Marcela and her team have been wonderful to work with for 5 years of consistent reliable service. Marcela is super responsive and organized. Even as team members have changed over the years, they deliver consistent results, keeping track of all notes and quirks from visit to visit. When something has been slightly off here and there (happens to all of us!), Marcela has always gone above and beyond to take responsibility and make it right, quickly. And should note these have always been little things, here and there. I appreciate good competent service and a pleasant accountable mutual relationship. Have recommended to my friends and would recommend to all! read more

Marcela and her teams have been house cleaning for me for almost a decade. I've recommended her to many friends who still use their service as well. Scheduling is easy, communication is clear, and the cleaners are thorough, efficient, skilled, and trustworthy. Turnover in cleaners is low, as I see many of the same friendly faces each month and through the years. Marcela makes it easy and straightforward to add an extra service (move-out clean, sun-porch clean) and on the very rare occasion something is missed, she is receptive and works to remedy it. Hard to imagine a better house cleaning experience! read more

The service is great! The ladies did an amazing job cleaning my move out rental. I recommend Maid in Denver 100%!!

We've been using Maid in Denver for over a year now and have always had a good experience. The cleaners that work for Marcela are all very good and thorough. We also appreciate that Marcela allows the cleaners to use our all natural cleaning supplies. Even without using any artificial chemicals the cleaners get our house very clean every time. read more

Excellent and consistent housekeeping!! Marcella is a friendly easy person to work with. I told her my needs, and she sent the perfect housekeeper to help me. I'm disabled and unable to clean my own home. With Maid in Denver, I no longer need to worry about keeping a clean home...they do it all for me! She also offers add on services, which were very important to me. For example, our housekeeper also folds and hangs my laundry...a real life saver around my house! They are also lightening fast! The housekeeper cleaned my home in just under 2 hours...including doing my laundry! Other services were taking twice the time to clean my home only half as well. Employees are friendly yet professional. I would most definitely recommend them! read more

Marcela's team was great! My house was cleaned in 2 hours. Very efficient and thorough. Everything was spotless. Highly recommend.

Cleaner spilled bleach on our carpet in front of 4 rooms and I asked owner of Maid in Denver to stop by and see it. She claimed they didn't use bleach which was untruthful and she never came to see damage. I put it thru insurance and her insurance company awarded me over $4000. I felt if she would have looked at damage and been responsible, I would never have written this review. She's simply not responsible. read more

Much needed help during the holiday celebration and guests over to keep everything clean! So grateful, I have used them a few times and I trust them, I like their work, the ladies have been dependable, the prices very reasonable for my budget. Lastly, I like that they have been prompt to get in touch with last minute needs or changes. I highly recommend their services. read more

I want to give the highest review for Maid in Denver! First off, Marcela came to my apt. to give me an estimate. That was much appreciated. Then Alex and her co-worker did such an amazing job. They cleaned my apartment and made it look better than when I moved in. They even did the little things, like putting my pens in the pen holder on my desk and wrapping up the cord around my ear buds! (They even put the pictures back on the shelves where I had put them down so they could dust.) I give Maid in Denver my highest recommendation!!! read more

This was an amazing deep clean after we moved out. It was easy to schedule, easy to pay, and the service was impeccable. I will be calling them again once we are settled in our new place for regular cleaning. read more

So far the ladies have done excellently. Saves a lot of wear and tear on the missus LOL

Rachel and Silvia did an amazing job cleaning our home! It was over and beyond our expectations. We talked with other services and responses from them were slow. Unlike Maid in Denver, response has been less than 24hrs every time. We highly recommend them! We just set up bi-weekly Service with them. Give them a try! read more

Great service at a reasonable rate. The owner is very kind and helpful. I appreciate that she took time to clarify what kind of service we needed first, and gave us a concrete price. Our cleaners were very polite and did a super job. read more

Maid in Denver did a wonderful job making a bachelor pad I was about to list sparkle like new. That was not an easy job! Marcella was very professional, detail oriented, and a pleasure to work with. Plus, the cost was reasonable. I highly recommend her and her company and will definitely be calling her again. read more

I recently moved from my condo, and needed a deep move out clean. Marcela and her ladies did a WONDERFUL job, from top to bottom. Marcela came out in advance and looked things over, and gave me a quote. I was not present the day they came; they did everything I asked for, including the stove and fridge, and hardwood floors. The price was very reasonable, they came when they said they would, and left the key on the counter. VERY trustworthy and thorough. I will definitely use their services again, and highly recommend them. read more

Marcella and her ladies are amazing. Marcella was fast to respond on a weekend inquiry, offering to come over and give me a quote on Saturday even though they don't normally work on weekends. She was flexible when I had to push the appointment 2 more hours and she arrived on time. She was very pleasant to work with and gave us a very fair quote to clean our home weekly. Now that they've been here a few times, I had to write this review because we are SO PLEASED with their work. They work diligently to clean our house spotless. The bathrooms are shining, the kitchen sparkles and the wood floors are gleaming. They get down and get dirty and do what it takes to get the job done. They are irreplaceable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! read more

This cleaning service is amazing. Marcella is so kind and prompt in responding when you require a cleaning, even last minute. They are so accommodating and WOW their work is INCREDIBLE! I have been so impressed every time they leave my home. I even sent them to my boyfriend's apartment for a cleaning (it really needed it) and his place has never been cleaner. I price-checked many services before choosing Marcella and her service was the most reasonably priced. I HIGHLY recommend Maid in Denver for your cleaning needs. I am confident they will not let you down. read more

I would have given the service three stars for being "okay" if the manager had handled my feedback with some concern instead of just refusing to work with me again. The cleaning service wasn't stellar, and I do expect people to provide a really good experience when I'm paying $30/hour to clean a minimally difficult home. The service was again, "okay". The customer service was somewhat worse than that. read more
