Hired them via Yelp to do a move out clean in a small, one story, 2-bedroom 1 bath apartment. The reviews are what had convinced me so booked a cleaning for a Friday 2pm via text. They had texted me the day before to confirm the booking which was great, but Friday comes it's 12pm and I get a text that they are on the way. I was confused and in the middle of work - had immediately asked why the deviation from previously agreed 2pm, asked for an ETA so I could plan when to leave and never got a response. I ended up going over to the apartment, called the person who then told me it would still be about 20 minutes till showing up. At this point, I was already pretty irritated. When they arrived it was fine - showed the 2 cleaners where to park and helped them bring some tools up the entrance stairs. They finished up and locked the door behind them no problem. I ended up paying the price I was estimated which was great so no surprises. When I went back to the place to check, I noticed the same smudged footprints from our movers, debris, straight up dirt on the ground and product streaks on the counters and toilet. The fridge and microwave which did need their focus, were spotless. I texted the person I had communicated with and asked if they even cleaned the floors with pictures attached. She did quickly remedy this by having a cleaner return in the morning to do the floor. Overall, I am grateful for the work they did and the price I paid. But between the scheduling mixup and the floors being missed, I just don't think I'd be able to hire them again. Just be careful if you book them! read more

We had them in yesterday to clean our house which was the main floor 3 bathrooms. We did specify, we wanted our baseboards. Cleaned. Thank you so much. Came home to find the baseboards were not clean. They did not mop the upstairs bathroom Did not wipe the cupboards down. Didn't clean the front window. Did not see them vacuum the couches like they said they like she said they would And we have 3 dogs here you go. Did not move one of the dog beds in the living room. Just not very happy with the amount of money that she wanted to charge us. And her excuse was that they were training somebody new, well, they should have had the one that was training. Scheduling was a breeze, she came by to look at my apartment to ensure I was getting an accurate quote! I paid what she said the quote was, so there were no unexpected charges. She told me they would need two hours to get it done, but they got it done within an hour and a half! I came home to a clean, fresh smelling apartment, and everything I'd asked for was done perfectly. Even the hard to reach places were cleaned, and my place truly feels reset, which is what I needed! The ladies did an ok job cleaning, but they showed up 2 1/2 hours late. They were in a hurry to finish. They spoke little English. UPDATED Response: I never gave a price. You gave me every price, I told you that you should probably see the place before quoting. You never showed up to quote the home. I'd have agreed to a price once you saw the place and what I was asking for. If you did not want the job, respond that you don't want the job. Do not say that you will be somewhere to get a quote and not show up. Final update: had Veronica's Cleaning service schedule to do a quote. Guess what, they showed up. My house was a major challenge because it had not been thoroughly cleaned in a long time and they were very cheerful and just went right to work. This was one of the worst cleaning services I had at my house. They started upstairs and cleaned the bathrooms well, but none of the paneling or window frames were dusted. The stairs were never mopped and the worst part was that they left without even telling me. When I came inside, the downstairs kitchen flooring and both living rooms were never cleaned. There were food scraps still on the floor and a dead spider! I spoke to the owner and she did come back to clean, but didn't bring a vacuum and didn't address the second living room at all. The next day, my stove won't start because they misplaced the hardware and now my toilet is broken. This was not worth the price one bit. read more

I had requested a deep clean and was told what was included. I didn't have time to double check that everything I was told that would be done was actually done. Once I started checking the more I found. The countertops weren't cleaned, I had asked that the refrigerator to be cleaned and that I would pay extra, and that wasn't done. There were footprints on the hardwood floors, handprints on the pendant lights, part of the basement wasn't dusted, and none of the inside windows were done. I was also told that the doors would be wiped down and they weren't. This was a general clean and not a deep clean. And unfortunately, it wasn't a very good general clean. I scheduled time for them to come to my home while I worked from home. I didn't want to schedule more time to work from home so that they could come back and finish the job that they were supposed to do in the first place. I did tip the girls because it's not their fault that they didn't understand what the clean was supposed to be. Maryuri did give me a discount since the job was not done completely. DO NOT USE!!!!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. I called to get a quote from Maryuri. She initially quoted me a price based off of number of rooms and bathrooms but said she would look at my place the first time and be able to better quote me, before she cleaned. The cleaning personnel showed up 30 mins late and Maryuri did not show up as agreed. I had already vacuumed the whole house, and only 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths were left to clean (my quote was based off of 3 bedrooms and 4 baths). The staff called her, and she said the price was the same, regardless. Since she charged a friend of mine only $200 and her house is 3 times the square footage, I knew this was not a fair quote. I asked how much it would be for just a living room, kitchen and dining room and she said $150. I decided it was best to cancel since she didn't bother to show up as agreed (or on time), and to give me a quote before they started so I could decide. She said I had to pay for gas and said it would cost me $100!!!! This is NOT an honest person! read more

Started off pretty good but then things got sloppy. Then things got broken. Then i walked in on them changing the bed and my pillow was on the floor with its silk pillow case where the dog sleeps. She said i should tell her at the time i am upset instead of waiting months and being upset and when i did that she quit so i wouldn't complain. Cant win! And while she did replace the glass picture frame someone broke and didnt tell me, she hasn't even tried to replace my souvenir glass i got from Pearl Harbor that someone broke and hid in the back of my cabinet. She just quit. This is after 3 weeks of her telling me they would do better and just didnt. Also i found my necklace wound into knots twice(apparently she fired this person who was maybe the same one who broke the picture frame) I had to hide things from them so they didn't break or tangle them.
