I've been coming here for nearly 20 years, and unfortunately, it's gone downhill fast under the new…read moreownership. This used to be a reliable, reasonably clean place where you could at least count on getting your laundry done without hassle. That's no longer the case. While they've added things like free dryers and a dog wash station, the overall operation and cleanliness have clearly taken a backseat. The facility was in rough condition--glass in the parking lot, trash, socks, and random clothing items scattered across the floors. Several machines were out of order, and others were tied up with unattended loads, which made it difficult just to get in and out. I had to wait far longer than expected just to dry blankets. The washers had a noticeable sewer smell, and many detergent/softener compartments were clogged. When I asked about it, I was told to just put softener in the detergent slot--which says a lot about the level of maintenance and care happening here. Even the dog wash station raises concerns. One of my dog's nails got caught in the grate and split painfully. I reported it, but nothing has been fixed since. The previous owners weren't perfect, but this level of decline is noticeable. I'm disappointed to say I won't be returning. I had high hopes for the new ownership, but there's a clear need for better upkeep, safety, and overall management. Do better.

They're already overcharging as it is. The lady that's working here has a little girl that she allows to wonder alone throughout the laundry mat. Not safe at all. They were times the little girl would walk out the mat alone and walk back in. Anyone could just take her. The good thing about this spot is drying Is free. But otherwise it's $3.25 for 30 minutes
