The laundromat is clean, safe, and offers lots amenities like detergent, dryer sheets, snacks, etc. They have multiple size washers to get most washing needs done. I've talked with the guy a handful of times and spend about 50 bucks a month here, until today. No hot water. Almost no machines working. Puddles of water in machines some with suds because machines don't spin. I put on my clothing just washed and within 30 minutes I'm itching head to toe because of soap left on clothing. I used a third of soap recommended. Clothes finish wash soaking wet. Staff says that's normal because cotten and their hands are tied. Never again. I'm going to try Pundry laundry today. Folsom laundry other location in South Boulder, Table Mesa is not much better. Kiss my 600.00 a year goodbye Folsom. They only have Tide boxes because they want the bulk discount but advertise other brands in machines that are free of fragrance. Pet hair in machines and dryers smell like cat piss. Don't support a business that cheats poor people because owner is too cheap to turn on hot water or properly maintain his machines. Also almost no water is used in washing and rinsing, regardless of setting. Containers that soap goes in are gross and cakes in soap. Water runs through these containers so soap always gets into rinse.

It was very clean, with rows and rows of washers and dryers. Different sizes of washers, depending on our needs. All machines took quarters or use of a app- It was much more expensive than I expected but the process and time spent at Soapy Jane's was painless. If I ever need a laundry mat again, I'll definitely come back to Soapy Jane's.

I only come here to use the large washer for comforters, sleeping bags etc. Dryers are frequently out of order, in that they take your money and do nothing. Oh, and one quarter gets you 10 min, two gets you 20 min, and 3 gets you 26 min? Bathroom, filthy and out of toilet paper. The place is overall dingy. This is my last visit to this place. It is the closest, but I will be traveling further afield to find a nicer place in the future.

There are numbers to call, hopefully if a male voice answers, he will be in a better mood than what I encounter on one day. As once before I was offered the return funds. For the most part, this is a very quaint neighborhood laundry mat, with really nice people. We all have exhausted and bad days, ergo.. I do recommend this place: albeit the bathroom is locked, only time you may use it if one of the family members are present with a key (not often). The machines work well, the dryers work well. I advise NOT purchasing the "CARD" unless your plan is to use it a great deal, then you may save a few quarters, the purchase of the card is in the front left side of the doorway vending machine for $2.00; read your details and calculate. There is a quarter machine in the back, it works well. Or go to your bank and get a $10 roll of quarters. Overall, decent place!!! Amenable people, lots of choices in machine sizes.
