Before handing over my dress, I specifically asked the owner if he felt confident cleaning it. He assured me there would be no problem. However, when I picked up my dress, it had a strong musty odor and a visible stain on the front that wasn't there before. There are also clear signs of spot treatment that caused discoloration in the fabric. I was devastated--this dress was a meaningful gift from my mother, who made a financial sacrifice to buy it for me. I had planned to preserve it because of its deep sentimental value. When I brought these concerns to the owner, he was extremely defensive. He denied there was any issue, claimed not to smell anything, and dismissed me without taking responsibility. I even returned again to show the damage more clearly, but he refused to acknowledge it or offer any resolution. This experience has left me heartbroken.
