacket that had oily cuffs and food stains on the front. Food stains still there, cuffs look the same. They did NOTHING to this but put it in a bag and tag it for me to pay $10 for a new hanger. NEVER again to these people. NEVER. read more
